A nice, big and clean store, with orderly stocked shelves. Nice selection of inventory. Really nice makeup and cosmetic department. Had people there to check us out and not just self checkout which was so nice in this day and age. Super convenient location. I will definitely be back in the near future.

Kaylin was stocking waters and helped me find & CARRIED the exact water brand I was looking for! It’s refreshing to see someone love their job and be exceptionally kind to customers. Lake Geneva target is a Clean store. They have friendly staff. They are rarely out of stock on items. There is a good variety and selection of stuff as well.

I can't speak for other people's targets but my target is red on target I always can find what I need things aren't moving around too much so you can always locate it well you 1st got it and I'm pretty happy with our target it's clean well get stocked and the employees are very helpful so I'll give 3 Cheers to our target Hip hop hooray hip hooray hip hooray.

Target is always a welcoming place to be. I have rarely run into an employee that is disgruntled or having a bad day. It's like night and day compared to other stores. They ALWAYS have good deals and an amazing selection of everything! I also love that they price match with their app. I am ALWAYS saving money by going to Target. The only thing I would change is having more groceries and some produce which I heard may be coming soon?

I think it's really great that I can shop and not have to go inside. My orders have all been mostly accurate, staff friendly, and the orders have been completed really fast. When a mistake was made, and I didn't get a few things I ordered and ended up with some stuff belonging to someone else (this only happened once) I called the store and they remedied this super quickly! The only thing that I would like to see change at my store is that I can't order cold/frozen foods, I would love to see my Target come up with the capacity to keep things cold, so I can add those items to my orders, then I would be able to spend more with Target. Thanks for offering this service Target and good job Target staff!

Whoever is completing the pick-up/drive-up orders clearly doesn’t care at all. Just received a completely empty box of toilet bowl cleaning tablets. Anyone with common sense would notice immediately that the box is EMPTY once she/he took the box off the shelf, it’s just so ridiculous. I’ve also received items from drive-up order that missing half of what it’s supposed to have in the close boxes. It just keeps getting worse

The store and staff are phenomenal. One of the young men, Johnny, just walked me to the car in the pouring rain, with an umbrella over my head. The staff is friendly and always eager to assist customers. The product at Target continues to improve each year. A fantastic, overall experience.

I ordered 4 items on a drive up order.I received a notification that 1 item was out of stock. Thats fine, it happens.I get to target and the employee brings out my order. There's only 2 items. I asked about the combination pizza rolls, then the employee proceeded to cancel the pizza rolls on his pad and told me they were out of stock. So i went into the store.A freezer full of them.He lied, i assume because hes to lazy to go back in and get them.

I appreciated the kind help of Jonathan at the self checkout. He was there when I needed someone to help with a price match to the Target online price. Jonathan has always been kind and helpful when bringing out drive up orders as well. It looked like the associate who was also working the self checkout (I quickly glanced but couldn't tell if his name was Ross or Russ, sorry!!) was kind to Jonathan thanking him for his help to me since Ross was working with another customer at the time. It is the experience with the employees at this location at every point along my shopping trip that keeps me coming back. Thanks for great experiences consistently since I moved to the area 3 years ago!

The more I shop here the more I like it! I love Target's carefully curated selection of wares; their seasonal items in particular are excellent, and I've recently discovered they have a great selection of frozen pizzas, vegetables, and sauces that you can't find anywhere else.For some items, their prices may seem a smidge high at first, but if you get a Red Card the year-round 5% discount and the Red Card exclusive offers actually make them cheaper than their competitors.I've always had great customer service from this location in particular, whether shopping in-store or picking up orders. Target is the only place I routinely shop where I actually look forward to my next trip instead of just thinking of it as a chore.

LOTS of children with adults in this store, all without masks on! 3:30p.m. Monday afternoon, you'd think we'd still be masking up and keeping our distance with the coronavirus death toll and transmission rate out there. Also, the stock is a bit low at this location. Can't seem to find the usual products... The only kind person in the entire place was my cashier. 🤔

First, I always shop here, its close to my house. They need to make some improvements. They don't carry enough groceries or organic options like most other targets. Would like to see more in that area.Next, I was there last night at 7pm. I had over 40 items in my cart, and spent over $200, yet I had to CHECK MYSELF OUT. I asked one of the employees when she directed me to self check "there are no registers open" and she said no. There were 3+ workers behind customer service, standing there doing nothing but chatting. I had encountered multiple people stocking. The point is, there were PLENTY of staff around to check people out.If I wanted to checkout people at Target, I would get a job there. I do not like self checkout, particularly when I have a cart full of stuff. She could tell I was frustrated as I did tell her that if I wanted to work there I would've filled out an application, but she didn't offer to open a register. This wasn't 10pm at night, it was 7 and the store was busy. OPEN REGISTERS. It is completely unreasonable to ask someone with a full cart to check themselves out. I almost left the cart and walked out, but my kids needed lunch items.If this is going to be the new norm at this store, I will not be shopping here again.

Love this Target in particular. Location is great, close to everything I love. Value is fantastic, Starbucks inside. I have no complaints! Even the parking lot is always clean and well kept.

The variety here is nice and there are random clearance items throughout the store. Feels like you're randomly being rewarded. I wish this was an updated Target with fresh produce so I could do all my shopping here. Starbucks staff is nice as well!

I just love the layout of the store and all that it has to offer. I do wish they had a more comprehensive grocery department and Magnolia Market like the larger Targets. I also LOVE Leanne Ford, and would like to see a LOT more of her items, too. I am disappointed that they have cut back on the number of checkouts, forcing me to do an employee's job. In my opinion, if I'm doing someone else's job, I should get a discount or reward. I cannot stand self check outs, I don't feel I'm getting the whole customer service experience I want. All of that being said, the Lake Geneva Target is very friendly and they offer enough of what I need until I can get to the larger stores. UPDATE: the store manager has personally addressed my concerns re: self checkouts. I feel a tad remiss in posting this, as that was about 2 weeks ago. To his credit, he was very emphatic and took the time to explain what's going on within the store and self checkouts. I will carry on with an open mind!

Great customer service and it's very convenient that theres a Starbucks in the store. Love the dollar section they have great deals. I asked if I could breastfeed my little one in the fitting rooms and the lady in the fitting rooms was very understanding. Onl it bad thing to say is sometimes you end up spending more then you want because of all the good things they have.
