Initial reaction: good old Starbucks! Upon entering, I thought it looked clean, open and the staff seemed friendly enough.I didn't have any interaction with the staff since I made a mobile order ahead of time. We sat closer to the door, and wanted to stretch out and enjoy a drink and some food before continuing to drive on our journey.The bathroom was clean and well stocked.The food tasted fine, and coffee, Starbucks standard.The problem was that as we were sitting there, I kept noticing flies... and more flies... and more flies.There were so many of them flying around that it was very uncomfortable to enjoy my food. I had the egg bites, but had to keep them inside the bag and closed between bites because the flies kept coming over for a taste.And these were the big fat flies, not the little tiny ones.So I know flies can get inside. I get it. I get them in my house too. But I try different things to get rid of them, because even one gets on my nerves. I've never been to a Starbucks in any other location that made my stay uncomfortable because of flies, even in tropical Hawaii or Thailand.Since we were sitting closer to the door, I thought maybe the flies were all concentrated there? (there weren't any in the bathroom) I did mention to the staff that it looks like there is a fly infestation problem, and one of the girls said "yea" and then laughed. And another girl said, "yea, we know."Sooo, are you doing anything about it?Since the store doesn't seem to be proactively doing anything about this problem, I'm worried that there is a sanitation problem here and would ward off weary travelers.

Love the Lake Delton crew! Always so pleasant, helpful, patient, friendly and know me by name only after a few visits! Made this spot our regular Starbucks go to! Would giv'm a 5 star however, this location runs out of ingredients frequently but staff is always ready with a great substitution or a wonderfully tasty suggestion! 🔥❤️❤️

Here’s what you need to know: this was one of my best ever Starbucks experiences. We were on a road trip and stopped in while supercharging the car. The service was OUTSTANDING and so pleasant. Leanna and team are delightful and made the kids and the whole family feel welcome. Food and nitro coffee was perfectly executed.It’s quite a nice little oasis on a road trip and I would definitely recommend this location.We order 2 breakfast sandwiches, a bagel w/ cream cheese, a couple of cake pops and a nut loaf bread for breakfast, along with the coffee.Total was $33 for a family of 4

Excellent Starbucks with very friendly staff here taking the time to talk and greet everyone. Located just off the interstate it's a great place to rest and get that beverage. Usual range of beverages offered both hot and cold barista made as well as pre made. A range of snacks are also available at the counter. A good sized Starbucks with plenty of seating and clean restrooms inside. A drive thru is also available and parking available. Can't fault this Starbucks.

My mother and I stop here frequently. Most of the time we have a good experience. Staff may forget things here and there but they are quite nice. This starbucks often runs out of supplies. We order different drinks for many family members, so if you have a big order Please! check your drinks before you leave. The staff has no problem to remake drinks or even giving you what you need.Kid-friendliness: Have great food/drink options for kids!

I typically don’t leave reviews, but this one is a must. On Black Friday, I was working a VERY long shift in retail. I had left work around 7:40pm and decided to stop at Starbucks in Lake Delton to get a pick me up drink. I got in the drive through line at 7:50pm. There were multiple cars ahead of me. I finally got to the ordering screen at 8:01pm only to be told that they wouldn’t take my order because it’s after 8pm. Then I heard the drive through worker tell the vehicle behind me that the workers are “very tired after working 6 hours”. Their drive through doesn’t have a way for cars to exit so once you’re in line, you have to wait for everyone in front of you to exit. So I got to sit in the line of cars who were getting their orders. I didn’t get out of the drive through until 8:15pm…If I want Starbucks, I will be going to the Baraboo location from now on.

WORST Starbucks experience ever. Window worker was sooo confused about orders. Was given wrong order and when I questioned she had no idea what was what or what was going. Finally figured out my order and told me to drive around front to get and she would bring to me. Drove around front and it was not brought to me. Walked inside to get it and after initially being ignored i was asked what I wanted and when I said i wanted my drink, that was just sitting waiting for me, it was handed to me without an apology or thank you or anything. There was a big screw up that could’ve been solved with decent customer service but that was no where to be seen or heard at this Lake Delton location. I manage a business in the area and will never be returning to this location. And I’m sure no one will care because the tourists are enough to keep it in business.

I went to Starbucks this morning with my Grandmother. We pulled up to the drive through to be greeted by Michelle, she was extremely nice! She asked us how our day was going and was very bubbly! After we ordered we went to the window to be greeted again by Kate who was also extremely nice! She talked to us while our drink was being made. These two ladies made my day! I hope they are reminded how amazing they are at their job and praised by how well they are doing! Thank you for making me smile this morning!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Staff is disjointed and over the last three days has consistently messed up our orders. Today it took over 15 minutes to make my cold brew coffee. Several other people got their drinks before me and when I asked if maybe it was forgotten or accidentally given to someone else I was met with animosity and contempt. You may ask why we went back after the first two times were awful? Convenience. It was close to where we were staying. Such a shame that they are the face of Starbucks in a tourist town

Staff and management are very rude. I made an online order, and I went in there to get my order. They said it was not ready, and my coffee was sitting there for 20 minutes. I asked for a fresh coffee, and the girl gave me a really bad attitude. Worst experience that I had at a Starbucks with that tall, white, and big lady. She was very racist. Terrible management.

When I received my drink from Sonya, I kinda told her “sorry I ordered a Venti” and she gave me a tall. She looked at the drink and then looked at me and threw the drink away and rolled her eyes. She never apologized for her mistake or she could of said “that’s ok, i can remake it for you” she said nothing. She proceeded to make the drink with an attitude with her body language. When she was done with my drink, she sat it on the counter and walked away! Not a peep came out of her mouth! Not a “have a nice day” or nothing. I asked for oat milk and some cinnamon topping on my cold foam. I got regular whole milk, with no cinnamon topping! With her attitude I didn’t want to say anything anymore. I’m not from here, nor have I ever been to this store. But Sonya’s attitude was horrible, she should be working somewhere else where she doesn’t interact with customers. The one who took my order was extremely nice and nice attitude.

Went here 2 days in a row to get the same two iced coffees. First day mine came right up but it was 10 minutes till my wife's was ready. The second day my wife came right up. Waited 10 minutes and I was asked what other drink we were waiting for so I told them and they made it right away. Not sure what's going on with the ordering system. Both days I ordered both drinks at the same time. Paid for both drinks together. Put both drinks under the same name. The staff is friendly. Just something wrong with the logistics.

My sister and I ordered ahead online and when i went inside and picked them up i noticed the cold foam WE PAID EXTRA FOR was not in the drinks. I told the employees and all the girl said to me was “ok.” I waited for her to finish doing what she was doing thinking she was going to fix our drinks after she was done. No she started cleaning. NOT ONE of the employees looked at us or talked to us. We walked out after waiting for almost 10 minutes for something that could have been fixed in 2 seconds.

I love this Starbucks! Went here while on a trip to Wisconsin and from the exterior being super pretty to great tasting drinks and fast service it was great! The baristas were pretty nice, and I did not have too long of a wait time! The decorations in the store were beautiful as well and they had a great selection of merchandise and coffee!

Decorated very nicely, the inside of the store is really comfortable and the service is friendly. Only issue is that this store is too nice (and not busy enough) to have crumbs and wrappers littered all over the floor.
