I'm disabled and use a electric cart to shop. None of the aisles were wide enough for me to get through to shop for clothing. They should measure them to make sure these carts can get through alright. I pushed one of the metal racks with my cart trying to get through. Was scolded by an employee. It's not my fault the aisle wasn't wide enough.

Had a few questions about a purchase I wanted to make and the employee helped me without even thinking about it twice. He helped me with the purchase and even brought the item to the front for me! The employees while I was grocery shopping were very nice and were easy to talk/ joke around with making my time in the aisles with them more pleasant and less mundane.

Few items needed on return trip up Nort and not landing at Nort of Medford for Walmart. Met afternoon manager of phones etc and was helpful when grandson would be working on late shift.

DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PEOPLE WHO LOOK DIFFERENT. they check our cart about every other time we go in ( and we have never takien anything nor have they ever found anything to validate their search) and they tell their employees to watch us close and we have a secret shopper following us almost every time we go in. Really sucks that people are robots you need a systems update to tell your programing to stop discriminating.

have used this walmart, on average 3x a week for the past 2 years, so basic math says I have been there over 1000 times. About the employees: I wish they wouldn't smoke so close to the entrance. There is one older person who works the morning and who wants to use the job to be a jerk. I avoid her. There are 2 younger workers who have no basic skills, social or otherwise. Sometimes there is no avoiding them. All of the other workers are helpful when you need something and unintrusive when you don't need them. except Electronics. I've only had one person who understands tech help me in that dept and anyone else who's "helped" me couldn't even help me in trying to find someone who could help me lol. sometimes walmart is out of stock on things for a long time. always check your jars - they will put out jars that have had the safety top popped open (found that a couple of times). never use pickup for produce or dairy. you will get the expired/just about to expire dairy and damaged fruits/veg.

I was buying a phone for my friend. She has a disability and does not think well. This person who I assumed was a walmart employee, came over to try to upsell the more expensive phones.I said no, she kept right on talking, when she could get no satisfaction from me she proceeded to talk to my friend, who is clearly not thinking well, its obvious, to try to pressure her into a high priced phone. By this time I am getting annoyed. I am the one paying the bill, I said no, my friend had already done the high priced phone and was unable to make the payment. But this woman will not stop, she called me rude, then looked at my friend and said well you look like your on foodshare so there is help where you save some money. WHAT? who looks at someone and says they look like they are on foodshare? Lastly she gave my friend her personal phone number to contact her.. this woman at walmart knows absolutely nothing about what my friend is going thru, and assumes and insults. She should be fired immediately. footnote, I did talk to the manager, he informed me that due to employee shortage this woman was a subcontractor, not and actual walmart employee. But only way for me to complain was thru him.

Hey follow me around because I have tattoos then they are so worried I was going to steal a water that the woman came and scanned it for me while I was in the middle of scanning all my items then I was so caught up with that I ended up leaving 13.00 in the machine and they did not one time run back and get me for that $13 they went and put it in their pocket apparently they need it more than I do

Honestly this place and this entire freaking town are all fake and some real good possers. I'm literaterally sitting in the ladysmtih Walmart parking lot waiting for someone to come and jump my car. Since dawn is always on time. I asked to be her screwed up my timing and I was shocked.

The selection isn't great, but it works for the basics. If you are a POC you will have a harder time finding things that work for you in the hygiene department.

It's a great store. Been there a few times. Usually go to the Wal-Mart in Hayward as it's close to my folks. Everyone is very helpful, courteous and in a good mood. The store is laid out a little differently, but people directed me to where I wanted to go. Good experience, nice drive down 27S. I think they are a little cheaper than Hayward, too.☺

I enjoy this store. Don't see why people gripe so hard about it. People complaining it's busy, you're going in the afternoon to late afternoon. Mornings are more ideal. Keep track of busy days, such as weekends, Fridays, and Mondays. You'll be fine. Calm down, it's not that deep. It's Walmart, what more do you expect of them.

I had a bad experience with the purchase of a phone card. The employee did not activate it so when I went through the procedure to use it and 45 min on the phone to tech support, it wouldn't work.I had to go back to the store to get it replaced. The employee in electronics said he had no clue at all on how that works. He sent me to customer service who couldn't help but to get me their boss. She said I needed the receipt which of course I couldn't find so I'm just out 40 bucks. Went and got the receipt and finally after more than 2 hrs into this got an activated card. No apology and no form of compensation for a total mistake on the Walmart team.

Always has what we need. Easy to get in and out. Everyone wears their masks. Thanks you. No issues or problems there. Aisles are roomy and clean. Associates are friendly and very helpful. Pharmacy is great too. Informative, no waiting. Very knowledgeable staff.

Recently interacted with Nichole in customer service. She wanted to resolve a problem that was the manufacturing agents responsibility. The kindness and empathy she showed were unsurpassed. I had already contacted pan-o-gold bread. They were very helpful in my issue. And when I went to Walmart told her about it, she was willing to resolve it. Even though it was not Walmarts fault, and Pan-o-Gold bread corporation, vendor of Walmart., had taken care of it. 👏bravo for wanting to go that extra mile! Thankyou Nichole 💜I have gotten to know the Walmart in Ladysmith and everyone there is so helpful and they do go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of. The manager there Tony is very helpful and customer service. And there’s several other employees Steve is the inventory guru. Back in housewares/garden/paint departments. And then there’s one gal over in groceries, I don’t remember her name, maybe Samantha?, that’s just as awesome and very knowledgeable. Being new to the state and town their help & guidance is valuable. So I wanted to say thank you Walmart employees for all of your help. With the exception of the phone center they were horrible. But then they’re not Walmart employees they’re Verizon employees.

Only a handful employees helpful. Always waiting for customer service. When someone does show up, they act like your bothering them. Never have the same inventory even before covid. I will travel to a city 45 min from me and go to their Wal Mart half the time to get what I need.

I've been to this store many times over the past year. At first, thought it was a great store. As time goes on, I honestly don't like shopping at this location unless I absolutely have to. The employees are not happy to be there. There is usually only one checkout open or one regular and a speedy checkout open, at the times I shop. One night I waited 40 minutes in line to checkout because there was a new employee at the only open register while "everyone else" was unloading a delivery truck. The poor girl wasn't entering something correctly and the register was not allowing her to proceed. I was the next person in line & still waited 40 minutes! I felt horrible for her. This should have never happened. Shame on the management. If it was my daughter left to sink or swim, I would call in and quit for her! This store seems to have a lot of employees standing around socializing and yet plenty needs to be done, as the store is DIRTY.
