What the heck. What has happened to the store on Rose street in La Crosse Wi. I was told medication was done on Thursday. I needed to wait until Saturday and I learned they are closed on Saturday. No problem, I went on Monday . I gave my name and the perception was not ready yet I got a phone call saying it was. I came back . I am there a little past 2. I sat there for more than 30 min. A bald guy was at the window . I gave a sign like why is this taking so long. He ignored me and walked off. 10 more minutes and a woman said she was sorry. I said it be nice if someone could have acknowledged my existence to tell me if drive through was closed or something. 2:53 was when I left. I’d like to not go to Walgreens but I have one medication I don’t want to deal with to get it switched the service has been crazy like this for a few months now

Closed 5 minutes early of closing at 8pm. The one thing I needed would've only taken a minute of their time but they still refused. They didn't really give a reason besides they were just closing. Nice people but not so decent on their part.

Be weary of their photo services.Ive had a issues both times using it. Firstly, the first time I had cropped the photo the way I needed it on their website and everything was good to go. Upon picking up the photograph, which was a close up of my dog, the photo printed from the middle of her eyes down. I got a refundToday, I picked up an order for an 11 x 14 picture. When I went to frame it, it wouldnt fit. Upon taking a measurement, it was 11.25 x 14.25, too big for the frame and not what I ordered.Use a different photo service center

The employees at Walgreens always try to help me. My insurance has been a problem when it should not have been. They just keep running interference for me and they have even found an alternative insurance for me when mine wasn't working. Kudos to the team.

Don't ever ask for anything to be delivered or you will end up missing out on your medication. And even if the pharmacy tells you your medication is ready to be picked up, don't ever expect it to actually be ready. Worst pharmacy in Lacrosse. I wonder how many people this place has seriously injured or killed. I can't wait for AI to take over their jobs because at least I would finally be dealing with somebody that felt something.

I have been going to this Walgreens since moving to the area almost 10yr ago. I have had very few issues until recently when every single time I try to get prescriptions filled for one of my children it becomes a huge ordeal. They consistently claim they are not getting the prescriptions the Dr sends in even though the nurses always call me to confirm they have done it. Any time I have to call there I know to plan for a minimum of an hour wait time regardless of the time. Today I called and after waiting 2hr and just being told I was the next caller the phone system hung up automatically. I don't know if all their staff changed recently or what, but we used to get wonderful service. Now it seems like they don't care so we will be switching to a place that does. Good riddance.

Don't go here. They not only entered my insurance ID wrong for my prescription, they let me wait for 3 hours straight JUST to pay full price for my meds because they INSISTED they needed a PCN when the insurance i have doesnt require one. The manager there was pretty rude as well, when the person trying to help me couldn't figure it out, she came over. Paid around $140+ even with goodrx after throughly getting a migraine FOR trying to get my migraine meds.I went to a different walgreens for my refill today after a couple months, no issues at all. Told me this walgreens entered my ID number wrong and thats why it wasnt taking. Took my insurance this time. Made it $21.

Very convenient location. They have a pharmacy (with a drive through), food and snacks, toys, household items, makeup and over the counter medications. Western Union inside at the counter and a Redbox out front. We come here for the whole variety.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They close at 6, so barely enough time to get my Rx filled, and they’re no open on the weekends.I submitted my Rx for a refill 4 days ago and when I attempted to pick it up, they advised that they’ve been out of my Rx for two weeks. A text or call with this info would have been great, because I’m now in full withdrawal.Worst Walgreens.

The pharmacy staff are doing all they can to get prescriptions completed on time. They are short-staffed and under a lot of pressure, but the pharmacists and assistants at this Walgreen's always take time to ask questions and convey important details about the drugs they dispense. I am particularly appreciative of their consideration for old, deaf people like me.

I always dread having to call the pharmacy. I usually hang up after 20-30 minutes of not getting through to someone but today I thought I would see how long it really takes. Leaving my phone on speaker and continuing to do my household chores, I have listened to the automated system tell me there is one caller ahead of me for over a hour. Eventually I just drove there to find out the pharmacy had suddenly closed. Really!? At least answer the calls on hold to tell the people that.

