I ordered windows paid a lot of money. Was treated like garbage by the gentleman that put them in. The windows look great and salesman was great. Almost a month later I still don't have screens for my windows. Kinda a waste I can't even open my new windows!

I have never come across an employee that was as amazing as Rick in Lumber department. His energy, attitude, willingness and professionalism was exceptional. Just wow! What an amazing individual. Overall experience was great even though what we were looking for was not in store so we ordered it online. A+ experience at this location!!!

I needed some color match paint. Started at another big name store, they did an awful job. Not even close to the color.Went to Home Depot in Lake Delton. Talk about an exact match.Tanya Manley is the person to go to if you want it done right in the first place. I can't say good enough things about her! Extremely knowledgeable and super friendly.Don't waste your time and money anywhere else!Give Tanya a raise, she deserves it.The picture in right was from the other store.

Probably the best customer service I’ve received in the Dells this year. My husband and I went in for carpet and paint for a project we’re doing upstairs. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They helped us with everything from color selection to tool recommendations. Getting supplies for your project is hard enough, but they made the process easy and stress free. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

There is a salesman named Rick that was in the paint department at 9:30 am on 03/23/2024 that really needs to be fired. He is rude and should not even be on the floor. Ask him about mixing some paint and he said he’s only been there 2 months. After waiting more than 20 minutes we told him to just forget it. We said we would go to Menards and he said by by. If there was anyway I could contact corporate on this I will. The lake Delton store is very understaffed

I had a wonderful experience today. After working 10 hours I had to pick up materials and tools for a project. I ran into Angie Geraci. She explained herself as a special service supervisor. She spent a half hour not only walking around and being personable but she also hooked me up with the HD rewards program. Saved me $25 on my new Dewalt jig saw and explained how I could save money in the future. Pay her more! She’s Awesome!!!

Given the run around by two staff members on a 5 piece patio set that was missing one of four chairs. Originally couldn't get either of them to explain why the *SALE* price was $499 as that is the original price of the 5 piece set with all four chairs. Again, it's missing one of four chairs. Came back the very next day and got staff that was more than helpful! They lowered it $100 because of the missing chair ($399) and helped us load it into the trailer. Very happy with our patio set and very happy with the two women who helped us. Thank you!

My man Marvin and another older guy that wears a veteran hat are a life saver. No one seems to want to help me or give me advice but these two guys walked me through step by step on what I needed to do. I missed up a couple times a had to keep going back and they were so helpful, didn’t make me feel stupid for messing up and coming back a few time. They are so sweet and helpful. They need raises ASAP!!!

There are 4 people on the floor that are helpful to the customers. Lumber carts are used for excess inventory and displays.High priced and very poor lumber.They are forcing customers to look elsewhere.You get 2 stars only because of the 4 helpful people.

my husband & I stopped into this location to browse kitchen appliances. we're not from the area and actually live about 3hrs away. we spoke with Colin and let me tell you, we had the most wonderful experience. he was friendly, wise about the product and spoke with us like we were old friends. he's an honest upstanding worker and true asset to your team. please let him know how much he's valued and appreciated! job well done

A few months ago I ordered a washing machine and chose to have it delivered. The delivery driver never called ahead of time of the delivery and didn't even knock on the door. They left without dropping off our washer. Another delivery couldn't be scheduled for another 2 weeks out. I cancelled that order and requested a refund but I could only get the refund by swiping my card in-store. That process took an hour on top of a 30 minute drive each way.This last week I didn't learn my lesson and ordered some building materials to be delivered. Delivery was scheduled the next day but again, the driver never knocked on the door and immediately left. Delivery was rescheduled a week later. Order was cancelled for refund again.That's ~$2000 of goods that you guys missed out on because your delivery drivers refuse to get out of their truck. I'll be giving all my money to Menards from now on and I'd reccomend others do the same.

