As a floral designer myself, I have high expectations. I'm not sure I could've designed a better arrangement myself! This is my 3rd time ordering, and I've never been disappointed. This arrangement in particular was to celebrate the 1st wedding anniversary for friends. I requested it coordinate with her bridal bouquet, and did it PERFECTLY! I even requested a paper accent for the traditional gift, and they did a SUPERB job. I will forever use them to send flowers for friends across the state from us!

Wonderful experience, beautiful arrangement. They ran out of Happy Birthday stick balloons, but called me an offered to make up extra flowers. My daughter was thrilled to receive these flowers at school on her 16th Birthday. Delivered on time at date/time requested!

Very impressed with the quality of bouquets and delivery option. I purchased an arrangement via their online ordering system to be delivered to my fiancé at her job for Valentine's Day. The staff assembled it the day before and sent a photo via email to me of the arrangement. The staff were also very helpful with correcting a phone number for delivery after placing the order.My fiancé absolutely loved the arrangement and was so happy with it. Thank you for putting out a great product, the roses were very large, beautiful blooms. Well worth the money.

It was easy to order online. Day of delivery, my coworker was going to leave early, so I called the floral shop to get an ETA on when they might be delivered, and they were so kind and not perturbed at all! This ETA allowed me to stall my coworker until her flowers arrived. She loved them!

First - this is the cutest flower arrangement I have ever seen!! Absolutely perfect and whimsical for a new baby. Not only was there a baby-specific section to order from, but the options were SO MUCH better than other places.Second - the product that was delivered looked EXACTLY like the picture when I ordered, only better. This hasn't been the case with flower orders from other companies.Third - I actually got an image before it was delivered so I could see what it looked like PLUS delivery updates.I literally cannot say enough awesome things about my entire experience. I am from Cedar Rapids, IA. My daughter had an emergency c section 6 weeks before her due date. I wanted to send her a unique floral arrangement. Cottage Garden Floral had great reviews and I liked the "Bo" floral.There ended up being an issue with the flowers and when I contacted them, they were wonderful and helped fix the problem. Another great experience! Cottage Garden Floral is my "go to" Florist in La Crosse. The arrangements are beautiful and the customer service is amazing. I love that they send you a picture of your arrangement before it's delivered and then a confirmation of delivery.Definitely recommend!

So very happy with my recent experience with Cottage Garden Floral. The online ordering was easy and there was a huge variety of options to order from. I forgot to give them a room number for the recipient when I placed my online order and emailed them to let them know. They immediately responded. I especially was pleased that they sent me a picture via email of the bouquet once they made it up! What a nice surprise because you always wonder how it really looks after you order it. They also emailed me again once it was delivered. My parents loved the arrangement too. Fabulous service. I will definitely use them again. Best experience with a florist ever!

Cottage Garden Floral took the time and had the talent to make a nice personal arrangement with fresh flowers that lasted a week longer than all others I've purchased elsewhere. I placed my order for delivery at 9am and the flowers were beautifully delivered around noon! The quality of the flowers was top-notch and the recipients were thrilled with their gift. I also loved the "BloomSnap" of the actual flowers before they got delivered so I could see what was actually being delivered - a nice touch! I like the wide variety of floral arrangements and the website is easy to follow with different price points to order from. I will definitely order more flowers from you in the future!

I chose Cottage Garden Floral for an arrangement to send to a dear friend who had a death in her family. I chose Cottage Garden because when I was in the hospital in November my sister used them to send an amazing bouquet and it was truly one of the most gorgeous bouquets I'd ever seen. We hired Cottage Garden as our wedding florist, and I was amazed when I walked in the day of and saw what they had put together!
