If you’re in Lake Geneva, do yourself a favor and stop here for a treat! I got their raspberry rhapsody and honestly it’s one of the best ice-cream flavor I’ve ever tried. I can’t wait to return to Lake Geneva just for this! We also tried Zanzibar chocolate and butter pecan. They were great too but the Zanzibar chocolate one melted way quicker than the other flavors. It was kinda messy to eat that one but the taste made up for it. Highly recommend this spot.

Found this cute little ice cream while walking along the lakefront in Lake Geneva! They do not currently have dine in available, but they have several cute tables with chairs set up our front that were clean with a great view of the lake! Staff was fast & friendly. Ice cream options were plentiful and delicious! We will be back! My friend and I both had the “this s*#t just got serious, mine was in a bo with a sugar cone crushed on top and hers was in a waffle cone! Both were delicious! Our other counterpart had a scoop of vanilla in a cone and loved hers too!

Great ice cream. So many choices. I had the strawberry cheesecake and it was wonderful. My kids had chocolate.We each got a kids scoop in a cup. Each scoop was huge - enough for an adult. The total as $11. Try getting that deal anywhere else!

Fantastic ice cream! Fun flavors. I ended up ordering the espresso ice cream and it was very delicious. Portions are humongous, too.

So delicious. Came Here Two Nights IN A row. SO GOOD! Waffle cones made on premises. Great butterscotch and hot fudge toppings. Ice cream is creamy and soft serve is amazing. Highly recommended.

If you go to Lake Geneva and don’t go here you are crazy. This is the best ice cream! There is an awesome book by Tim Shoemaker called Below the Surface. It’s a teenage thriller kind of book and in it Tim writes a lot about Scoops. Reading the book or not doesn’t change the great ice cream.

Great ice cream at a cute local ice cream shop. Large variety of flavors and toppings with workers all still following COVID-19 precautions while being inside. The line moves quick and you will have trouble finding better ice cream in the area.

Great ice cream place near the lake. Prices aren't bad and there are a lot of options. The banna split is big and 2 or 3 can split it. That is the best bang for the buck.

So many flavors to choose from and great bang for your buck. One scoop was a very generous portion! I got the Blue Moon and loved it. Perfectly creamy and such a fun flavor-it’s just like eating Froot Loops cereal but as ice cream! Best ice cream in Lake Geneva.

If you're like me and haven't been able to enjoy ice cream for years b/c of dairy, you will love this parlor. They have a great selection of oat milk ice cream, Italian ice , and also NSA. I fell in love with black cherry oat milk and the watermelon Italian ice. I was in line with my friend and the staff informed me of dairy-free ice cream, which made my day. The staff members are friendly and courteous. Thank you, Scoops.

The "owner" of this shop is so RUDE. I was waiting for other family members to come and get ice cream for dessert. It was a hot day so I was sitting down at the chairs & table right outside the ice cream shop. The "owner" came up to me shouting, "have you purchased anything here?" I said no and he told me to leave immediately since these were his table & chairs. I was simply waiting for other family members to finish shopping from across the street so that we could enjoy the ice cream. I am here vacationing for the week for a family reunion and we will NOT spend any of our money here at this establishment. Why would I after the most rude interaction with this said "owner." Unreal. Even the family sitting at the next table over were sorry that they had purchased ice cream because of this crazy interaction. I rather spend my money on businesses that show kindness & respect. Please do not waste your money here. There's plenty other establishments in Lake Geneva that have been more accommodating and friendly than this place.

This place is awesome. They have a walk up window where you order and are served. It’s perfect because we had our dog and two strollers. Awesome flavors all listed on their menu board and the ice cream is delicious. It’s been crazy busy every time we have visited but the service is always fast and friendly. Love this place!

They have you walk up and serve you at the door. They keep the line moving quickly. They have a wide variety of ice cream. It’s convenient to stop by really quick if you’re walking around town.

Ice cream was just fine. The girl that helped us wasn't very kind. I get it- it's hard to find reliable people that want to work. Poor photo intentional. Can't enter the store, can't get a single sample. Next time I will drive to the other side of the lake for Maggie Moo's.

I got the Fat Elvis and it did not disappoint. My friend and I both thoroughly enjoyed what we got. The line was super long but the people working there go really fast and it was definitely worth the small wait.

Incredibly rude staff taking order. Yelled and was condescending to an old man who appeared to be hard of hearing. Ice cream tasted like any other so I wouldn’t call it the “best ice cream in Wisconsin” wouldn’t support this establishment again because of disrespectful staff which seems to be a pattern based off other reviews anyways.

I recently visited scoops this weekend, and the owner was incredibly rude. Trust me the ice cream is nothing to be excited about you can find better ice cream at any Baskin Robbins or Dairy Queen. Over priced and bad service, not a winning combo! I won’t be back anytime soon. Do yourselves a service and go elsewhere!!
