Large selection of squishmallows and great drug store. The only negative is that the pharmacy is always super busy (drive through and store) so I go elsewhere for medication. Great location and even has some souvenirs for our friends to the south.

This pharmacy is less than standard for preparing prescriptions! Went to the walk-in in Lake Geneva and was to pick up eye drops for my illness. I saw the doc at 10:30. My eye drops won’t be ready until 3:00! They are eye drops!!! Not a controlled substance for God’s sake!! This is ridiculous Too bad there isn’t a better pharmacy in town!!.

Pharmacy is extremely slow and unorganized. They send prompts to pick up medication for that is not ready, and if it is ready, they can’t find it in the bin! Can you believe they can’t locate medication in their own pharmacy? Where is it? Isn’t that against some law to lose medication? Bizarre. They constantly do not have profile updates on the computer, etc. My next plan year I will have to find a prescription plan associated with a different company.

I'm not sure what the problem is with this pharmacy. It's ridiculous what you have to go through to pick up a simple refill. No matter what time you try to go during normal business hours, you're left either sitting in a drive thru lane or inside the store in a line for 45 minutes or more. They have pharmacy staff leaving the pharmacy area left and right while it's very crowded. If your prescriptions need a pharmacist to sign off, they get thrown into a pile and left for days without being touched. Technician Betty is the best part of the store. She goes over and beyond to get that department straightened out.

Honestly, this has been the worst pharmacy experiences I have ever had. I waited in line there with 4 people ahead of me at 8:00 pm. We waited for 20 minutes while employees were buzzing behind the counter, jovially speaking to each other, casually filling prescriptions, with one tech, actually standing next to another tech talking like they were catching up on their weekend plans. No one, NO ONE said a word to us. By the time a pharmacist waited on me there was a line of more than 12 people (not including the 4 who walked away before being helped). Each and every time I have to go there, it is maddening. It is never without some mistake or enormous wait. These pharmacists are being abused, and we the customers are being abused by Walgreen's abject greed. I hope people realize that there are less expensive and less painful ways to get their prescriptions. Shame on Walgreen's.

This is ridiculous almost 2 hrs waiting to get a antibiotics in the drive threw line someone needs to find out what's wrong with this pharmacy corporate needs to get involved! I over heard the people saying that everything is so disorganized they can't find scripts absolutely ridiculous!

The Walgreens in Lake Geneva has been get progressively worse over the last year. There is now no clear time on when your prescription will be ready. On the app it just says something like “we are running behind and will keep you updated.” The pharmacist I spoke with was rude and had no information on a definite time the prescription would be ready and pretty much said it’s not her problem. I’d suggest going to a smaller pharmacy where they actually care about who you are. They need to get it together.

I like the people who work in this store but my doctor called in 5 prescriptions Tuesday morning and they weren't ready until Friday afternoon, nothing unusual with them and everything was in stock. Then when I went to get them I waited in line for 30 minuets. Looking from my side of the counter they need a better way of storing prescription to be picked up. There is a lot of wasted time looking for a prescription. Management I hope you read these!

I swung by this pharmacy to grab my prescription for a tooth infection. Waited an hour, then got to the counter only to hear they had no record of it. Called Walgreens automated service, and it said they were filling my prescription. This place's service has always been bad but this is just ridiculous.

Pharmacy has always been bad, but recently it is just awful. They do not fill prescriptions for at least 24 hours+ after they are submitted by your doctor. They used to tell you a timeframe to be able to pick it up but now they just tell you to "turn your notifications on and then you will know when it's ready." Customer service is nonexistent. This is the last time I will get my prescriptions filled here.

This has got to be the slowest pharmacy ever. It can take a couple days to even get my prescription refilled after I request a refill through the app. Then you sit in line (in-store or drive-thru) for what seems like forever.

Maps says this location is open 24hrs & the store front also says it's 24hrs, yet I'm watching the employee locking up the front doors. **NEW STORE HOURS** She just put up a sign of new store hours because they don’t have a 3rd shift staff to stay open.

They take an inordinately long time to fill prescriptions, very disorganized behind the counter, why do they need to check 3 different places? The pharmacist was short, generic instructions given, and when I tried asking questions, he said “it doesn’t matter”I have a long medication allergy list and a genetic disorder…he blew me off like a number. I’d feel safer and more taken care of buying meds out of a van in an alley than here.

This place has become absolutely terrible. I finally got through to pharmacist to be ask to hold a minute and then it just rang and rang so I hung up. Called back to have 3 callers ahead of me and was holding for 30 minutes with there is still 1 caller ahead of me. Guess if you need blood pressure meds filled or any medication then you need to go in the actual place. So upsetting 😡

The absolute rudest pharmacy technician i've ever met. She was very rude to the two people in line in front of me and myself is an older short lady. This woman was rude to an old man who was hard-of-hearing in front of me,very short, snippy and unhelpful to the lady who was right before me and spoke to me in a very rude demeaning tone. Will absolutely never use this pharmacy again.

Twice in 2 days was told my prescription was done and it wasn’t… once after sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes to told to pull around and come back in 15 minutes, only to have to wait in line another 20 minutes. Won’t be back.

Best services, period! Love the auto prescription reminder; the pharmacy staff is always efficient, always friendly, always professional, always kind and all have smiles. The convenience of being able to pick up prescriptions 24/7 is beyond wonderful. Having discovered Walgreens, I'll never go anywhere else for prescriptions--I mean, excellent staff, 24-7, auto reminders---this is ease and stress-free at it's best!

Walgreens as a company and the Lake Geneva location are I’ll prepared to administer COVID booster shots.The Walgreens company-Double booked reservations at the same time-After filling out paperwork on-line, needed to fill out a paper copy at the storeThis location-person with 9:45AM appointment was still in line with Walgreens employee waiting for paperwork to fill out at 9:55AM-although there were many people waiting for shot, no shots given from 9:55AM until 10:35 AM. Lots of folks, many elderly waiting in line-even though population was elderly only 3 chairs to sit on.-Technician administering shots was very pleasant and did a great job once she was available. Another customer waiting said tech was at drive up window for the 30 minutes no shots were given-Pharmacist was observing this debacle and took no action to move things along. Attempt to reach store manager was unsuccessful.Just my observation from getting my booster at Walgreens Lake Geneva.

I'm not sure who is Managing this walgreens store but they are doing a poor job on doing it. I had a prescription that my doctor sent over so I waited 20 min in line to get to the pharmacy register then they told me I needed to wait 15 min (it took 30 min) then when they call me I come to the pharmacy register letting him know I was called and he said I needed to go back in line were there was more than 10 people and as I thought this was ridiculous and poorly of them I left. I will have my medicines transferred to CVS. But I believe Management should have enough people they sure know they are always busy pharmacy its very unprofessional of them to have people waiting for almost 1:20min for 18 bottle pill. No its craz if you plan on getting medecine plan on being at the pharmacy for 3 hrs.

It’s sad really. This store is just an example of almost all Walgreens I’ve entered since the 2014 Boots Alliance merger. Poor service, staff, inventory and attitude. This once proud brand is a shadow of its former self. Nobody involved seems to care. Frankly the entire pharmacy space is ready for disruption.
