Last Sunday I spent 15 minutes in line waiting for the clerk to try to shill the Vitalcare to each of us individually.Hearing him half-a-dozen times was such a waste of my time, I'm considering going anywhere else from now on.I understand he was "just doing his job," but for management to, likely, demand the behavior is too much."No thank you" should be all it takes to shut the sales speech down.

We had two very poor experiences at Petco. The staff was very rude and even mean to our dog. We were twenty minutes early to an appointment and they told us to "go walk around" and when we returned they told us that we missed our appointment and we'd have to reschedule. 🤔 Another time, they also half groomed our dog and then called us to pick her up.

My service dog and I were assaulted while in the store. An older couple came up and tried to pet my dog and when I pulled her away, telling her she's a service dog and not a pet, I was spat on and told to not bring my service animal to Petco.I complained to the manager and was told the same thing, that if I don't want my dog to be pet to not bring her.I need my MEDICAL ALERT SERVICE DOG, so I need to have her with me. I will never shop at Petco EVER again.

We had a great visit to petco and really enjoy using the petco app to order our dog food. We appreciate the helpful service from the associates. We also received a coupon for our dog's first birthday so we filled a bag of treats for free as a gift for him. The associate helped me determine which treats our pup would like best. Grateful for the healthy, natural options for our pup too.

The manager admitted I was told incorrect information by her staff when they told me there was a 30 day guarantee on salt water fish. We spent hundreds at the store thinking we had a guarantee. We had one inexpensive fish die. I brought it back thinking what I was told was true and the manager was extremely rude. She informed me that the person who sold us the fish was new so it didn't matter what he said. She also proceeded to tell me I should research more before buying fish which was extremely inappropriate considering she knows nothing about me or my knowledge of salt water tanks. Petco lost a long time customer today. Not over the fish but over the managers terrible customer service skills. Please train your manager to treat your customers with respect. We won't be back.

Workers and manager were very rude when me and my friends were just looking for food for my dog because my mom asked me and she jus told us to leave for no reason and then we were called multiple swear words and racial slurs. Manager flipped us off and told our younger friend to kill him self. im hoping they do something about the rude workers and unprofessional environment and store that their running here. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING AND WILL NEVER COME HERE OR ANY PETCO AGAIN!!!!

I love going to petco!! The little animals! The fish it's so fun taking my nephew! But he always wants to leave with a critter! Petco has a big variety of cat/dog food, I needed special dog food, for sensitive kidneys & liver I was quite pleased with their selection very happy

Not friendly over the phone not letting my fiance speak for we are looking forward in getting Boss, all he wanted was a phone call back from the lovely lady that handles the adoption portion to confirm on doing paperwork rather then doing the adoption through online for we attempted to do it couple of times and no luck.Please we've been looking forward on adopting an animal since we talked about it for a while.

The first time we bought fish everyone was polite and got us a discount with opening a new account. However, the second time we went, trying to get more fish, a lady working there told us no. She said that there should be one fish per 5 gallons. We have evidence that this is not accurate. Despite us saying this she denied us service and was quite rude about it.

Store is clean and well stocked, but the store's general manager needs to handle the staffing situation. There was one person handling the entire store when we came in early evening to pick up a few things, and we waited 10 minutes at the checkout lane to check out before we had to leave without buying our items because we had another commitment to get to.

Went for the dog spa for the first time at this location. All employees I encountered were great. I had to wait to get checked in, and watched as another dog was groomed (clipped) and others coming and going. It was clear wat of the employees really cared about what they did and the animals they were working with. My nervous dog came out happy, excited, fresh, and ready to go! Reasonable prices for the depth of detailed services.

Don’t get your dog groomed here whatever you do. They don’t know what they are doing. I’ve had both my dogs nails done at several different places and it has never been an issue. Not once has my dogs groomer(s), vet etc ever refused to do their nails. They certainly don’t enjoy they experience but it has never been a problem. Today they refused to do one of my dogs nails because he was scared and told me I can not bring them back there. Absolutely ridiculous and they clearly aren’t experienced.

Upon arriving for the appointment my older dog was refused nail trimming service, because he pants a lot due to golpp (laryngeal paralysis).When I called to make the appointment I said he is an older dog and should have been advised that there might be an issue. In fact they didn't even recognize this disease when I told them about it in the store. They should be better informed.

Horrible! Literally waited half an hour to get a fish but no one ever attended to help us. Along with literally 75% of the tanks there had dead fish in them. Only to go up front to leave to see all the workers sitting around talking. Definitely disappointed and disturbed. They should at least be removing the dead fish from the tanks before more become dead.

Called to make an appointment to have my dog's nails trimmed and was told I don't need an appointment as long as she has her shots and I told them my dog has been there before so she is on file and they told me I just needed to walk in. We drove 20 minutes there only to "walk in" and be told rudely they are to busy and won't be able to do her nails today! If you tell people you take walk ins, take walk ins instead of having people bring in their pets and make the drive. Even if I was told we would have to wait a little bit, we would of gone in and did some shopping which is a win, win situation for both the store and the customer, but instead, we will not be back there at all!

Employees are very polite, informative, and quick to assist you when you are in need of assistance.This Petco, of course, like most, have a plethora of foods for your average pet, which allows you to find what is best for them. That being said, they do have limitations.Petco does not really offer much, if any, variety for Rabbits, and other small animals in terms of food. I understand that smaller animals like rabbits are an "exotic" pet, but they're definitely more common than one would think. Additionally, they sell and promote products that could actually harm and damage a small animal like a rabbit.That being said, I don't have a personal quarrel with Petco, especially with people as nice as the ones who work at this one, however, I do believe there is innocent ignorance when it comes to certain animals so please do be cautious whenever you are looking for products here and research online first.

Ashley was so friendly an excellent employee. First time we were in this store buying two birds. She helped us with everything we needed for the birds , found the food for us they were currently eating, millet, cutting bone, toys, and cage . Than she signed us up we will definitely be going back

It was great to be able to find what I needed. My Box Turtle Turk came out of hibernation and I had to get him food. Petco had the Wax worms and Night crawlers Turk needed. The Cashier was very pleasant!

Pretty nice selection of fresh and saltwater fish. Have tube packaged and aquarium grown live plants. I came for driftwood that their website said was available in size medium at this store. Wanted to purchase it in person as driftwood shapes vary from piece to piece. Got there and no driftwood. Call before you go if looking for a specific item. Staff there is really friendly and they have a good selection of fish food.
