Awesome place! Don't go in there hungry though, because EVERYTHING looks good. If you want to do a bulk order give them a call ahead of time and they will have exactly what you want ready to go when you get there. As has been mention, beef sticks are amazing. The different types of sausage are great.

The best steak I have ever had. We stumbled upon this shop while driving through Lacrosse Wisconsin. This is a butcher shop that you need to shop at. You will not be disappointed.

FYI Bubba’s cold smoked and seasoned pork ribs are over the top deeeelicious! If you like ribs you have to get to Bubba’s and get a rack or 2. Famous Dave’s should be serving these! Good job Lee!

Bubba's Meats has done our venison processing for the past two years now and I am very happy with their product! They hold a high standard for the meat they accept through their doors and the flavors that result are great. Snack sticks, bologna, summer sausage, hot dogs, etc. At times the waits are extended for processing, but that's a sign that other people like them too! Highly recommended

We absolutely love Bubba's. I am required to bring home beef sticks for my kids anytime I go there. We have always been WOW'ed by everything we have ever purchased weather it is a flavored brat or a simple chicken breast. We just had our first Smoked Turkey for Thanksgiving and it was amazing, Juicy and tender with an amazing smoked flavor, everyone loved it.

I really like the ground venison mix. The smoke in the venison dogs and bologna is too overpowering for my liking. I didn't know that when we ordered.

The driver of their truck is terrible. He cut off 4 different people in a half mile stretch and didn’t use his turn single. Awful and inconsiderate behavior
