Plus, unlike other hardware stores, they have great selections in their sporting goods department, even furniture, mattresses and appliances. With their fair pricing and selection, you can get everything you need in one location. Amazing!

We recently bought some vacation property in the area and have been doing some upgrades. Kevin and Kari have been very knowledgeable on the supplies that we needed to get the job done. Also not knowing much about the store and they sell appliances. Cheryl was great to work with helping us pick out some appliances that best suited our needs. The store is well organized and clean. We definitely will be shopping there in the future.

-Extremely clean store and was very impressed with the attention to detail at every corner.-The staff was very intelligent and if they didn't know the answer they were able to figure it out very quickly.-The Sporting Goods Dept. really stood out, it is unlike any other hardware store you have ever seen and the amount of Vortex inventory is as very good indicator of how well they are woven into the outdoor industry.-Another area of the store that stood out was the furniture, mattress, and appliance selection.. it is impressive. The prices were very aggressive and customer friendly.-Quick shoutout to the names behind this great operation.. Kevin (GM), Ted (assistant GM), Kari (floor associate), in sporting goods Gabe, and in Furniture mattress and appliance, Cheryl. They were all super helpful the second I walked in. What a great atmosphere from top to bottom! Would highly recommend swinging by whenever you can.

LOVE THIS STORE!! I seldom right a review but felt compelled since the store was SO clean and I had the best experience. Absolutely loved the people that helped me. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Really the BEST customer service. Also, I really liked their sporting goods department, which is not like other hardware stores. The furniture, mattress and appliance selection is pretty impressive with really reasonable pricing. Can’t wait to go back!

What a great place to shop. They have everything and people that can help you find it and show you how to use it. The sporting goods department is huge and organized! Fishing, guns, ammo, clothes, calls, stands...You could spend a day looking at everything and they have furniture and appliances too. The prices are great and somebody that can tell you the difference between one and another. They seem to really want to be a partner when you are buying. It must work because I'm coming back.

Best sporting goods store you will find, took a minute to remember its also a hardware store....Very good one. Great selection of items for your project to save a drive to Eau Claire. Staff is second to none, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Store is in fantastic shape, clean and organized. Definitely recommend it.

Ladysmith Ace is a nice and clean store with a very helpful and knowledgable staff. I'm clueless when I'm doing a weekend warrior project and they make it so easy!The sporting goods department is incredible and you forget you are in a hardware store! Ladysmith Ace even has furniture, mattress and an appliance selection which is impressive at great prices too.Kari is ALWAYS helpful in hardware, Gabe was extremely helpful with my gun purchase and Cheryl was amazing with my new speed queen washer and dryer!

We are new to the area. Stopped in to pick up some picture hangers and was pleasantly surprised to find this is not just a run of the mill hardware store. They also have a great selection of furniture, sporting goods, appliances, etc. Truely a one-stop-shop. Kari and Gabe were especially helpful. I will definitely be back.

Wow...what a great store! First visit to store and I've told others how helpful the staff was and how well kept the store appeared to be. I had no idea a hardware store would have a selection like this Ace. The sporting goods selection was second to none and to have a local option for furniture....even appliances and mattresses was amazing. Will be back!

ACE Ladysmith is fantastic! The store is clean and they have very helpful and knowledgable staff. What I love most is the incredible sporting goods department!! ACE Ladysmith is unlike any other hardware store I have ever seen! I went in to pick up a few items for a upcoming hunt and was amazed by the options. I then wandered over to their furniture store and decided to replace our old mattress. I was amazed by the many optionsavailable! Last, but not least I was BLOWN away by their selection of appliances. I’d give ACE Ladysmith 10 Stars if it were an option!

Stopped by for a few hardware items for a recent home repair. Was super suprised to find a full on sporting goods store right inside. Eyeballed a few guns I have been interested in and found the pricing to be really competitive with what I have been seeing online.Staff was very nice and eager to help. Will for sure be stopping back when I am ready to buy. Oh and they had the srews that I needed too..almost forgot them I was so distracted by the handguns.

We bought a washer and dryer last year from Ace Hardware. The price was competitive and delivery was within a few days.I stopped in today and discovered they now have a selection of living room furniture, bedroom furniture and area rugs. The prices were really good and the quality was better than I expected for a hardware store. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back soon.

The markup at this place is unbelievable.Do some research, it ranges all across the board as high as 60-80%.I still shop here but only when I have to, as it's the only hardware in town... They should just know they're high prices for the same exact stuff is known of. I know locals that don't go there & that's Ace's business loss.

This ACE Hardware is hands down one of the top / most unique stores In Wisconsin. The staff is very midwestern (Friendly) as well as Knowledgable in every department. Even for a backwoods Alaskan Bush Pilot this store has everything you could need from Hunting, Fishing, Outdoor Projects even all the necessities to conquer those small hunny do list.
