Bought a raccoon super trooper hat online that had a small bare/bald spot on the front. I called & spoke to McKenzie who apologized and offered free shipping to send it back for an exchange. We decided to drive the 7 hours one-way from Michigan to exchange it ourselves! We’re always up for an adventure and it’s so important to support family run businesses like this. We also wanted to see their other products in person. They didn’t have the exact hat to make an even exchange but we found one that worked and drove the 7 hours back home!

I had a friend buy me a full Coyote hat from Wild Thing Furs. But it did not have drawstring chin straps so that it would stay on my noggin at 100+ mph on the motorcycle, so I got the Mongolian Red Fox it had rawhide chin straps, but no cinch I put a cinch on it and wear it while riding. I love it so much I ordered an Arctic Fox and I love it too. I get looks everywhere I go. People point me out to their kids as I pass and the kids love it. The kids get such a kick out of it. I look like a Hillbilly Santa. Lol 😆

Stitching popped on my hat 4th time I wore it. Looked and its a weak machine stitch. I will repair by handstitching with thread that doesn't look like 2 pound fishing test.

Stay at your own risk…We liked the place, but unfortunately the management ruined the entire experience for us. Least friendly management I’ve ever encountered. You had better leave the place cleaner than you found it, or expect a nasty and personally insulting email from Brenda! Find somewhere else to stay!

Little gem of a place. Stopped in for shiggles and walked out with a new sheepskin seat cover and fox tail for the bike. Glad we stopped. Don and Brenda were so personable! Nice to support local businesses and they were great! Gonna bring back my fur coat for repair too! We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic Customer Service and an Amazing product!I ordered a Sheepskin seat cover on Sunday before Memorial Day. Tuesday morning I got a phone call from Karen asking me to provide some dimensions on a diagram that she e--mailed me of my exact seat so she could give me a custom fit.I emailed the dimensions back Wednesday morning at 8:00 am and at 10:00 am she called me back to tell me my cover was finished and she was dropping it in the mail.I received the cover Friday morning, put it on and it fit like a glove!Excellent quality and keeps me cool and comfortable in 90 degree Tennessee riding conditions.Cant say enough good things about this entire experience, I will be back for more furry products!I came out of a mini mart last week in Chattanooga to find a kid actually petting my seat, does it get any better? I submit no!Thanks for caring about your customers as well as your products!

Hat came on time in expected shape. Beautiful hat I would go one size up from your measurements. If I had bought a medium it wouldn’t have fit well after they add the liner it would have been too tight.

I sent my hids in back in April, (not tanned) and got em back today. 6 months! That's fully tanned and made into hats. Which in reality is a fantastic turn around if you are familiar with this fur industry. These 2 hats are EVERYTHING I expected and more! I couldn't be more happy, even the prices are 100% on point and worth it. Please please give this company your buisness. I was working 12 hour days and had no time to get on line and order in time for Easter. My son always wanted a Coonskin hat. I called on a Monday morning and was greeted by a very friendly person who took my info and had the hat to me by Thursday. So very impressed!

Its fantastic to see that so many people are satisfied with their products! How ever I don't see the reason in it since their contact page on their website dosen't work! Either its broken or they are just to lazy to answer. I've tried to order a super trooper beaver fur hat a several times with two (both valid) credit cards with no success. I've tried to contact them for the past 3 weeks both with not a single answer.

My husband sent his bear hide to you in 2020. He has made multiple attempts to contact and find out why it has been taking so long. 2 years later and still no bear.
