As others have noted, Festival's prices tend to be on the high end. Still, I come to this location frequently, and I try to buy the items that are on sale. The best aspects of this store are the cleanliness and the staff. The customer service is the best of any grocery store in the area. The staff does an excellent job of keeping the store organized and ensuring items are easy to find.

Try the fried croissants in the bakery! Best pastry ever! Popular item so most times only available mornings!

Nice grocery store that is based in area.I love their donuts 🍩. Can be a bit pricey however. I like Woodman's for their cheaper prices and the People's Coop for their better produce. But, Festival is a nice compromise between the two. Also, has more locations than those two.

The hot bar has good chicken strips and potato wedges if you go early! They also have sushi! They have a good donut selection! And a good salad bar!

I have never been treated so badly by a store. Whoever is the manager here really needs to speak with they employees about respect and honesty need to get customer courtesy classes. Rude employees.

I just about died realizing how expensive the groceries have gotten.I moved home from California, where everything was super cheap, and I had a neighborhood store.I understand the budgeting people do now because groceries are so expensive. There is another store I use, which is way more affordable.

What has happened to the customer service at the Copeland Ave location? I used to Shop there but will now go to Holmen or maybe Hy-Vee. The other night I had to use the restroom while shopping, and when I walked in there was another shopper struggling to get into her wheelchair from a non-handicapped stall. The handicapped stall was being used by an employee!!! (Able bodied young woman) Later that same visit when I asked for help on an item the person said they were on break...didn't alert anyone else to come and help me...just walked away. How do I know they are on break? And then lastly when I was checking out the cashier charged the same item three items on my receipt two times each. When I pointed it out you'd think I was trying to get away with something vs the cashier making the mistake. ( the cashier btw was talking to another employee while checking my groceries - personal issue) All I can say is YIKES - I used to love this store.

Always a great shopping experience! Has an awesome meat and deli department! Always someone nearby if you need help finding an item! Checkouts are a dream! Actually have live bodies to check you out and someone to bag your items and can take your groceries to your car if you need. There are also self check out if that floats your boat! Great shopping experience!

Everybody know the meat market, and bakery here is good.In regards to quality, pricing and customer service. (In most cases). But the problems with festival lie outside of these departments. There pricing for average everyday product is almost 23% more than the average price. And their rotation is jot always on point with keeping things fresh and in date.I've gotten a lot of rotted produce from this store all due to poor FIFO.

I hear people say from time to time that festival is more expensive than others.. That only depends on what your looking for. Festival prices I find to be fair and if I'm looking for the best of the best prices around I'd expect. But for a less congestive experience, shop your local Festival store. 🏪

Deshaun in the wine/ smokes section is amazing, I’m new to the area and he made me feel welcome as well as starting a great conversation. All around great guy and worker, hope to see him around.

Great produce. Groceries are a little expensive, but worth it. Check expiration dates.

I was supporting a group of travelling bike riders over the weekend and I walked in right at 5 am when they opened and proceeded to get the cashier's help in finding a number of random, obscure items. The cashier was extremely patient and helped me track down each one of them and never lost his patience with me despite the randomness of the items and the early hour. He was chipper and ready to work and I left there feeling really appreciative of the staff. This location in particular was TOP NOTCH.

Great grocery store with a fabulous liquor department. I always make a point to shop here when I visit WI/MN.

Only gripe is that the organic produce is often old and I'm a little wary of their seafood counter at times. Love the floral and plants selection for quick gifts. Great ready made meals and deli variety. Very clean store! I love the cardboard collection bin and plastic bag recycling in the front of the store. Convenience around every corner...it justifies the higher prices for me.

Just moved to La Crosse, WI. Festival store is organized differently from how H-E-B is, so took me a while to find what I needed. Yet their organization did make some senses. What really got me was when I was checking out that they have two lane conveyors. In which customers bag their own groceries too. I could see the employee watching another customer and I bag our groceries to help her determine which check out conveyor to move the next customers groceries too. Other than that, the employees and customers are very friendly.

I love Festival because they have some things that I can't find elsewhere. Awesome variety in the cheese section and the deli. Deli prices are a little spendy but the food is always good. Nice variety overall and the staff are always so pleasant and helpful.

Four stars is about right. Meat dept.l and staff very helpful. People stocking shelves really helpful. However I can do without the lecture at checkout on how and who and where to to get my $150-$200 order bagged up. My suggestion would be if you don't like helping your customers secure their purchases for a safe trip home then don't apply for employment in a grocery store. Lotta other choices in the area. Have a good day!

Festival uses Telecheck system and it is quite unfair and Festival is unwilling to help customers work around this check system or allow them to cash a check. I had criminal activity on my checking account and my bank closed my account and opened another and that fell outside Telecheck's guidelines. Festival was unwilling to help.

Had a horrible experience today (2-10-22) at 6:30 am. I went to the salad bar and was looking at it (no employee at this time by it). The salad bar was filled but for two bins that needed to be placed out yet. An older women employee walked over and said that she was sorry she didn’t have everything out and it would be a couple minutes. I told her that it was no issue thinking I could proceed getting a salad with what was out since I was fine with that and had to get to work. I grabbed a small container and started to proceed with grabbing lettuce when she rudely stated “ ma’am I said it isn’t ready”. I was taken back by the comment as I must have misunderstood what she meant by it not being ready (thought she was just letting me know it all wasn’t out) . I then asked her if I couldn’t just get a salad with what was provided. She rudely told me no and that it was not open and would be in two minutes. I then walked away as I was in a time crunch and confused as to why she would not let me get a salad in the almost fully stocked salad bar? It isn’t like you guys don’t run out of things that need to be restocked in the salad bar during the day so in that case do you refuse people to use the salad bar til it is stocked? She was completely rude and I still do not understand what the harm in me making a salad was. I normally do not complain or leave reviews but this made me feel like my business would be appreciated somewhere else with employees who treat you with respect. Please train your staff on how to properly talk to customers.

This week I was working with Annie on getting a cake decorated for a double birthday celebration at my place of work. This lady knocked it out of the park! With only a two day notice, she took the details I provided, and far exceeded my expectations. 11/10. Thank you Annie!!

Bright, clean and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. This grocery store is a little more expensive than others in the area, but you are getting staff that is ready and willing to help, a super clean and organized store, beautiful produce and great presentation of the fresh meats and fruits/veggies. I also am taking advantage of the online shopping and have never been disappointed.

My husband and I frequently buy the pre-made salads. Lately there's been a lot of water in the bottom of all the salads. This just started happening the last couple of months ago...

Not alot of selection and they charge sometimes double what their competitors do. If you need more 4 items go somewhere else.

Very high-end very very clean it's a bit snooty for me... My wife loves the place... I don't particularly like the 5-10 rule... And when I say clean I mean very clean .. bathrooms are always a well maintained and clean... Everything is neatly organized and well laid out, The Meat department is excellent but a bit pricey.. you can drop your clean carboard off on the front.. They should have a place for aluminum cans.. Produce is always fresh.. The family that owns the place is of high integrity... And very helpful to the community...
