Highly recommend De-Tails Pet Salon. SO reasonably priced, professionally groomed, nails clipped AND dremelled. They even noticed that our pup has some slight allergies based on his paws and eyes… our dog is 3 years old, and our regular vet and other groomers have never said a thing.Thank you, De-Tails team. Wonderful, wonderful work.

Best groomer we have ever had. Our English cocker spaniel has been going here since he was a puppy. He loves going to the groomer and always comes out looking fabulous. We love getting a report card on his behavior and the condition of his ears, coat, etc. We also have received good advice on how to maintain his long hair between grooming sessions which has been amazingly helpful.

De-Tails always grooms my dog, Abe, perfectly! The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. Abe isn’t found of the groomers, but regardless they take the best care of him. We know when we drop him off he is in the best hands. I would highly recommend taking your pup here.

My previous review was taken down. Please leave this one up so pet owners can know to avoid this salon at all costs. Priced incredibly high for the groomer to cut off my dog’s eyelashes on one side. When unsatisfied with the quality-owners will refuse to take accountability/provide a refund for poor service. Worst grooming in the fox cities by far.

Took my 8 year old Great Pyrenees to get her first grooming and hair cut. Sierra did an amazing job. I would highly recommend coming here for your extended family members needs. The price was very fair for her 5 hour stay.

This was our first time taking Malibu to be groomed at De-tails and we will most definitely return! We switched groomers due to the old groomer having Malibu at their facility for 5 HOURS per appointment which did not sit well with us. At De-tails I got a text that Malibu was ready to go an hour and 15 minutes after I dropped her off. She looked beautiful and was well taken care of ☺️

Samantha at De-Tails Pet Salon always goes above and beyond for my standard poodle. She answers any questions I may have and goes over any other information I need to know when I pick up my Harper. Very friendly staff, clean building, and all dogs are treated like family. Best grooming in town; 12/10 recommend!!🐩🖤

Lisa reached out to help with a very big and difficult grooming for a puppy mill poodle that was surrendered to The Hope Highway. Her expertise was invaluable in helping this poor dog that was in such desperate need of being completely shaved due to horrendous matting. Her kindness, gentleness and love was evident. My golden, Hazel has been going to De-Tails since she was a puppy. She is 7.5 years old so that should tell you how happy I have been with Lisa and her staff. They follow your instructions if you have special requests and have a good interaction with your dog. They fill out a report card to tell you how the day went and will reschedule you for your next appointment. They are very busy so it’s important to have an appointment. They usually add a cute little accent to your dogs collar or send you off with a scarf. Lisa is very knowledgeable in grooming since she has participated in many competitions.and works with variety of breeds. Give them a try if you haven’t found a reliable groomer!

Lisa and her husband are amazing with our dogs. We've been going there for three years now and set scheduled 8 week appointments. All 3 are senior dogs and one has behavioral issues now due to doggy dementia. They accomodate without complaint. They always come home clean, smelling better, and happy. Thanks De-Tails!

Lisa did a great job grooming my poodle. I was very attached to our original groomer who is no longer offering grooming services, and given the breed, was nervous to try out different groomers. Had one not-so-great experience at another place, but very happy with De-Tails and their knowledge and expertise. Definitely going to keep bringing my dog here :)

I have happily recommended De-Tails and Lisa to 2 friends now. As a dog owner of 12 years, hands down, this is the best grooming experience I have found. I have no hesitation leaving both of my dogs (with very different personalities) in the De-tails staff care, knowing they will be treated well. Easy to start being a client at this location. Friendly and helpful staff. - Update: Staff is incredible. Took care of my dog and made him look amazing. I had multiple unexpected events that put me behind schedule picking him up but the staff was patient and charismatic when I was late. Strongly suggest using them for taking care of your dog.
