This is the most well organized and clean thrift store we have ever visited. EVER! The employees are friendly and the prices are easy on the wallet. Shop on with your bad self.

Not enough cashiers 5 deep in the line and no one answering cashier page. No bags or boxes for items purchased. Chintzy move for a multimillion dollar business centered on donated items. Bookshelves in disarray along with shelves.

You never know what you might find at the Goodwill store. We found this beautiful bookcase. Our son has just moved into a new apartment. And this bookcase matched with the rest of his living furniture. Now he has a place for all his books. 📚

This used to be a better experience but lately their pricing has gotten ridiculous. They were selling a dress with a broken zipper for $8.99. Get real, Goodwill. A new thing to watch for is the orange stickers! ORANGE STICKERS WITH CLEARANCE PRICES appear on some items. DO NOT be fooled. There will be a larger white Goodwill tag, usually on the back so you don't notice, with a MUCH HIGHER PRICE.

Pros: Well-lit, relatively clean, organized storeCons: Crazy high prices! Low quality itemsI love thrifting and enjoy visiting different thrift stores during my travels. The store looks very nice upon entering but I soon realized there was no way I'd be buying anything at those outrageous prices. An old tattered cookbook was $7. A little metal planter from the $1 section at Target was being sold for $3. For being a thrift store they also sell a whole lot of overpriced new items too. What is not overpriced is too worn, not very clean or just not nice enough to buy. I spent 30 minutes and walked out with nothing. Big disappointment.

It’s supposed to be a goodwill. When I went yesterday I was shocked at how expensive items were. Many things at retail price or higher that they got for free. It shows that the prices are too high because areas are getting really cramped and full with no more room to add more items cause no one is buying them. One positive about this store is that it doesn’t have that synthetic perfume machine killing everyone’s lungs and messing with our brains and bodies in who knows what ways like the other goodwill stores have.

Have always enjoyed going to Goodwill. They used to have great prices, especially in kids clothes and they're still allot cheaper than most other stores, but lately I've noticed that the prices for even used t-shirts has gone up to $4-5 if not more. Other than that, they still have some quality items but you have to look closely before you buy. I do always donate to the work to school program, I age with what the company is trying to do.

Very clean and organized however I’ve never seen prices this high at any Goodwill I’ve been to in south central WI including Madison and Milwaukee areas.

This Goodwill apparently does not understand what is or is not sold as a pair. They have drumsticks priced individually and what's worse they've had SHOES priced individually!! When you point this out to them they will ACTUALLY ARGUE that shoes can be sold individually and that it's NOT a pricing mistake. Management needs to deal with this idiocy or attend a class about what a "pair" or a "set" is. I know they're in it to make money but this is ridiculous. They dismantled knitting looms that were donated packaged together and priced them as individual items. I know this to be true because I know the person that donated them. Their prices have increased sharply over the last six months. They have this ridiculous high priced "boutique area" and have mistaken themselves for a high end fashion boutique. However, they had a dress with a clearly broken zipper on the rack for $8.99. Their mission statement claims to be about helping people so why are they price gouging the low income people who now can't afford what they could before? I am still considering contacting their corporate headquarters about what a serious dive their practices, quality control and customer service has taken. I used to like shopping there...back when they remembered that all of this merchandise is DONATED and they are a thrift store.

I liked the .79 clearance books. But lots of prices seem high. I can get a cheap shirt at Walmart for $4-5 clearance $1-3 or Goodwill $6+ and it's used. and then at the end of your shopping experience they want you to donate money. They use to ask you to round up now they want $1. I figure I'm donating by buying the stuff they get for free. Plus I have 5 kids and donate lots. many times I have caught the store stickers still on an item and it was cheaper at the store than at Goodwill. The last time in Eau Claire was the best she told me it was clearance at the store that's why but I can have it for the clearance store price 3.98 I'm like but now it's used and all stained up. This was a clear plastic tote. She removed the clearance sticker and left the other price on 4.99. We go to Goodwill because we can't afford new.. but most the prices are higher then new. Like all the dollar store items they get used and sell for$1.99+ just not the best place for a good deal anymore.

