It was good and now not so sure lately. Less than a week ago I bought a couple of boneless Rib-eyes and 2 pork grill chop bone-in pork chops and prices were up quite a bit. The Rib-eyes I cooked on a charcoal grill exactly like I've done for over 30 years and after getting them on my plate sitting down to eat within 5 minutes I had a plate full of water and the steaks were half as thick all of a sudden. The grill chops were broiled just like I've done for many years and they were like sawing and chewing on wood. It would be one star, but hoping they go back to a having a good reputation instead of running lots of new TV commercials to get new unsuspecting people in there to take avantage of.

I love going in this place. The cuts are always of the highest quality. Their house seasonings are fantastic and they will season your meats if you ask. Its truly an old fashioned butcher experience. They do custom cuts if you ask, and are open on Sundays. The ladies behind the counter are courteous and do a fantastic job wrapping the different cuts of meat you may decide to purchase.

Very happy that they now have a Lake Delton location, makes it easy to just stop in quick and grab a steak! Hands down the best cuts. I’m never concerned about getting bad meat. I also like that I can grab a potato while I’m here. It’s a one stop shop for me! Only thing that could make it better is small cans of Bush’s baked beans 🙂.

We received a great Wisconsin Dells Meat Market gift box in Arizona as a hospitality gift. The box included a delicious variety of meats and cheeses from summer sausage and salamis to beef jerky and cheese sticks along with large blocks of cheddar, colby, and muenster cheeses. Everything arrived in perfect condition and we loved it all. This was a 5* gift and we plan to send our own gifts from there in the future.

We literally travel to the Dell's for 2 important reasons. One is our favorite restaurant. The important other reason is to stock up on meat from the meat market. We come up a few times a year. Well worth the trip 👌

Man there is some good looking stuff in this store. Got a neat little selection of cheese, beef sticks, and summer sausage to go along with an impressive looking display of steaks and such. There are a couple displays devoted to sauces, marinades, jelly/jams, and seasonings. This was my first visit, but I was impressed with the variety and reasonable prices. It will take quite awhile to explore everything this little shop has to offer, and I am looking forward to it!

Have been coming here and the Baraboo location for years. Friendly service and all the selections are the best! We particularly like the rib eyes, meatloaf, pork chops and jerky. Their meat seasonings are very good too. Also good location's and plenty of parking.

Lots of great choices. Very, very clean store. Friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for fresh meat to cook up or some delicious summer sausage.

There is absolutely no finer place to shop for meat in the area, except for maybe their parent store in Baraboo. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are fair, and the selection is wonderful. As a matter of fact, the quality and prices both beat the big box store down the street, that is on the rare occasion they even have what you're looking for in stock.

This place is great! The staff is amazing and everyone knows me by name. The chicken and steak are constantly delicious! Make sure to pick up some steak seasoning or just ask them to add it to you meats. 5 stars all the way!!

First time stopping in. Only stopped due to the good reviews. Wow! Excellent service. Took the time to explain what was the best choice of meat for my occasion and cooking options. If back in the area I will stop again. Even bought the dogs some treats.

I have worked in the food industry as a cook in Louisiana and Wisconsin. I am no master chef by any means, but it sounds like Ivaylo has a grand issue because he burned the barbecue! If you review the rest of his entries, he sounds as though he is a very impatient truck driver, so to guess, I would say he probably torched the meat thinking it cooks faster.I myself, found the staff friendly, efficient, and the products very well cut and presented. I would graciously suggest the Summer Sausage (beef plain), the jerky, and additionally loved the ground chuck and burger. Thank you for making my in-suite cooking a joy to round off an excellent weekend. The next time I am through town I will stop.

Best place for meat in the area!!! Always fresh, friendly service. And dont be afraid to ask if you dont see it in the fridge. Love the fact that meat is cut throughout the day and is never more than few hours old. Try it and you will never think of Walmart double frozen junk again ;-)

The quality is good but a bit pricey. I would not recommend their hotdogs though. Also would love to be able to purchase less than a pound of cheese curds that arrive fresh every Wednesday.

Have lived in lake delton for 10 yrs when they opened there is no way i would ever go to Wal-Mart for meat ever again. Same employees have been there evey day i go in, so that's saying allot. they say hi when you walk in even when there swapped. What you don't see in the fresh meat section glass look in the frezzer behind you they have everything. Even buy my charcoal and fresh eggs from there now.
