$4.39 for a pack of broken leafs & they used to be only 1 to 2 dollars now they're $5. It seems like your guys prices go up every a couple months. I am Definitely not impressed with the leafs or how much they're costing

I was here yesterday. I haven’t been to place in a very long time b/c of one of the workers there. I can’t believe she’s still employed there!I’ve heard her comment about customer payment methods multiple times as well as being rude as can be to me. (Someone used a credit card to make a purchase, saying that persons having a rough week, AS THEY ERRE STILL LEAVING THE STORE) Not to mention yesterday she was on her phone watching customer look for help while the other 3 ladies were busy helping customers.I only go here when I have to because the prices are so cheap.. And I hate that I have to avoid this store. Every other employee I’ve dealt with has been the best help. I just can’t stand the bigger Lady always walking in around in the RAW clothes and bucket hat.

Customer service could be quite a bit more attentive and helpful. The store is pretty awesome though. First time I've ever been in one. Staff really does suck there unless you know what to get and where it is, because to get staff to come to help you with something, without having to ask, anyway, just isn't going to happen.

The people are always friendly and helpful. And they are cheap. I save $15 on a carton of cigarettes compared to the town I live in. And that's if I go to the cheapest store in my town. It's a 25 minute drive but it's definitely worth it.

The prices here are amazing and what's cheaper than the convenience stores. The staff are very friendly very courteous and a story is very clean they have a wide selection of items that I have not even experienced yet this should be a go-to place for any smoker

Second time going here. First time the lady working was very nice and helpful. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Second time a young, wavy haired guy was very condescending and rude when I was trying to find the right coils. Probably not a good idea to annoy your customers that can go online and find the same products for cheaper. I went to the store because I was not sure exactly what I needed. To get annoyed when a customer asks you questions is not a good way to keep people coming in.

A pretty chill environment. Always smells really good because of the incense stand towards the front of the shop. The cashiers are also always very helpful and the prices are pretty decent!

I used to buy my chew at a different store and pay a arm and a leg. But after moving back to La Crosse Wisconsin and shopping here. I can get 5 cans of chew cheaper than where I used to shop. I would recommend this to my friends and family. Excellent job. Keep your prices at the same and I will be a lifetime customer.

Get your smoking supplies here... they have it all. First visit? Plan on taking your time and look around for awhile, they really do have a lot and the shopkeepers are patient. Price range for every pocket book, but be prepared, they do have a diverse variety of some very nice glassware. In my opinion, it is amazing artwork!

I was at the rose st location and this old dude came in before me and struggled hard on what he was wanting to get. Then needed a coil but forgot his vape at home and the young dude who was wearing a red hat went through like every coil they had trying to help this guy. Then suggested maybe someone at home could take a picture of it and send it to him so they could figure it out. Took like 15 min. Not once did the dude with the red hat get impatient or seem like he just wanted to get it over with. He kept helping and helping while staying kind and polite and generally wanted to help the old dude. Red hat dude is legit. Same to every employee I’ve had help me. I’ve been to all locations. 56 stars for each store.

This shop is spacious and well lit. They have a wide selection of tobacco and tobacco smoking products. Everything from vaporizing pens to liquid, to CBD oil. They even have a selection of incense sticks. Good service by smart employees. The only negative is the poor quality music that is played.

Super friendly laid back but not too laid back people to help you and your needs. My girlfriend came here for cdb vaporizer. The staff were friendly and as vape users themselves they were on the ball. I strongly advise any to come to here before anywhere else. Plus they have discounts for days.
