Never been to a Kwik trip this bad Rude and unfriendly staff. sandwich wasn’t really fresh for being a kwik trip in La Crosse I expect way better.

This store must be going out of business? When I got gas here, there weren't ANY paper towels at ANY of the islands to clean my windshield or check the oil?? When I asked about that, he shrugged his shoulders and didn't know what to say, as well as another cashier, so obviously they don't even check if supplies are needed OR this place IS going out of business.The cashier at register #3 @1:53pm on 9-22-22 doesn't even know how to make change? I gave him $20.20 for a $3.15 charge. The cash register indicated i should get $17.05 in change, he gave me $16.85, I told it wasn't correct-he said it was even after showing him the receipt and my change??? I guess they made a little extra money from me and lost a customer at this location. There are many more to choose from in La Crosse...He didn't care, because this location must be closing???

I always look for Kwik Trip gas stations in my travels across the state. This one did not let me down. Purchased ice and gas and had no issues with the staff or facility.

My favorite Kwik Trip location other than the Lang Dr. location. Always has tons of great options for food choices always stocked. Great deals in the Summer and all year around. I do notice with this store it seems to have better deals than other locations around not sure why but they are always very busy. A hot spot for Parades and festivals on the North Side and at a very convenient location.

This kwik trip reeks, it smells bad and it’s very dirty, what ever is in that freezer makes the food and drinks taste stale, like a freezer burnt taste, I’ve worked for kwik trip for 3 years and I can’t help but feel like I need to say something about the poor quality here. It’s not the kwik trip way.

There was a propane tank in the hallways somebody could have tripped over I picked it up and try to cash it in then I found out I'm kicked out all QuikTrips in the first place QuikTrip the owner

Full sized Kwik Trip. Has a few fueling bays and a spacious yard. They have an air pump that works decently, deli cooler is always well stocked and has fresh food/fruit. Hot spot has breakfast and lunchtime quick grab sandwiches etc., lots of options for drinks here- better than going to starbucks!

Dave was extremely unprofessional towards my daughter and I when we did absolutely nothing than exist. I came to this 1333 Rost St kwik trip at 5:48pm on 6/3/2020. I was standing in line and as he was doing something I paused and waited for him to finish and call me over. I paused and realized he wasn’t busy but he refused to make eye contact with me and I heard the lady behind me laugh at me when I walked up to the counter. I looked at him to see him roll his eyes at me and continue to help me purchase my stuff. I immediately got upset what have I done to deserve this disrespect from Dave who I read on his name tag is a leader? Leaders set examples for others to behave and do not humiliate or make fun of guests in front of everyone. He ruined my mood for the rest of the day and I will take this as high as I need to. Perhaps he needs more customer service training. I understand customer service can be a certain way for some folks... but I did NOT deserve the disrespect. As I walked away with my daughter he snickered as the lady behind me came up to him and he said “she knows we’re harassing her THAT one.” As he gestured towards me.

They have most quick stop and minor grocery items you'll need. But their quality has gone down so bad on their hot spot food that I've started going elsewhere. I have received cold soup, a cold brat, and the last thing was two slices of pizza with RAW DOUGH! Seriously some of the easiest things to make and they mess them up. I used to stop on my way out of town every day. Now I just stop at BP when I get to West Salem.

The newly remodeled job is ok. The inside has more room but alot of open space. The employees were quick to cash out and thier hospital comparable to a jailer. The area invites a variety of people which makes this store the last on my list to go to. KT is a great store to shop at. Thankfully this store doesn't represent all KTs

All the Kwik Trip stores are conveniently located within miles in La Crosse so if you miss one you can always stop at the next along the way in or out of town.

Although Kwik Trip is the main gas station in the La Crosse area, go to one or two of the other gas stations, and see the unprofessional dirty gas stations, Kwik Trip employees are friendly, kind and professional.
