I had a very urgent need for car fob batteries, and they were closing in 10 minutes. I was expecting the staff to kind of try to usher me out, but a total of THREE staff members helped me to find what I needed and they gave me a tool to open the batteries so I could replace the old one. I wish I knew their names so I could give them credit. But everyone I met at the store tonight, 1/30/24, was super helpful and went above and beyond. This is one of the best walmart experiences I've had in a while.

The guy outside that takes in the carts inside had a row of carts blocking my car. I politely asked him to move the carts so I could leave to go to work. The guy proceeded to ignore me. I honked my horn at him to get his attention and even put my car in reverse and was still ignored. Needless to say, I will just do any shopping at your competitor since you do not care if I am late for work and the issues it will cause me. If I could rate this store 0 stars I absolutely would.

I got some pretzels. Less than a cup of them were bigger than an inch. I understand you want to fill the shelves but, if you're packing in delicate things like sardines, they're going to break. People don't want to buy broken chips. Some is understandable of course.

Stopped in today 11-13-2023 specifically to get some hot food at 7pm and it was all closed down. The last few times I stopped in with the same issue. I asked service desk why they keep closing early and was told they Dont have staffing. Please just train a cashier to fry food or change your hours… if a department is open until 8 keep them open! Nobody here said hello and several items rung up at a different price than the tag listed…*edit* Anna team lead at customer service was very polite and helpful. I’ve encountered her in the past and she always goes out of her way to help by any means.

This Walmart is awesome! If you go to the Onalaska Walmart, it is ridiculously messy!!! the employees don't even say hello or ask if they can help you they just walked past you, whereas the South Side lacrosse Walmart they actually acknowledge you and offer to help. The store is always clean and tidy!! Management there is on their game!

Asked for oil change, told them 2 times what kind of oil to put in my truck, after I paid and oil change was done, I read over my paper work they gave me after everything was done, they put the wrong kind of oil in my truck! Luckily it could be fixed! But I wouldn't recommend them! No telling what they will put into your vehicle!

I have never had such a terrible experience. For being Walmart, a multi-BILLIONAIRE and global gi!ant, I was VERY disappointed and annoyed to not find ONE pair of slacks for a job interview. I came across rack after rack of summer apparel or new arrivals of Activewear and different colors and styles of jeans.Ok, so I tried on and bought a pair of fake black leather pants in a size 4 and a pair of Sofía Vergara jeans for $4 in a size 5! That took the place of my disappointment.

Don't order from this Walmart as their employees and drivers don't want to do their jobs. From pulling the wrong things when you always see their stock is on the shelves not announcing replacements, have bad attitudes, even yell at you over the phone if you ask them a simple question, and are generally not ready to deliver anything without making your life a living hell for using their service.When you have to call their 1-800 number Everytime you order you're just better off going to Amazon for all your orders

every time I go to Walmart I feel like I’m in the twilight zone. The employees act like they’re the customers and the customers have to act like they are the employees and I never feel comfortable asking anyone for anything at any Walmart except for is the lady that works in the clothing/shoe departments, she is always really nice and helpful.

The addition of even more self-checkout lanes is frustrating. The scale didn’t work, my card wouldn’t scan, and a few other issues caused me to spend much more time checking out than necessary. Extremely irritating.

I stood in line at the Customer Center. Another customer comes after me and jumps the line and goes to the employee when they are free. I speak out loud, “Excuse me, I was here first!” The employee lets the other customer go first saying we are just doing something quickly for her! So what? I was still here before her! Extremely disrespectful. Then, all the 3 employees go to help the other customer leaving me just waiting. Why does something need 3 employees if it is a “quick” matter? When I finally get helped, I ask to break 2 100 dollar bills and 1 50 bill, but the employee says “I can’t do that!” Ridiculous. When, on the internet, it says Walmart Customer Service can do that. I guess my money is not good enough for Walmart. I am going to give my business to some place else.

Called to ask if a bike toolkit was in stock. I could not get through to speak to an associate. I kept getting routed back to the service desk. Gave up after 15 minutes and just drove there. Luckily they had it in stock as the website said they did. The website also said the La Crosse store had it in stock and they did not.

Getting used to new layout and registers. A trail mix I've purchased many times is almost $3.00 higher than starting price a few years ago; I almost didn't purchase today and will seriously think about an alternative.

Not enough staff. They have 24 lanes for checkout but only 2 cashiers. Nobody answers the phones in automotive and all the store manager does is force employees to work for lower pay then food service workers.
