This is by far the most unkempt and dirtiest dollar tree I've ever been in. Boxes and products all over the floor, which is common in this store. The staff were yelling at each other, swearing, and complaining about the manager so loud I could hear it clear from the other end of the store. There were at least a dozen people in the store including children. Highly unprofessional!

Went their to purchase a perishable item. Went home and saw it was expired. They only had expired ones in stock on the shelf and, of course, can not do refunds by their company policy. It's annoying to try and find a replacement when you're not sure if the new item will be taxed or not when getting a replacement. Talk about an unorganized group of employees as I can imagine there's more in this store they fail to rotate and gave zero ef's given.Also, when I was at the register to put my items on it. She decides to close it down with no explanation. Again, this store has zero ef's about being anything of value as their only real job they'll ever succeed at.

I've NEVER EVER had a bad experience at this store at all. I always have fun when I go here. I try NOT to shop here. But only because I ALWAYS over spend when I go here. I've spent over $80 when everything was just $1. When I went a couple of days ago I spent almost $300. I had to laugh at my cashier when she held up my receipt to show the manager that was 3 registers down and told him she thought she won for having the customer with the longest receipt since the store opened. My cashier had the best attitude I've ever seen when faced with a heaping cart of merchandise to ring up and bag up. I always prefer shopping at this dollar tree store compared to any other dollar tree store.

Stopped for a couple of cans of mackerel for the cats... they have a good variety of merchandise, I rarely leave disappointed..Mid October 2023 they're scheduled for a renovation because they plan on bringing in $3 and $5 items

The store looked better today. It seemed as if freight was put away,ie not blocking the aisles. Literally walked into a worker and not so much of a hello until I initiated a greeting. They did open another register right away and the cashier was very friendly and seemed appreciative of the business. I feel a little more training in customer service would be an added benefit.

Cart could use repair or replacement. Mine every time it is hard to steer and nearly hade hitting someone on the isle. The prices are good except for their refrigerator good which is less expensive at Walmart 3 blocks away..The staff is friendly.amd it is the only reason I continue to go back. Given the choice o would go to Walmart or a different Dollar tree.

Their cashiers are friendly, but unfortunately never enough of them. Always long lines. The manager on duty today, 12/29/19, obviously does not care about customer retention or service. Order a bunch of balloons for my grandsons Birthday party days ahead of time instead of going in and make somebody stop what their doing. The guy we placed the order with was very nice that day, but apparently lost the slip. When my son went to pick up the order nothing was ready and the manager on duty was extremely rude about helping look for it to correct the issue and treated him extremely rude when he didnt know exactly which ones we ordered. From here on out if I need a dollar item I'll go to Walmart or the onalaska dollar tree.

Whatever you want or need. Always the same low price! Friendly employees, who are knowledgeable and helpful. Food, clothing, drinks, paper goods, reusable, recyclable, plastic goods, cleaning goods, dishes, storage items, candy. I have found useful items every day, my experience is always a happy one, at the Dollar Tree!

Got to love this place.I go in to buy 2 items and end up walking out with 30. Prices are $1 for everything so it's hard to pass up other items. The staff is mostly good I have had a few that seem they don't care but for the most they are nice people.

If I spoke to my patients and their children at the hospital when they are touching equipment in the way they addressed my children and their father because our kids were touching the items "purchased for veterans" I would be out of a job. Kids touch. I am a nurse, but I have also worked customer service. I do understand it is a store, but children will touch. There is also a better tone and way to address a customer even in conflict. I frequent this store almost daily and sometimes twice a day since moving to La Crosse months ago usually spending quite a bit of money. Never have I been so embarrassed or offended by someone's customer service etiquette. I would give less stars if my experience with the males in the store and one other female employee in the past weren't both helpful and pleasant including the manager. Inappropriate and RUDE!!

The employees are very nice here. Every time I go there is some lady shopping there that yells at me for having my service dog there. Sorry lady maybe I should leave my dog at home And fall over and die because of my blood sugar!

This used to be a fantastic store now they're almost out of everything you go in for they still have a lot of stuff but the things that used to be there on a regular basis are no longer and they haven't had a working bathroom in months every time they have a working bathroom they close it down and say the pipes are broke today's a lady told me they closed it because they didn't want to have to clean it in between every person because of covid I told her a lot of other places have restrooms that they don't clean in between each person they just keep it cleaned and stocked then they told me the pipes were broken it's been at least three months that they've been saying they have no bathroom or it's broken

Isles and isles of stuff! From individually wrapped baked goods to windshield wiper fluid, they have it all! I've never gone inside without purchasing at least one item. Well worth a stop inside.

They have THE BEST selection of stuff you can buy for $1, that I have by far...ever seen in my life. Make sure you visit the cold and frozen food section, and the soup, canned goods, and fruit isles. They accept many types of payment, including credit cards, and EBT cards.

This Dollar Tree much tidier than others I've been to. Their biggest downfall, however, is that the employees take their smoke breaks right in front of the doors.

Love how they have everyday stuff that you actually use for just $1.25. if you're in a budget, Dollar Tree is the place to go!

I can always get things I need but view as disposable at this Dollar Tree. They have a good selection.
