Absolutely awesome service. We were out of town and the person watching our house got locked out. With the help of technology, Coulee Locks was out and helping within a half hour, at 10:00 at night! I'd definitely recommend them. Coulee saved our trip and made sure we didn't have to drive all the way home early.

Responsive service and great prices. When I e-mailed regarding replacing my failing keyless deadbolt, instead of selling me a lock, he sent me all the contact information for Schlage customer service and how to file (they promptly sent me a replacement). Since Mark saved me over $200, had him come out for the 10 minute simple swap out so he could at least earn something for the time he spent to save me $$.

Excellent, honest service. The FOBS I brought in that I purchased on Amazon, weren't programmable. (Products of China) The owner was very helpful. Ordered me a FOB that he warranties with his vendor. I would highly recommend this business for any, especially Automotive lock needs!

And provided the information needed to make a direct copy in case we were in another town on vacation and get locked out.

Recently purchased a used car and needed a new fob programmed for it. Brought him the fob I purchased on line and he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, explained the importance of having the correct fob and within 10 minutes had it all programmed and working great. I had an issue with my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta key where it was broken on the flip key. I bought a spare key on amazon and brought it over here to just get it cut and the guy was so genuine and so nice! He gave me a warning about cutting the key and I was totally ok with it because I was willing to get it done and over with already hahaha! He probably got it done in less than like 15 minutes for him to do it and he only charged me $10 for cutting the key! The only place in town that I was able to get my key cut for an amazing price! I HIGHLY recommend going here if you need anything done with any sort of key!

Called to get my ford fusion unlocked, waited about half an hour just for him to get there and instantly ask me if I couldProve it's my car. Asked for documents on the spot as if that wouldn't be inside my LOCKED car. For the Ford users ( 2019 and above ) you know that you can only connect your car to your phone with the provided VIN number and by having to do it through touch screen. It's a whole process. Someone can't just connect to your car on the spot with just the vin number. How else would I have the car connected to my phone as well as the provided key fob. For some odd reason this man didn't understand that and he as persistent on getting his "proof". If you're a person of color I would not recommend this locksmith whatsoever. Horrible experience. Will never call again. Do not need service like this. Went to Bobs lock and safe. Was treated like an actual person. Not once did your technician mention verifying through FaceTime. Prior to asking him to leave I offered not once but twice to call the person who's name it's under to verify as I'm taking over their lease. Even then there was still asking for proof

I've been without a car for 2 weeks and from what I've experienced, I assumed it was the worst. Turns out, I lost the remote to my key and all it needed was a new programmed key. Coulee Locks were quick and I gave them a call ahead of time to make sure they were able to help and I was lucky to get my key day of. The guy who helped me out was super kind and awesome. The process was pretty quick and I got my car up and running back on the road. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and, if I ever need a new key, I'll be calling to have them help me again!

Mark is the most down to earth person that I have ever met. I accidently locked myself out of my car recently and I was unsure of who to call. I decided to give Coulee Locks a try and I am very pleased that I did. Mark communicated with me efficiently, accurately, and fast. Just got the keys to a new house handed over to me and after my first turn it broke off. Had a second set I thought, but it only opened the garage.The technician that responded from Coulee Locks was patient and understanding, my kids couldn't leave the guy alone. Once he verified my info, he ensured I could at least settle for the night.

Long story short, I left my lights on, car died, usually use keypad to get into my car. Called Coulee Locks and they were to my location within an hour and even jumped my car for me! Really great service and very friendly! While I hope I don't need them again, if I do, I know who I'll call!

Was locked out of my Ford Fusion due to lower voltage (as I can clearly see on my ford app pass) so I called for a locksmith to just open my vehicle. Tell me why this man asked me for so much “proof” on my own vehicle. Making it seem like I stole my own car! Like I have my insurance in my vehicle that I’m asking you to unlock! Makes no sense. If you’re just racially profiling then just say that. Ridiculous company for hiring a person like that. If you’re a persons of color just go to a different company. Don’t waist your time or money in this weather.

I’ve never done a google review before, but he absolutely deserves it. After waiting 2 hours for triple A and a towing company, I tried Coulee Locks. He answered the phone right away, was incredibly kind and straight forward, and was there in 30 minutes. I think he would have been there sooner if I hadn’t interrupted his dinner! When he arrived, he was kind and courteous and didn’t charge me because my dog was in the car. He saved my night and I’ll never call anyone else next time I need help.

Was locked outta my car and called for help. Keyme and minute key wasn’t really reliable so I called Coulee locks and it was an extremely professional and easy experience. Would 10/10 recommend for someone in a pinch!
