No problem with our local driver, but local ship center is not very helpful. Get notification around 930 my package is ready to pick up but when I get out there I find out they are closed and only open from 3-5 pm. What kind of hours are those? In the time (5 min) I was in the parking lot 2 other people stopped by to attempt to deliver packages. What makes it worse is plenty of presumably employee vehicles were parked there. Will not be using the ship to location service any more and pay extra to use a different company.

They delivered my package to the wrong house, the delivery picture shows that it's the wrong house. Big surprise with FedEx, right? I have contacted FedEx both by phone and online, to file a missing package case. They don't respond, of course, but actually had the nerve to text me a followup customer satisfaction survey. You know, for the help I never recieved. Time and time again FedEx is easily the worst, most unprofessional shipping service available. This is what the FedEx name is known for. Irresponsibility and a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I will never select their service for anything as long as I have a choice.I think that the one thing that they truly take pride in is setting the lowest bar, that every other company on the planet can strive to stay above. No matter how bad any other company is, at least they can always say "Well we're bad, but at least we're better than FedEx.".

We paid for delivery between 5pm and 9pm, but the driver keeps trying to deliver during the day. Customer service cannot fix anything. I had to physically drive to this office to find out that they don't deliver in the time frames their scheduling software let me choose. Even though the order said to deliver in those times, nobody ever reached out to me to tell me that this location would not. They were just going to stay quiet, continue to try to deliver during the day, until my parcel would have been sent back. All this time customer service was assuring me that my package would be delivered between 5pm and 8pm, everyday I called! So far I'm still out the extra money I paid to get the 5pm to 8pm delivery that I never received. I've got to call and deal with customer service in 2 weeks once the order is completed in the system. I couldn't get much worse than this nightmare.

Actually a minus one, my package was delayed, then 4 hours after it was scanned in Lacrosse it was scanned again at the same location only this time as damaged and undeliverable. After wasting a week calling the automated line, freight finally gave me an office number. The lady was rude and said my package was damaged and got thrown in the trash, and that the trash comes on Mondays (it's Thursday, 2 weeks after shipment). What a joke. Pay extra for UPS, they treat their drivers better anyways.

Real smart fedex you broke my truck refrigerator that I really did need and had to take back to Walmart to send it back. Now I have to wait 3 weeks to order a new one after I get my refund. Quit beating up and damaging packages. The box was destroyed and beat up by the time It got to me which implies it was done during shipping. If you can't have your employees take better care of people's property I think you need to fire them. As a truck driver myself which I know alot about shipping. I suggest you fix this before I start refusing to haul any freight with fedex on the bills.

I am very disappointed in federal express delivering packages. In the last 5 months I have called to complain three times that packages are not left at front door even though I have a sign on garage door not to leave there. As I said I have a very explicit sign not to leave at garage door as I cannot get to it and they keep delivering it there. I cannot see it from my house. The UPS driver always come to front door he even said "you have to put sign out for fed ex to not leave in front of garage????". One of last snows a package was delivered by fed ex to garage door and was covered with snow. Luckily it was not driven over by car when leaving garage.

The staff needs better training, they told me to go to another Facility in town, the one by the landfill, to pick up my package, which would have been fine, accept when I drove over there the facility ended up being a warehouse that was not open to the public in any way. Instead of sending me on a wild goose chase they could have just said that there was no way I could pick up my package which was three days late, and the tracking showed that it was currently in La Crosse. Also don't bother calling customer service, they are not much help either.

Delivery drivers regularly tramp through my plants and yard rather than taking my paved walkway. I thought it was industry standard to not do that? UPS and Amazon don’t so..

They never give you the correct answer. They also did not have my package on time. It was shipped over night for delivery on Friday and it’s getting delivered today possibly they are supposed to call before they arrive so I can have someone sign. If this would have arrived Friday like it was supposed to there would have been someone to sign

The worst of the delivery companies. I'd rather receive my packages late than damaged and half of it missing. They left a door tag with invalid number sending me on wild goose chase. They won't tell you where your package is when they didn't deliver it so just wait and hope for the best because they won't help you.

Fedex is continually delaying delivery of my packages that I NEED in a timely fashion in order to keep my small business afloat. I can't even get a hold of a person that can tell me why this is occurring and they won't even give me the option to pick the packages up myself. This has been an ongoing issue for almost 5 months now and I have no answers or any say in which delivery service my suppliers use. Thank you for killing small businesses Fedex and putting zero effort in even pretending to care!

Cant even give them a 1 star. I was notified the day before my package would arrive between 5 and 8 since it needed a signature I arranged to have someone there for this time period. At noon I recieved a text saying delivery had been attempted and they would try by 430 the next day. After calling customer service I was told I could pick it up at the local office after 6pm. I arrived at the location at 545 with only one person allowed inside at a time I had to wait for the person ahead of me, at 555 I went in the counter agent had stepped in the back when she came back out an asked me what she could help me with I explained the situation and her reply was our counter closes at 6pm and i can no longer go retrieve your package, after numerous go arounds with her and no help I left without my package and called customer service again. I now have to wait an additional 24 hours and maybe they will drop my package at Walgreen's for me to retrieve this is beyond ridiculous.

The last THREE times I have used fed ex there have been issues and POOR customer service. There was a smashed box, and broken glass in one order, my son's bicycle was opened and missing parts, and this last time was a package delivered for a previous tenant and Fed Ex would not come pick up. This after the driver knocked, and left before I could answer the door. If he would have waited 30 seconds, I would have let him know the person no longer lived here.When I called customer service, they said the package was delivered, and that it was okay for the driver to just drop off the package, but needed me to set up an account to pick up a driver's mistake.In summary, do yourself a favor and use another service.

The delivery driver needed a signature in order to drop off the delivery. I missed the first delivery date. The second date he went by he called my number and left a message which allowed me to meet up with him. Great service!

Worthless customer support, item has sat for 2 days at the center because the delayed date (I paid for shipment on the 27 but delayed to the 28th) is the scheduled delivery date. Tried to pick it up in person but they won't release it. FedEx is awful and 0 help.

They delivered my package somewhere that wasn't my house but since it was marked delivered its good enough for them. I've been waiting nearly a week to hear back of what going to happen. Any other time when I do get my package they just put it in my driveway instead of walking it to my porch 5 steps away. I try avoiding FedEx as much as possible

For 2 days in a row now FedEx has showed out for delivery and still no package. I have never had a problem with Holmen FedEx but Lacrosse FedEx sucks.