They are great in store purchases that’s why I’m giving 2 stars but if you ever need a special order that will be placed through their vendors, I’d say big NO. I placed a bulk lumber order that is worth $5k. They told me that delivery will be just in couple of weeks. They only reached out to me once saying that vendor doesn’t have what I need & told me they can provide in different measurements like it is my fault. They should know that working with vendors is not only taking commisions from your customers it is also following up the whole process and informing them. They made me wait for more than 2 months and made me go to store every week to check on my order like I’m working there. If vendors doesn’t have the product, then why are they letting me place the order and wasting my time & money right?

I purchased a new Toro Time cutter 50” in 6/23.Ok, this is my personal opinion of this machine. First off let me inform you I have owned a Hustler before I decided to purchase this Time cutter and still am using it. The Hustler is over 12 years old and in my opinion is a high quality lawn mower. Now let me tell you what I think of the Time cutter. The Kawasaki engine is a great motor. Thats where it ends. who ever designed the Time Cutter I believe never actually used it. The first thing is the Grass Deflector…Its made out of a thin rigid plastic, not rubber and broke and cracked after my 2nd cut. The seat design is terrible. The bolts that hold the seat from sliding don’t work. The seat keeps slipping forwards when you go down a slope even when its torqued down with a lock washer. The seat itself is very uncomfortable because your sitting forward which puts you in a very uncomfortable position. They should have designed the way the seat attaches to the frame differently! Every time I use it I have to get my socket wrench out and move the seat back again because I’m 6’2” and retighten the nuts. The hight of the foot pedal that raises the Deck is to high so you cant raise the Deck when your operating the mower because your knees hit the handles and makes it impossible to use the foot pedal! If your mowing and need to go over a tree stump you have to stop the mower and push the handles out to utilize the foot pedal to lift the deck or the side handle which is so heavy you need to be very strong. The machine is very erratic when you turn, it feels like a tank. My 85 year old Dad said he couldn’t use it. The Deck belt broke after 7 cuts. I think it could be one of the Deck Spindles which sounds like its making a whining noise. I ordered a new Deck belt and will check the spindles, pulleys and deck when I get it from Amazon since there so much cheaper then Home Depots. I would return this machine if I could! I purchased this at Home Depot and have purchased many Toro machines in the past. I would recommend not purchasing this machine. Spend a little more and get a better mower thats friendlier designed for the operator.

I was very impressed by the customer service I got from the people at this store. I just walked in the store & it wasn't long before an employee named Joe asked me if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for. He proceeded to take me back where it might be then looked online to see if it was in the store or online. He got everything ready for me to order online then took me to the front of the store where Melissa helped me finish the order. Outstanding service. I will have to visit this store more often. Best customer service I have had in awhile. Thanks Joe & Melissa

Not a big fan of home Depot,ordered countertops and kitchen sink and faucet, countertops were damaged, faucet was non functional, however customer service people were great handled returns well, I got replacements at Menards much better quality,but you can't beat home Depot for Ryobi tools

I needed a fall protection safety harness and lanyard fast. Schedule a class and did not own this equipment. Found that Home Depot carried some from Werner and ordered online for curbside pickup.When I picked up the items, Melissa was tasked with bring the products out to me. Looking them over there were no issues.Melissa is a credit to the Home Depot organization with her friendly conversation and positive attitude. Just what every customer wants when they interact with people. She took a little bit of time to talk to me about my purchases and this was great.Home Depot just tends to come through for me, usually online. Its great.

Came to this store to buy a faucet for my sink. The first one we bought didn't fit. The man that helped us find the correct one and helped us get all the parts we needed was so helpful and explained everything to us so we new how to install this correctly. I wish I would have asked him his name cuz that man deserves a raise. So props to your workers here. They are all nice and helpful everytime I go in this store.

I love Home Depot not only for their products but especially the great attitude of the staff. You have to give them a try, I know your going to love them too!

They deal with the worst manufacturers available. Worst craftsmanship ever seen. Do not buy cabinets or anything else similar. Do not buy their services for you will get the cheapest possible contractor that owns a truck and a hammer. This is pretty much the overall quality of Home Depot in general. Buy products, that's it.
