The staff is always friendly here. The selection is great, from chicken and rabbit feed, all the way up to dog and even horse feed. The business is pet-friendly as well, so I got to bring my 100lb dog to pick his own treat out. Always a good time!

So I just moved my horse farm up here from racine (super stressed out getting everything together) so this was my first experience at your store. I literally could not be happier. Megan helped me and she went above and beyond. She was very friendly and accommodating, helped me find what I needed, signed me up for the rewards program, let me know that delivery is an option... and she even came out to get my cart when I was finished loading my items! (She did offer to help me load but i declined :) ) i am so happy with this experience and look forward to many more in the future! Thank you!

They are seriously the definition of small town service. Between renting a Uhaul, monthly dog food, or even offering to help with pallets after a move, this place is just the best. Very, very nice place. Clean and spacious. Tons of choice's of everything you need for animals and bird idems. Friendly staff. Pretty reasonable price's. They also do Uhaul. And sell sheds there, with free delivery. Great place.

First time shopping there for cat food and I was impressed by how clean the store was, the huge selections of food and items there were and the awesome prices! The owners daughter was so friendly, outgoing and helpful with what I needed! I was so happy and so impressed that I decided to call the manager the next day just to give them a good word! I’m so glad they’re close by, I will be returning!

rented a U-Haul trailer last week. Went to pick up and hooked up my vehicle for towing. The left turn signal didn't work. Told the guy inside and he said 'well it worked yesterday', it must be your vehicle.He still wanted me to take it. I would've if it was an open trailer but since it was enclosed you wouldn't be able to see the signals on my vehicle.The guy just got angry immediately when i said no. Although he did call uhaul to help find me another trailer, he was about the rudest person I've ever dealt with in person. Of course the 2nd place I went to, plugged in to an identical trailer and guess what, all the lights worked.I can tell you where I won't be shopping again.

the rabbit person wasn't in there when we were there my daughter and I ... but the lady and the young woman were there helped us find the equine pellets we use for my rabbit. This was a few months ago thank you.
