We're in here often enough to know the people that work there by name. We have never left there without what we are looking for or advice on where to find it. All of the staff that work on the sales floor are very knowledgeable in their area and we appreciate it! Cashiers are great, the store's always clean, and we will keep coming back for more! Recently my wife and I bought a electric stove from kohler home depot they said they had to install and deliver so we agreed stove came on time it was delivered by three guys they installed it and left said they had 14 more deliveries that day we are in middle of kitchen remodel so when I went to move stove I discovered there wasn't a strain relief installed on 220 wire in back of stove and its very likely without it could cause a short or worse when wire gets cut by sharp edge of metal .I called home depot they said they would send me one to install myself but I haven't heard from them I would encourage people that bought stoves to check thier stoves for it.

Every time we have come to this store with an issue the staff is beyond helpful. This time somehow we got the wrong dryer ordered. And it was out side the 48 hr window. The Manger and Linda in appliances were very helpful in resolving the issue eventhough it couldn't be solved same day.

I’m writing to say that Mark Schear the sales Associate with Home Depot in Sheboygan Wi he was extremely helpful for helping me fine the batteries that were on the bottom shelf, he was nice enough to get down on his knees to retrieve some batteries for me. Went to this Home Depot to get some keys and it was a good one to go to! It's bog real big but easy to move around in as a result but also very clean! Customer service was great amd helped me woth the key machine! Said key machine was quick if not a little confusing buy it still worked! No complaints, give this home Depot a go if you're around it!Pictures are of the outside of the store, the key machine and keys. I would've taken more but....that would have taken a while to do!

Great place for all your needs for your home. Outdoor garden equipment, from riding mowers,.walk behind mowers, hand tools, chainsaws. Great paint department, cabinets, flooring, any thing you need for your homeAlso, great selection of power tools, also if you're a contractor, they will meet your professional needs as well. Awesome place to shop!

Great store. I go here frequently for house projects and always end up finding what I need. This store is very well stocked. The employees are also super helpful and friendly. There have been many times when I needed guidance on a project and they had employees help figure out what I needed. I've been to other Home Depot stores but this one is by far the best one I've been to. The employees in the paint section are especially helpful too.

The Home Depot at Deertrace Mall in Kohler is an excellent store. You can find all sorts of quality items there—from mulch to drawer knobs to rakes to garbage disposal cleaner to spray paint—a big place with a big inventory.And the service is top notch. They always ask me if I need help loading, they are very helpful and yet not overbearing at checkout. And they always help me find what I’m looking for. A great, great place.

Prices and selection are good but delivery services are horrible. Bought a new fridge because ours stopped working. Obviously it’s an urgent matter and was told we could take home our own fridge and it had to be delivered. Was told one week from purchase which wasn’t ideal but it would work. Come delivery day I was given my time window and took off work when there was only 3 more stops before mine. Got home with one more stop before me. One hour goes by, then two and then finally just get a text saying attempt was made. No attemp was made and customer service was useless getting me answers. Then I was told the next earliest delivery was another week away.So two weeks with no fridge and no customer support help. Absolutely garbage

Every time I order something online for store pickup (@Kohler) it has a 90% change of arriving damaged. Flooring damaged via forklift, tub damaged in shipment, bath vanity destroyed (literally) in shipment, 2 pieces of tile trim damaged in shipment (not even boxed). All of these delaying the completion of our remodel. What's even more frustrating is I get a generic email instead of a call from the store apologizing or offering to rectify the situation. Not single employee has ever offered to expedite a replacement or resolve the issue in a timely manner. The only offer is to "reorder" which is pointless when it keeps coming in damaged.

I honestly haven't been to home depot for over 20 years but I went there tonight in desperate need. I must say I am extremely surprised and grateful for the knowledgeable associates (wish I could remember their names). They helped me get the items I needed in at timely manner based on my unique situation! The items that they were suggesting work and are even an improvement and not expensive. Im so thankful !

Just so you know, Home Depot KOHLER is 15% more than in Appleton. They won't even price price match their own company.I'm going to buy products in Appleton and return the to Kohler as a side hustle.Pretty dirty Home dumpbox.

BEWARE if you plan to buy an appliance at Home Depot and your need is somewhat urgent. We purchased a washer & dryer with delivery scheduled for Monday, 8 days later. We were told we would get an email and phone call by 8pm on the night before delivery, giving us a 4 hour delivery window. We never got anything and couldn't reach anyone till the next morning, only to learn our stuff was not going to come that Monday. Rescheduled for Tuesday. Received notice of delivery window 9am-1pm on Tuesday. Delivery truck shows up around 11am, the guys are searching in the truck and tell us our appliances are NOT on the truck. Their boss calls and says they don't know why our items were not on the truck. We insisted they delivery to us yet that day and were told they can't. We insisted on next day and were told Friday would be earliest possible delivery. We were irate! We borrowed a friend's trailer, drove to Menards, bought the exact same washer and dryer for the same price (plus 11% rebate) and had it in our house one hour later. We are so disappointed with how this was handled, we will look somewhere else first before we shop Home Depot again. Call us "Frustrated and Disappointed "

Staff of Home Depot are wonderful and helpful. Their products are good quality. However, the delivery company they contract with stucks. They tried to give us a LG white dishwasher and we ordered a Whirlpool chrome dishwasher. Then the same guys ripped off elderly friends of my four $300.00 in cash to install their appliance. They paid Home Depot the install cost at time of order. The guy said he had no orders for install but for $300.00 he would do it. My friend's husband paid and is out the money. Home Depot needs to get rid of this delivery company asap!

Excellent service. The staff was so kind and considerate.I ordered a grill online, with pick up in the store. I thought I ordered it in the box, but mistakenly didn’t. When I arrived I found out the grill was fully assembled. Just another great service Home Depot provides, but one that didn’t work for me. Unfortunately, I was unsure if I could transport the grill home.The customer service associate checked to see if she could get the item in a box, but when she couldn’t she helped to coordinate loading the item.The associate who helped load the item knew exactly what to do. He partially unassembled the grill, explaining what he was doing so that we would understand. He engaged my grandson in the process and let him help. He loaded the grill and told us if we had any questions reassembling the grill, to give them a call.We spoke to four associates during this encounter and everyone did a great job! Kindness and courteous service says a lot about this company.

Well I like the Home Depot well enough, but to be honest you have to go there with the knowledge of what you need and where it is. The staff are very friendly and helpful, when you can find somebody. Also it's hard to find somebody that actually works in the area that you're looking in. Because I can't tell you how many times I was looking for something and the person that was in that area did not actually work in that area. Please don't misconstrue what I'm trying to say. I like Home Depot I go there all the time, you just have to know where you're going and where to get it.

We are first time home owners, so when it comes to buying things for our household repair, were a bit lost. The staff was great! Not only to find certain items, but very knowledgeable. They helped us also to save money. The way we thought to do a project ended up a lot easier, and cheaper than we had planned. We will definitely come back in the future.
