We went in for candle's and got to talking with the cashier "Michelle" she was super friendly and when she found out we were going back to a funeral she offered her condolences and even sent us back with a case of water that she bought with her own money. I will forever remember her kindness especially at that moment.

The store manager Michelle had such a negative attitude. She was so disrespectful to me and insulting! I wanted to get cash back and was told she didn't feel like giving any cash back right now but if I could afford the $3 ATM fee it was right there ( and she pointed to the ATM)... I know I am not the 1st patron that this manager has insulted or just gave negative attitude to for seemingly no good reason at all. I suggest that you take the extra 10 minute drive to just shop at the Family Dollar on main st in Shawano they're all so much more friendly...

I came there at 9 am when it said it was open and nobody was there. Waited for 15 minutes and left. Came back at lunch and was treated with poor customer service. Very rude. I also noticed rude behavior at the poor non-native cashing out in front of me. Won't be coming back.

Waited over 20 min because the person opening was late, only for her to tell me that its elder shopping till 10am. After waiting for 20 min there's gotta be an exception to this rule. At least put a dam sign up. Smh also, if you say you open at 9, then open at 9.False advertisement!

Came in to get lunch and was treated very poorly by the store manager. This is a on going issue with me and others I know that shop here. When I walked out instead of being harrassed she started snickering and talking about me to the customers behind me and told me not to come back. The store is messy also has birds flying around in it and they sell FOOD!!!!!!!!
