The store itself was really cute, lots of nice things. I caution you to stay away from the Wickless Soy candles in the tins as they only last a few weeks. Some we bought never had a scent once opened and left in a room. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience a few Saturday's ago and the owner let me finish browsing after closing time as she was wrapping up her day. I thought a great variety of products and price points and a nice source for some gifts for family members. The store also has an excellent collection of vintage glassware. Brought back great memories of glassware my parents and grandparents had. I will definitely go back when in Lake Geneva again.

Terrible. Horrifically rude to customers. An employee or maybe owner has a dog in the store but will berate anyone who attempts to approach it. The visit lasted a total of one minute before my sister was called "offensive" for trying to take a photo of the dog. In the defense of the store there was a no photo sign. My sister simply didn't see it, took a photo, and was yelled at by the woman behind the counter. Then we left.On the other hand the store was clean despite the dog.

Actually I would give a negative if I could. Lady behind the counter was more interested ranting on her personal phone call than acknowledging she had customers. And btw, we don't want to hear her problems ! She never got off the phone the whole 15 minutes we were there. Another couple did walk up to the counter and she stayed on the phone and checked the people out. She actually gave the wrong change and the people had to correct her. There was a couple of things I would have bought but I was turned off by the whole situation and just wanted to leave. I won't return and I have nothing nice to say about this establishment.

This is a wonderful place. You can find a lot of wonderful items. I personally think they have a great selection and very reasonably priced. The customer service is very nice. They made me felt welcome with a friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere.

I wish there was negative stars !Totally agree with the other review..... Terrible. Horrifically rude to customers. Thr OWNER has a dog in the store but will YELL anyone who attempts to pet it. Do not even think of taking a picture of the dogThe worst retail experience I’ve had in many years

Left work early two days in a row to do some Christmas shopping, knowing the hours posted are 10am- 5pm, only to find this store closed at 4:30pm on both days. Highly disappointed! I guess this store doesn't need my business....
