We placed an order on 10/11/23 when they told us it would be 1 to 2 weeks for the order to be shipped. We are now 4 weeks later, and the order has not been shipped. Called them a few times and sent a request for an order status online with no response. I have sent two more emails and online requests for the order status today, and if there is no response soon, I will contact my bank.I will update my review if/when the order is received.11/13/23 called them today, and they are still waiting on the rails to come in. The expected date is 10/30 and will not be shipped until December.Received a package on 11/25.

Ya'll - this is the greatest thing ever! We needed a pet door upstairs because our dog kept using the cat door in the garage. We really didn't want to replace the doors but after an extensive search, I was able to find Moore Pet Supplies! Not only was it very reasonable, it fit perfect, was so easy to install and looks great! Tinky (and the cats) are loving it! Highly recommend this company!

Love you guys! After leaving a message on a weekend, got a call back within the hour. You were able to find my custom order from 7 years ago and match the flaps to my wall mount, double door. Even called me again to double check. Arrived in just a few days, and my girls can use their door again! Thanks!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They sent me the wrong product, I have tried contacting them multiple times with no call backs. Take your business elsewhere. Horrible company to do business with.

Such great customer service! We ordered the wrong door for our dogs and figured it out just before it shipped. I called up and within 15 minutes, they had changed my order to the correct door (no restocking fee or change order for), was charged only for the difference for the door, and had a ship date for the new door. Once it arrived, it's exactly what we needed. Well built and worth the price! UPDATE- 4 years later and it's still in perfect shape! Only hurricane winds can move the flaps and they wash clean easily after our muddy dogs rub against them. This is one well built dog door!

Ordered door and cancelled the next day, that was 4 weeks ago, still no refund. Calls go to voicemail not set up or someone who says one thing but don't follow through. What happened to the good old days of customer service, now it's just about self. I am contacting BBB and my credit card company I guess.

I have ordered a doggie door ( wall mount ) and after 6 weeks of waiting still my order is not processed! In the mean time, my dog passed away , no refund , nor product that have paid over $800 ! I contacted the company and if no answer in 48 hours ,will file a complaint to the bank for fraud and BBB!If i received the product, will update the review!Update : Excellent customer service, got my refund and at the same time the doggie door was also shipped, ended up paying again for the door , waiting on delivery!

I love the dog door that fits perfectly in my sliding door! This was the only company I found that had a variety of sizes. Other companies had only two sizes to choose from that that did not fit. The order came in perfect condition and installation was so easy. I did it myself! It came with clear instructions and I am so pleased with my purchase. Highly recommend!

The door is excellent. Prompt delivery. I live in Alaska. Well insulated and keeps the cold outside. Easy install. It just pops right in the slider. Excellent customer service as while I was deciding which door from which company I was going to purchase, the customer service was very helpful with questions that I had and even suggested to me another company to look at. That's very impressive. My dog is 12 pounds and very timid. I tossed treats through the door a couple of times and he was trained. He easily pushes through the double flaps which was my number one concern after insulation. Great company and great product.

This is the second door I've purchased and only because we moved. We purchased the metal frame with double flaps for our dogs. Yes, I've tried other (...less expensive?...) brands, but they are not as durable or insulating as this brand. The materials are high quality, the draft through the door is significantly less if not at all and no interior moisture buildup. Also, my dogs haven’t caught their tail in this door like they have in past doors. The security door is thicker and better insulating than others. It also clicks into place making it more secure. In this case, for me, I got what I paid for and would buy it again.

Purchased a dog door from them several years ago. After extensive use by 2 dogs, I needed to replace one of the flaps. The new replacement flap fit perfectly with the existing dog door and seemed to be well made with quality parts. Their products tend to be a bit more expensive, but at least you are paying for quality and durability.On a side note, their standard shipping seems to take a very long time. Took almost 2 weeks to get the part I ordered (live in Dallas, TX).

I was hesitant to order a custom door to replace my broken down 20 year old pet door because of the expense but I really needed it. I needed the replacement to fit into an existing hole in the back wall of my brick house. I talked to Brian and he helped me with my order details. The door came quickly and was easy to install. I am very happy with it. My dog learned to use it quickly. It is very sturdy and secure! My home is much better insulated now and I have no worries about bugs, rain, or bad people getting in my house. Worth it!

This glass insert was so easy to install and exceeded my expectation. It was exactly what I was looking for and is DEFINITELY worth the price. We could even use the shipping box to save the original glass so as to put back if we ever decide to move because the doggie insert will definitely be moving with us. I installed two of the Security Boss custom metal insulated dog doors in my kennel building and they worked so well I am replacing all the run doors. Since they are each custom made you can fit any size opening and each of my opening are slightly different in dimension. The dog doors are very easy to install, heavy duty construction, and the door have a great fit and finish. I was tired of repacking the plastic flaps that dogs seam to love to chew.Highly recommend Moore Pet Supplies for their customer service and getting everything exactly to my specifications.

