Im a 1st time grooming customer. Was able to get in same day, which wasn't necessary, but worked out great. All we had done was a nail trim and buffing. I have a rescue dog, who is extremely scared out in public and we established a vet at tge animal hospital, but it is always so busy and so chaotic there. Maizy's heart would race, she'd shake, even with me right there with her.Kylie cut her nails without cutting into the quicks, I could hear her talking to my dog the whole time, reassuring her. She was gentle, caring and very nice. I'll definately be back to book with her!!!

I rate Petco grooming a ten because from the moment I called and spoke with Angel, everyone was kind, understanding and patient. I was nervous about bringing Piper (10lb Yorkie) to Petco for the first time, but Angel set up an in-person appointment with Shannon, Manager, (for the very day I called) prior to Piper's upcoming appointment. When we met, Shannon LISTENED, TOOK NOTES and TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD and alleviated my concerns. Upon arriving for grooming, Cassandra immediately came out and greeted Piper and me (Cassandra was upbeat and friendly); she, too, LISTENED and asked questions to be certain she understood what I was asking for...I was beyond pleased with the results of Cassandra's grooming. Piper looks cuter than ever and Cassandra went above and beyond in addressing and fixing a couple of minute areas on Piper. These professionals made me feel comfortable about Piper's grooming and I am happy I put my trust in them. Piper was comfortable and happy when I picked her up. It was an excellent experience all around.Just returned from yet another excellent session with Cassandra. Piper has never looked better .

The lady cutting the nails was nice. I thought they could of brushed him more for fifteen dollars. Only spend like five minutes on him.

If there were no stars I would give 0 stars I made 3 attempts to get my dog groomed FIRST refusal was her rabbies vaccine had expired a few days before AND they wanted a note from the vet why she limps SECOND attempt her rabbies vaccine was too soon they needed 24 hrs more before they could see her THIRD attempt I only brought the rabbies tag not the recipient from the Vet SERIOSLY how are they still in business I am so done with them and the 12 yr brat at the desk Sad thing is my dog is old and needed her nails done she was having difficulty walking I still can’t believe all the rules they have Horrible place

For the first time ever my dog did not want to go though the gate. It makes me wonder as to why?? My dog had the bath plus the 3 item spa. My dog was done within an hour. Plus, he didn’t smell as good as he normally has. One of his ears was really red inside. I’m not happy about this last appointment.

Sam did a great job with our cocker spaniel, Maxx. She listened when I told her what I thought he needed and how I wanted his hair and nails cut. She even switched to an oatmeal shampoo so he didn't have the itchies. He was one happy pup!

Maggie came home looking almost like a different dog. I had no idea she was that dirty! Cassandra did a wonderful job. Even went above and beyond when Maggie had major potty accident in the grooming area. Sorry about that, Cassandra. If I didn't have access to a place to bathe Maggie myself, I'd definitely be using Petco's grooming service again. As it is, I'll probably only be using the nail trim service in the future.

My dog was supposed go get a bath and get his nails cut, we were told to leave for a couple minutes & they would call when he would be ready. Take in note that there was 2 workers there. About 1hr and a half passed and we didn't get a call but we decided to go check up. When we got there we were told that they did not cut his nails or Bath because he was too crazy for them, They basically told us to leave the shop. Recently we went to another place, (not a petco) in which they in less then 10 minutes were able to cut his nails & we were actually able to be in the room, unlike petco.

Best comb out Zoey has ever had! She is a Newfoundland breed and they have a double coat which makes it very time consuming and labor intensive to groom. Our groomer did a fantastic job!

This was her first time, she's a rescue dog and I didn't know how she would react. She loved it!!! The girl was so good with her and made her feel safe and calm.

I had a last minute travel change and they were able to squeeze my dog Loki in for a bath earlier in the day of an existing appointment. They were very helpful and are always great with Loki!

Tug was groomed to my specifications and Sarah worked to find the most calming method in which to groom him...he has separation anxiety.
