I was probably the first customer at Kohl’s that day. I was greeted by a friendly cashier. I was able to find what I wanted quickly. The store was beautiful. Shiny clean. What a great experience!

A few rude staff but the ladies at Sephora were nice. A far larger location than my home town it was nice to see a good selection of plus size Sonoma branded stuff, it tends to be my favAlso a large furniture section in this location

Mel is a very friendly associate at the Lake Delton Kohl's Department Store. She was very fast in ringing up our items. She was very efficient and she gave us service with a smile. Mel is an asset to the store.

Kohl's Store in Lake Delton, WI has the best cashier I have had in a very long time. Pete was his name and very kind person. Helpful and made the experience an amazing one. Nice to have an actual human-being to check you out of the store.

I will never shop at Kohls again after being a lifelong customer. I was in the women’s department in the changing room trying on bras when I could see a man enter & start up a conversation with someone who was also in the fitting room. I was so unbelievably uncomfortable & felt completely violated. While this man was in the fitting room he opened a dressing room door & I heard a ladies voice & I heard him apologize & the lady saying the door doesn’t lock! Then my husband ask a male manager where he could try on a pair of jeans & he was directed to the same fitting room I was in, in the women’s department. The manager informed him that the fitting rooms are coed! Hubby found a different fitting room & he also informed me that the man who entered the fitting room I was in was the manager he spoke with. When a store can’t respect my privacy & is allowing men into the women’s dressing room you are completely wrong! On a side note a lot of us women live with sexual traumas & men being in our areas is not okay!!! Do not let your girls go into these dressing rooms alone!!!!!!

Great clearance deals plus most of them an additional 50 percent off. Bought a pair of NB Tennis shoes for my boyfriend and a hanging ceramic planter for under 30 bucks.

Be sure to check that the clerk removes the security knob from any thing you purchase. I didn't and had to return to the store so they could remove the security knob. It was a 50 mile round trip for me .

Love shopping here! There is a huge selection for everyone in the family! The shoe department is awesome! They carry many different name brand items too! There is always a sale and also coupons to use! Daughter loves that this location has a Sephora!
