Just arrived home from being on the lake! One SUP, one above water kayak were rented. BEAUTIFUL Memorial day to be out there! The young ladies assisting us on the water were professional, polite, knowledgeable, articulate and welcoming! We paddled Elkhart lake Saturday, and are seasoned water sports enthusiasts. With the temps and wind speeds being perfect conditionally, we thought we'd give Lake Geneva a go again! What a seamless, enjoyable adventure! Thank you Clearwater Outdoor lakeside staff, you are real treasures providing excellence, when everyone else gives you just "good enough"!

The place was awesome. Our space was large and separated from our neighbors with the driveway and shrubs. Fishing was great granddaughter had a blast. Our dog was happy they have a dog beach so they can swim to. Showers and bathrooms where cleaner than I expected and we'll maintained. My only complaint would be the price gouge on the firewood. .

Amazing rental service. Very friendly and helpful staff.One suggestion is to please add the exact kayak loading location on the reservation email to avoid confusion. We had to walk back and forth the Clearwater store to reach the actual loading area.

Super impressed - I hadn't really ever heard of them but they were the only store with the dress I wanted in my size so I figured I'd try and order. I wasn't sure if the color was correct because they didn't have pictures and I had some issues with PayPal interacting with their site so I emailed them to let them know and confirm my order. they were beyond helpful and quick to respond. they even price matched the dress with the road & co website that was having a sale without me asking and I got it in record time. it was really turned to an excellent experience and the dress was perfect!

Great customer service. I ordered the crest yellow Patagonia baggies that were sold out for a great price. Once I received them, they were a size too small. I emailed quickly asking for an exchange and received a reply within just a few hours with directions on how to exchange. Once I shipped my original shorts back, they sent an email with my tracking/shipping information right away for the new shorts. The new shorts came quickly along with a personal note. The customer service and prices are just absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be shopping here again.

We rented a tandem kayak from Clear Water Outdoor for kayaking on Lake Geneva. They have pretty good pricing and very friendly customer service. They had life jackets provided and nice suggestions of routes to take along the lake. I liked that they are pet friendly and my dog was allowed on the kayak with us. (We had to bring our own dog life jacket). We signed up for the four hour rental. If I were to do this again I would probably only sign up for two hours. If you’ve never been kayaking before it is definitely a work out! Rental equipment was a very good condition. We just had to meet them on one of the piers on the lake and they handled the rest. Very easy process. When we were done we just paddles back to the pier and returned the kayak and paddles.

Clear Water Outdoor was great! We had a fun time renting 7 stand up paddle boards. The staff were friendly and super helpful! It was fun to beginners and those experienced at SUP. Wonderful and fun experience!

I ordered a Patagonia hat for my son from this store - after seeing it in a retail shop but being unable to find the correct size. Not only did the order arrive quickly and accurately, but there was a hand written thank you note on our copy of the invoice. You don't find customer service like that anymore! So glad to have found this shop and I hope to have the chance to do business with them again.

I purchased a pair of boots online from Clear Water Outdoor and can't believe the AWESOME experience I had!! I am an avid online shopper. I do 90% of my shopping online and never have I ever received such caring and excellent customer service! I wasn't expecting much but all of the added little touches (a hand signed invoice thanking me for my purchase) and one of the best prices I found on these particular boots means I'll definitely shop at Clear Water again in the future!

I nice, small, outdoor clothing store. They have some cool, sustainable brands. It is on the expensive side for outdoor apparel. I always enjoy window shopping there and I am tempted to buy something everytime I go. Sometimes they succeed, sometimes they don't.

Cam and Jacob were very helpful. They encouraged us to pre-register for faster service (it was a busy day), and we were soon on our way with kayaks and paddle boards. They gave clear instructions and were fully masked at all times. Highly recommended during this time when safe activities are hard to find.

They have a great group of friendly and professional staff -- dedicated to make your experience fun and enjoyable. Their equipment are new and well maintained. Their staff treated me with fairness, accountability and integrity; as a former law enforcement officer, I easily noticed these attributes in them! Ordered the Hippy Tree Calendar. A friend bought me one for $30 last year, I fell in love with it and bought this years from Clear water Outdoor for $7.50! They even hand wrote a note to me, thought that was awesome! I will definitely be ordering more stuff from there.

I live in Canada and am frequently frustrated by the extortionate shipping charges some online retailers charge (e.g. $31 to ship a 5 oz item that could fit in an envelop. Really?). But that is not the case with Clear Water. They offer fast shipping for a very reasonable price. I recommend them to all my outdoor freak friends. Good on you guys.Cheers!

I received a pair of Men's Salomon Nova Softshell pants from Clear Water a couple of days after ordering them earlier this winter. I'm happy with the pants so far. They are lined. When you team the Nova pants with a good base layer you can wear them during the polar vortex. You can also wear them into the store or coffee shop without looking like a complete geek.
