The store is clean and lots of beautiful flowers. During a sale I purchased “Netherland Bulb Company” bulbs in early April and had to go through the boxes to try to find some that didn’t show mold, I mentioned it to the cashier and she saw me looking through multiple boxes setting aside most as bad. I await a day when the snow is all melted to plant them a couple weeks later. I kept bulbs in my dry garage but the bulbs start to go bad as they apparently were all affected by mold and several were squish.Now my review is not 1 star for the bulbs that shouldn’t have been sold (and my bad decision to buy them knowing the ones I rejected in the same boxes), but 3 stars as they did exchange the bad bulbs for me however several species I first picked were out of stock, and in my opinion a store manager should not have had moldy bulbs out for sale. Several bulbs came up over summer and are healthy, however the ones really love (3 different packages of fragrant lilies) and weren’t cheap, did not come up at all. It doesn’t appear there’s a guarantee from the store or bulb company. I won’t be purchasing future plants here based on this experience.

All their plants look to be dying or dead. It’s so sad. I almost felt compelled to buy some and try to rehabilitate but didn’t feel like wasting my money. They need to take better care of their plants. At least now they moved them into a greenhouse but now they need to water them. The soil was so dry, when you pick up a nursery pot, the plants flops out. You know what I’m talking about. Very disappointed and them missed out on a big sale. I was looking to purchase 10 small succulents and six mature snake plants. Probably a $300 sale. No thanks.

They have a nice selection but the price and bugs that come with it are not worth it at all you’re better off driving to “waters farms” it’s all grown there by him and the prices are absolutely 1/4 of the cost.

This is the newest Stein's and is set up differently than the other 16. Polished concrete floors and very open design is very pleasing to eye and easy to see where everything is. Lot size looks smaller than most others but again, still well laid out. Love the middle-of-the-store indoor plant section as it makes you feel like you've walked into a jungle. Well thought out designs, guys! Staff is very friendly, welcomed me to Stein's, thanked me for coming in. Well done, all!!

Had a return of potting soil that was unopened. Realized I did not need it after all and went to return it within the 30 day time frame with my receipt. They would only give me store credit even though I paid with a credit card. I'm not happy about it.

Shopping there 15 months. I have never been disappointed. I always leave happy. I have a vegetable/ herb garden on my patio, exclusively from Stein's. Their plants are grown special for them and it shows!

We’ve always had a very positive experience at the Kimberly location. Employees are always very kind & helpful. Terri S. was our cashier a few weeks ago & she went above & beyond, running outside to grab our cart on a blustery fall day, so I could get my babies in the car. This alone, made Stein’s one of our favorite stores. Thank you, Terri!

A different set up from the other store. Seems smaller, but still has a great variety. The staff is really pleasant and knowledgeable. They helped me with my plant questions. I’m not a green thumb at all and they directed me to what I could keep alive. Prices are really good also. Definitely a great addition to this side of town.

I have a complaint the lady who works there was rude she didn't say hi when I said hi she did ask me if I needed any help it's looking at me with a dirty look I'm not going back in there again
