Normally a nice location, but lately, the service has been seriously lacking. We popped in to make a quick post-holiday return, and the cashier was condescending, cold, and dismissive. We opted not to stay and shop after that. We'll visit another location.

Fun to go & see what they have. It's like treasure hunting. One of my favorite items to pick up are seasonal to go coffee cups. They look cute by my coffee station at home and my family or friends can have a cup to go.

This store is always shopped over and dirty. The people arent friendly either. Ill drive to Lake Geneva its a nicer shopping experiance for sure.

This store is way too small. Cramped. It's hard to walk around and push your cart through the aisles. Needs more variety but hard to with size of the store. Great cooking oils. Hit or miss deals, of course, but it seems to always walk out with bags of goodies.

Love my lake geneva home goods,very crowded today with all of the carts on floor with new items to be put on shelves...i know its hard with all of your new merchandise..maybe not so many would help,i would have stayed longer but hard to get in and out of aisles

We travel out of our way to shop at this Home Goods because they have a great variety of things for your kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living areas. We recently picked up a beautiful 8x10’ rug for our living room.

Half the lights go off 30mins before close can Barely see what ur looking at. Guess u don't want people shopping and spending money before close.

It’s a good store of clutter! I’m very familiar with engineering and fabrication of many materials. The products are a bit pricey for how cheaply made they are. I usually leave with a candle or picture! I do like the very random assortment of things.

A fun place to shop. Remember this is an outlet store. Watch item condition. If you find something you like, buy it. If you wait, thinking I'll be back, the items may be gone. Since its not constant ordered stock, it likely won't be back. If you think you need multiple, buy all they have. You can return the unneeded. Hey that's also a reason to return shop.

Nice variety, prices are ok. It's really crowded and hard to move around. A few times I got stuck with my cart and had to completely go around to get out. The clearance sections are really cramped and hard to look through. I wish they'd put prices on the side of heavy things instead of the bottom. The quality of the things I have purchased seem really good so far!

Homegoods has interesting, inviting inventory. Stock turns over constantly so don't expect to find the same thing twice. I've been happy with many kichen & bath/bedroom purchases we've made at Homegoods. Inspect items BEFORE you buy, especially breakables like lamps, ceramics, etc.Parking lot at this mall is dense and hectic.

Lots of wonderful items on the floor. Friendly staff. If you really like an item or color, my recommendation is to get it if you really want it. It may not be there the next time you go back. I say this, because I was disappointed in the past for not getting what I wanted on my first visit.

Sometimes this place can be a bit cramped, but it always has great deals and outstanding things. There was a fun and vibrant young gentleman that was working this afternoon who had the best customer service ever! I’d recommend this store just for the wonderful service you get!!

Hate writing reviews however at this time - I need to. We tried returning an item in original packaging (mint condition). The store manager Mrs. Boyd would not accept due to home goods tag not on product. Product was only from Homegoods. We drove to Delafield Wis store. Amazing difference in professional response and clearly more educated and non-accusing. Please be ware of Mrs Boyd lack of professionalism and accusations.
