This Culver's was spotless. The lady at the register was extremely polite. Hospitality 110%. I didn't get much off the menu, 6p jumbo shrimp, son had kids chicken tenders.Parking: Plenty of free parking close to building.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

Even with coupons for free scoops and a free kids meal, Culver's is simply pricing itself out of what I'm comfortable paying. Just shy of $30 for two double deluxe burgers, 1 fry, 1 curd, 1 drink. That's ~$30 for less than two complete fast food meals. Unacceptable.But, I suppose there's no reason for them to change any prices so long as consumers keep consuming.So, while the service and food are good, unless something changes about the prices, the only thing that will bring me back is a gift card.

We're a family of 7, and our food came out quickly. I love the cheeseburgers and onion rings. The lady that brought our food asked if my 2 younger children would be interested in what I thought she said, "Culver's tokens" but came out with two Culvers plushies. A boy and girl for my son and daughter. It was a pleasant surprise and they were so happy.

Typical fast food Culver's atmosphere and set-up. Food is really good, with the Butter burger and cheese curds being delicious. Value is solid, more in line with fast-casual than fast food places. Lots of free parking, but can get busy during peak vacation season. Had a long line when I got in, but turnover from order to table was quick.

Iv been going to Culver's for years. For some reason this store has been going down hill on the quality of the food. Burgers not not made to order anymore. They are dried out hockey pucks that are barely warm. Buttoms of the buns were not toasted. They were burnt. This was not just one time. This has been this bad the last few times. Not sure whats up.

I've never been to a Culver's, so when I walked in, I was totally taken by how clean, friendly and most eager to explain the menue to us. They are some of the best people we've met in the fast food places we've been too. The food was amazing, the custard incredibly creamy and delicious. I will dine here again!Parking: Was clean and plenty of it.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Have ordered curbside here 3 times, all 3 times I had to go in because nobody brought my food out. First 2 times had to have them re-cook my food cause it was cold, 3rd time I got a refund and will never go back. Pathetic management. I drive a bright red car also so it's not like it's confusing

honest the worst fast food I've ever eaten, a bread and meat. I ordered potatoes without salt but well as you see in the pictures, we went because a friend recommended because his brother was in a chicago. Both left their chicken I think it wasn't with an authentic taste I tasted it and I don't like it.

Buns were stale on the edges, like they had been left out for hours. Upgraded to a large fry, asked for extra crispy. Bag was half full and fries were not extra crispy. Not up to usual culvers quality! The order was taken correctly but kitchen was trying to get orders out to fast. We asked for it to go and they made it to eat there, then had to fix. They were not that busy it 7:45 pm. Very disappointed.

We went through the drive thru on a long road trip and were very satisfied. We have Culver's in our home state, but peripherals like sauces and the gluten free bun (celiac party member) are frequently forgotten. This Culver's nailed our somewhat difficult and long order the first time. Service was extremely friendly and very quick!We did go inside to use the restrooms and the restaurant itself was clean and upscale in appearance. The bathrooms were also very clean, no automatic toilets which my skittish kiddo appreciated, and the water was warm in the sinks but not hot (important for kids especially). My only complaint is there were only 2 stalls in the bathroom so there was a short line for the ladies, but not a major complaint by any means.Overall would definitely recommend.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free buns are delicious, warm and hold up well to use on burgers!!Kid-friendliness: No automatic toilets, free ice cream with kids meal, made the food right the first time, warm water in the bathrooms for hand washing, very clean, and quick service

Crystal the manager invited me to sit down and talk with the owner, Andy about my complaint, since she feels like she did not have to listen to my feedback about a employee who took my order.She heard part of what happen when I walked in coming from the drive thru. I explained that the person who took my order asked if we wanted cheese or ketchup we said yes but we were not told there was a chargeShe charged the cheese which is fine I wanted more ketchupThe cheese looked not good so I didn't want itI went back in to get more ketchup since we only got two packets (didn't ask for my money back, just more ketchup)I returned the cheese and asked for more ketchup and the employee who took my order got annoyed and gave me a small brown bag with 40 ketchup packets (like if it's a bother and why so many packets???);to me it's rude because in the drive way I changed my drink from a coke to lemonade and she had a tone that it bugged her that I changed my mind on what i want to drink. (Which bugged me because why get upset? This is your job you don't like it find one that you do like. If I get this type of service again I'm returning my food and asking back for my $$$Andy, your employee and your manager needs a attitude change because they are bringing down your business by seeing the two bad reviews you got in the past two days. I'll put a complaint on the website you're telling people to do so as well. Thanks! 🙂

Food was good, as to be expected from Culver’s. Unfortunately the staff is antagonistic to transgender individuals, which made the atmosphere hardly welcoming compared to their Milwaukee and Madison counterparts. This is regrettably common for this area of the country. I don’t know if this has a clear remedy, but I cannot in good faith recommend this specific Culver’s location based on my experience tonight.Parking: Tesla chargers available in the back

The food was delicious, as it always is at Culver's, but the prices were a bit higher than my local Culver's. Also, when I ordered my concrete mixer, I asked for extra spoons (to share with mom and sis) and the girl who took my order and delivered the mixer only brought me one spoon. Otherwise, a very satisfying meal!Parking: The parking lot has multiple entrances, making it easy to get in and out, and there were plenty of parking spots, even on a Saturday afternoon.Kid-friendliness: There were a couple of families there, and the seating area was spacious with good choices of booths or tables.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything was very level, and there was a handicap accessible automatic door opener. Inside, things were spaced out to easily maneuver around, and some booths had cut corners where you can park a wheelchair or just add another chair, a high chair, or stroller.