Goodwill is over prices for being a place where everything was given to them for FREE! Things from the dollar tree priced at $2 and pants from Walmart that cost $12 brand new at walmart prices at $9 here. Bogus! And Goodwill does not help charity! They literally employee people, give them jobs just like all other businesses!

Every time I go to this Goodwill, I'm reminded of why I hardly ever come here. Many items are obviously broken or damaged, the shelves are empty and the prices are ridiculous considering most of the stuff is donated. Don't waste your time.

Clean, not too crowded. Set up well with good merchandise. Clothes are expensive for resale ship but sales are good. Jeans were as expensive as $12.99 and the least expensive shirt I saw was $4.99 not on sale. But sale prices are always 50% off so those prices are good for good merchandise.

Every time I need a shirt or a dress or even a backpack...I go here!! Always find what I'm looking for so easily, and for cheaper too. Another great thing about Goodwill (especially this one): it's never too busy. It's not uncommon to find brand new, never-worn clothes for much less than retailers price them.

Great selection of fresh veg, dairy and meats at good prices. Also stock mexican food ingredients. Friendly staff. One of our favorite places to shop for groceries.

Unlike other Goodwill locations, books are individually priced, not by hardcover or paperback. I’m not going to pay a few dollars per book for an unsorted collection of books in various condition.

My husband and I just recently purchased a very large and rather expensive couch from this Goodwill on Tuesday 8/31/21. We couldn’t fit it in our car, so we told the employees that helped us that we would be back on Thursday, 9/2/21 with a truck to pick it up. When we came back on Thursday, the employee who originally helped us told us that unfortunately, despite very clear sold labels on each arm of our couch, somebody had put it back out on the floor, it had been sold, and they had taken it home. On top of that disappointment, they refused to give us a refund on it. Unbelievably disappointed in this store. I will no longer be recommending this place for anything. I can’t believe this place.

I've shopped at goodwill most of my life and will continue to however probably not at this store again. Went in looking for a hooded sweatshirt found one and it even had my favorite football team on it. I was ecstatic until I looked at the price tag. $50 dollars....wait I thought I was at goodwill not Kmart...$20 Maybe even 30 I can see but $50! At a second hand store.....ummm I think not!

I never go to Goodwill because I find it absurd that they receive free (many times damaged) items and sell many of them for nearly the cost it was brand new. However, I went there today just to get my kid out moving around and we found one of those furbys for $6 I was like "sweet! If it works, this is a good deal!"I grabbed a store associate and asked "if it doesn't work what's the return policy?" She said "you can return it within 14 days with your receipt."I bought it and some batteries and took it out to the car. Replaced the batteries and found that the speaker was crackling and it wasn't working properly. So, I took it directly back in the store and they said "heres a receipt for store credit. No exceptions."Seriously?! Any other store they would credit it back to my card that was used or give cash back. Your items are broken so I'm supposed to be guaranteed to spend money back at your store? I don't really care about the $6 the money isn't the real issue. It's the fact of being forced to spend my money back in the same place that sold a faulty item to begin with. That's BS.I was like forget it, we will take the broken furby cause I'm never coming back to this place to use the store credit. Absolutely ridiculous.

Who is pricing this stuff? I am not paying 14.99 for a used, donated, old American eagle shirt. I was very confused by the outrageous prices in the boutique and general sections. Otherwise, very clean, but limited clothing selection.

Large clothing selection. Last 2 or 3 visits, the furniture section has been pretty bare and kitchen equipment sections has had mostly junk. The store should purge and take some pointers from the Goodwill in Onalaska.

Great! This Goodwill is clean and organized. They have half off color tag specials and their book section is organized by genre and author. It's my favorite place to purchase books.