These pharmacy workers are truly top notch first all the regular pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. I wrote in another review about my interaction with Cassandra going way above and beyond for me. Now, Angie did another stellar act...my dog ate my medication. The dog is ok! But after clearing a prescription with my insurance to replace the dog eaten medication, Angie not only asked and gave great suggestions to help my dog, she also added a couple dog treats.Every time I visit this location it's extremely busy, but these employees treat me as if I'm the only one there. Always excellent service!

Pharmacists deserve 5 stars. Clerk at checkout had to be told 4 times to apply senior discount. Their coupons have so many exclusions and requirements we just toss them as we walk out.

dropped of dr written script on wed, was told 45 min after hour still wasnt ready, i left said text me when ready. was told ok im on the text program. thurs no text, fri no text, sat pharmacy closed early, sunday not even open. yet hours on web page are not updated. i needed my pills. i feel so sorry for somebody whom reall needs there pills. not my fault there pharmasists all left to diff jobs. at least transfer the scripts to diff location dont leave people in dark....

Service at the pharmacy is disappointing. They refused to take a few minutes to give me a flu shot when I arrive 5 minutes before they're random half an hour break mid-afternoon. Even though it was a quick procedure, they made me come back later without so much as a "Sorry for the inconvenience," and they discussed in front of me whether or not they "wanted" to help me right then. When I came back, I stood in line waiting for 10-15 minutes even though there was a pharmacist available to help the lady who accidentally budged in line to go to the covid check-in desk. So the pharmacist could have helped me from the beginning, but didn't bother. I don't understand why it's so hard to get help at this place, and why they seem to be actively choosing not to help their customers.

Cannot get a call through to pharmacist. On hold for 40 minutes before I hung up. Went to store 3 times to try to get prescriptions. I have now waited 5 days for a simple refill. Waited 25 minutes in drive through pickup Only automated calling system.

I was very frustrated last night at photos and asked Della for some help as the CD process was not working , someone jammed the CD on both photo computers, she was very helping to fixing the CD and restarting computer and we had a great conversation as well, it is nice to talk to someone with everyone that is going on in our world , she even helped print my picture I needed and a flash drive and dint have to wait great customer service!!! I will always look for her for my customer needs when coming in! 😀

Impossible to get in and out in less than 45 minutes. Always slow. Always a 20-30 minute wait inside or drive through. Closed on saturday and sunday........... The most poorly managed Walgreens in the area.

I have been going to walgreens pharmacy for years to get my prescriptions. I know they nornally cost more money than cvs or walmart but i have usually had exceptional service. When i went to pick up my prescription today i had a new app for a discount card( wife and i both lost jobs 2 months ago and arent eligible until next month). Jessica behind the counter was very rude stating i already had discount cards on file, although different, and gave me an attitude about taking my new one. I suppose because she actually had to enter in the numbers on the computer. She then proceeds to ask me if i know that i will be paying a fine on my taxes for not having insurance. Are my taxes or health insurance preferences really her business? I am not legally bound to carry health insurance although i always have until the last 2 months. I am moving all ofbmy prescriptions and my wife's to cvs/target. Alot cheaper and if i get an attitude at least im not paying extra to get it. Sad.

Pharmacists Mark and Chris go out of there way to make sure you understand your prescriptions including benefits and possible side affects. I have relied on them even more so than Physicians on why a script may or may not make sense. Great Team to work with!

Best costumer service I've seen in awhile! All of the employees are polite and attentive. I frequent the store for specific items. Staff makes sure that those items are always in stock. It's nice to know that they pay attention to their customers. I won't go anywhere else for my pharmaceutical needs.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens location is the BEST Walgreens pharmacy I have ever encountered. The team of Pharmacy Manager Chris, and Pharmacist Mark, make for an amazing dynamic duo. They care about their customers and go out of their way to help them to the best of their abilities. If you live in the La Crosse area or travel from a more rural area to the health facilities in La Crosse, use this Walgreens pharmacy exclusively.

I enjoy shopping here. It is close to everything especially the interstate. It has groceries, pharmacy, photo, gifts, cards, personal items, and seasonal items for all tourists.