Excellent service, excellent products! My husband and I purchased our wall mount Security Boss dog door almost 20 years ago. With the exception of replacing the flap every 5 years or so, it has been completely problem free- even after being relocated from one area of the house to another. Finally after nearly 20 years and MANY pets, and some really heavy duty use, we need to replace the exterior frame. Couldn't ask for a better product or company!

I purchased a large dog door for my Great Danes 10 years ago. It has worked out great but things wear out. It was nice to go back to Moore Pet Supplies and buy the replacement parts I needed plus they were easy to install. New flaps, new insulation for edges and a missing magnet(hope no one ate it?)and I should be good for another 10 years.

Moore Pet Supplies is a fantastic company! I have recommended them to all furry families we know and meet.Due to supply shortages, (our MaxSeal PRO - French Door Glass Panel with Large Pet Door ordered around Dec 2021) was not able to be shipped with the security door at the same time as the pet door so, they sent a temporary use door so as not to delay the shipment any further. When we received it the shipping company had damaged the frame. I called Moore Pet Supplies & Colton sent a new outer frame right away.The pets love their new access to the backyard & we love the great construction & service of this US company.

I ordered a dog door along with a sliding locking bar mechanism for my glass slider. While I can say that the dog door itself seems to be working fine and is nice quality, the lock does not fit my slider. I called the company to exchange the item for a different kind of lock and they issued me a return number but told me I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. I have an issue with this since the package is unopened, I already spent several hundred dollars on products and shipping costs, and I am exchanging it for another product. I never asked for a refund, but am willing to exchange the product for something else that will work. To follow up, I took the package to FedEx as well as UPS and the cost to ship back is more than the product itself! I called customer service back to explain my situation and they basically told me its my responsibility to pay for return postage and they would not be able to help in this matter. This kind of customer service is why I will never use this company in the future. I will take my business to a competitor who is willing to work with their customers. Very disappointed to say the least!

I have to give them 5 stars for the products ***** and sales helpfulness ***** but only 2 stars for the exchange/return process**. I finally received my return authorization and returned the incorrect replacement flaps. Today I contacted them asking when I would get a refund as I tracked the FedEx return and saw that it had been delivered to them. Again, within seconds of my inquiry, I received a notice from Amazon Pay that my refund was being processed. I am not sure if it is being processed because of my initial complaint or because someone at Moore initiated it. But it should not have to be this convoluted.Earlier post:Amazing! Right after I posted this review, I received my return authorization. I had already filed a complaint with Amazon Pay, through whom I had made the purchase and was ready to go to my bank to cancel payment. I will wait to see when/if I actually get the refund and revise this review further. I have to honestly say that everyone on the phone has been cheerful and seemingy helpful. It was the follow-through that was wanting.Earlier post:The return process is not very easy to manage. In spite of 7 emails and 3 phone calls PROMISING a return authorization, I STILL do not have it for a very expensive item, even though I have purchased and paid for the correct item. I was going to give them a great review because they were so helpful when I needed to BUY something, but they are not as good when you need post-purchase service. This experience has left me very unhappy.I may consider updating this review if/when I get my return authorization.

Buying some replacement parts for my original Security Boss dog door. Staff very helpful, delivery fast and quality of product best purchase possible. Original order for a in wall dog door was back in 2007, recently had to order replacement flaps. Went online, found my product easily and clicked the link for flaps. Had them ordered within 10 minutes.Now it took longer than expected to receive my replacement flaps. But I called and found out each item is made to order hence the "delay". I'm totally fine with this I had just assumed it was order item, items is pulled from warehouse shelf and it's shipped within a day or two.Once I was aware of the made to order process the longer wait time for my items was totally understandable & acceptable. I just wish I'd known ahead of time.Would definitely order from again as my husband said installing the replacement flaps was a breeze (He didn't believe me when I said I got new flaps for a product that was more than 10 years old. He was certain we we're going to have to replace the entire unit). So thanks Moore Pets for proving me right 😉

The company was great, their supplier was horrible. Moore Pet Doors made things right (mostly) in the end, but the supplier apparently just didn't care that they had lost my first door, certainly not enough to actually make sure that it got shipped in a timely fashion. If you can wait 2 weeks for your pet door, great. But if you need it fast, good luck. But Brandy, in customer support was great and did all she could. Moore Pet Doors might want to review their subcontracts and trim some under-performers, though.

I needed a custom window insert to fit my existing pet door. Fortunately, I discovered Moore Pet Supplies after making a LOT of inquiries locally. From my first call, they had a "can do" perspective and were extraordinarily helpful. Within two weeks, I had a perfectly fitting window insert that was exactly the right size for me to install my cat door. This is now my go-to place for pet supplies! Many thanks to Crystal and her co-workers for going above and beyond to make sure I had a workable solution.

Impressed by the owner’s diligence and follow up with solutions that helped alleviate a few initial pains. Door is functioning well and appears to be well designed. Install was easy and our 2 older and 1 younger large breed pups are again happily entering and exiting our home at will. Flaps for the entry door install were initially sticking but have fallen into form over the last few days. Looks good and functions well.

I ordered Security Dog kennel doors. I made arrangements by phone. The parts shipped on schedule and arrived in good condition. The doors were not cheap but they are top quality. I am very happy with both the product and their customer service.
