always has good deals and great customer service! just came with two potatoes, an onion, breadsticks, and a 12 oz fresh blends drink for $2.54! andrew at the cash register was really patient when i forgot how to use my rewards card and didn’t question my food choices at all 😆

I want to preface this by saying, I love kwik trip but this one in particular is kinda not so good. Much love to the young lady who was berated in front of me by an older coworker. You did a great job and I appreciate you! Next time you want to give “constructive criticism” maybe wait until the customer leaves as not to embarrass anyone.

Typical outstanding Kwik Trip experience. I don't live in the area but visiting these stores is always a pleasure. Cleanest rest rooms on the road.They're always well stocked, neat and orderly with an excellent selection of food, snacks and beverages.

EDIT: Everything is great in the mornings now! No long lines, coffee, creams, & sugars all full, spotless! Thank you!Great store, but they seem to have a problem with common sense. I mean why would you put your 2 slowest cashiers as the only 2 checking people out during the morning rush? I may just start getting my coffee elsewhere.

Would never recommend getting food from here or even ordering pickup. They list things they don't even have in store and wait till you get there to say they don't have anything. Go to any other quick trip besides this one!!!!!!

Overall, this place is great, but I had kind of a strange experience there today. When I got up to pay, the employee kind of passive aggressively started mentioning how she loves it when people already have their Kwik Trip card and payment ready. I had my Kwik Trip cup in one hand and a burger in my other hand - I only have two hands. I would have liked to have put these items down before I got to the cashier so I could have gotten my cards out, but there was no place to do so. Plus, I have plantar fasciitis, so it's a bit hard to stand at times and I had shoulder surgery years ago, so sometimes I have a little difficulty getting my wallet out of my back pocket. Furthermore, I work two jobs, including working at a very busy drive-thru in Lake Geneva. I also hate it when people don't have their payment ready, especially when it is cold like this, so I do close the window until customers have their payment ready. I think it is a lot more annoying for customers to not have their payments ready at a drive-thru than it is when someone is paying inside at Kwik Trip. In any event, although I sympathize with the employee a bit, I think customers at my other job and perhaps management as well would have considered the comments a bit rude.

This Kwik Trip started off great. I only go there for the food and sometimes fill up on fuel while in there. But lately they never have much of any food made and I still have to drive to the other side of town to the other Kwik Trip to get food.

Picked up some late night food, expected too get only a few things but after being greeted by Diego, I was pursuaded to buy some fresh chicken that was prepared. Walked out with delicious food and a smile on my face that did not dissapoint!

This is the best gas station I could ever find it's clean it's organised the staff is great. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star rating is its lack of accountability of Patrons wearing a face mask if you are in the store they seem to have no Accountability to enforce such a rule.

Great place, friendly, clean! For convenience store food, downright appetizing. Great car wash. Go out of my way to get gas or quick items. For the environmentally conscious , even has an electric outlet to recharge your electric car! What more do we want, people! !!

This place is usually clean depending on how the customers were. The staff here is professional and very nice. This is the only 24 hr place to get food, drink, and or gas in Lake Geneva. I mean yes there is Walgreens but hey that is boring

Reasonable prices on fuel, the chicken is delicious and the staff are pleasant and extremely accommodating with requests. The baked goods are delicious with a nice selection of snacks and beverages with Great Coffee!👍☕

I have to compliment Kwik trip on marketing skills that I wish I could not see! I do not like the run of the mill setting. Whatever saying that I hear after I pay for a rib sandwich that can jump in price by 100% in 24 hrs. Oh watch out for tomatoes and $ 1.00 specials, the might be on back order.

I would have given this store a five star I'm here all the time and I just literally got accused of stealing by the gentleman behind the counter because I'm wearing a sweater with a pocket in the front ask me what I had in my pocket when all I did was go to the ATM and then go grab some Gatorade and walk straight to the front literally accused me of having stuff in my pocket because I'm wearing a sweater with a pocket in the front you guys really need to get different workers here that aren't going to judge people on what the heck they are wearing

I called about my W2 and spoke with Ashley at the Lake Geneva Kwik Trip Store and her customer service was terrible. She did not sound like she even wanted to be on the phone and didn’t want to be helpful to the very least. This does not make me want to shop here at all.
