The people at the Petco location are fantastic. I have a saltwater tank and they are there to help with my needs. I been going there for over 10 years never a bad experience. Very knowledgeable about their products.

This is my favorite place ever to get my pet snakes food, and just to wonder off looking at the animals they have to purchase! I've seen some really funny animals in there. Once I saw a hamster that was so strong it knocked it's stuff down when it pushed it! I named his buff hammy. I was never able to purchase him because I have two cats and two snakes, so that wouldn't work. But anyways, the cashiers are always so kind, and their pet toys are super high quality! Compared to other brands, the ones here are safe and strong for tearing and destroying them. They have lots of cages, fishes, birds, and even sometimes they get cats for adoption! Those are my absolute favorite animal to look at. Their always so cute and fluffy. The place is clean and they take good care of the dogs when grooming. Overall such a good place for all your pet needs, and a great place to look at some tiny and cute animals. Definitely would recommend as a certified animal lover! 👍🏻

It was fine. It just makes me crazy that I need 1 bag and you want to charge me 10 cents. I spend a lot of money. If you want to charge someone for like 1 item and they want a bag. I won't pay for a bag I Always spend $80 to over $100 a visit.Chewey here I come.

Went to purchase a few fish. 2 died within a few days. Went back for our replacement fish, and were told we weren't the only ones with trouble. Not specific a store problem, but a problem nonetheless. Serve was very understanding, and return policy was met.

Don't regularly shop here even though I have to pass it to go to a different Pet...store. This store is higher priced! Today I needed an item, the other store I shop was out of stock so I SPENT MY TIME TRYING TO UNSUCCESSFULLY PLACE AN ONLINE SAME DAY DELIVERY ORDER, HAVING TO ORDER A QUANTITY OF 2 FOR FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY, HAVING TO CHAT TWICE AND CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE BECAUSE MY SAME DAY DELIVERY IS NOT COMING TODAY! I NEVER RECEIVED AN UPDATED EMAIL FOR THIS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! CANCELED MY ORDER, NEVER TRYING TO SHOP HERE AGAIN.

I have been going to Petco for years, but I will never spend another dime in that place. My kitten got very ill and I needed to get some medicine for him,,, the web site said it was open till 8. I hurried and got there by 7. Pulled up parked the car and as I was walking towards the door they looked right at me and locked it because they wanted to close early for the holidays. I understand they wanted to head home,but they could of at least asked me what I needed. It would not of made me so upset if they would have been in a hurry to leave, instead they just stood by the cash register and talked for 15 minutes. Thanks alot Petco

Came in for wet cat treats in gravy, and found so many varieties. I gathered a little of several brands to stock up on. So far, my Knox loves them. Service was fast and phenomenal, as always! Many thanks for everything.

Store is clean and staff is friendly but why did I just spend $67 to then be asked if I wanted to BUY a bag AND donate money. Petco is very convenient but I’ll be taking myself on over to PetSmart!

I have been taking my 2 small Yorkie's to Petco for Grooming for over 3 years, they are nervous dogs and it takes time doing their hair. After 3 years Pet Co has told me that they no longer will groom my Yorkie's. They are 6 and 7 lbs and not aggressive at all Pet Co should have more experienced groomers to be able to handle different personalities. I also see very large dogs being groomed that I am sure take just as much time. I will not be shopping at Pet Co in the future and will never recommend the grooming department.

Brought my dog in last week Sat. Wash n nail clip. Told me Baylee would be his groomer. Dog still smelled bad when I brought him.home. checked his nails, never clipped. I am never going again. Tipped her too. Dog is totally loving and submissive. Pffft

My mom took her 5lb. dog to get groomed and they left him half cut because they accused the dog of moving too much and "breaking her clippers"..did i mention its a 5lb. dog?..literally left him half cut..dont waste your time or money..trust me..

I took my dog here to get brushed and it was a big flop! I literally paid like $50 just for him to be brushed out and his nails trimmed. However, I honestly was shocked that for the amount I paid he was not brushed properly. They literally just brushed over his top coat-the easy part. 🤦🏻‍♀️My dog is only 10lbs and very well behaved. So I am very stumped at why he was not properly brushed. I also had another dog brushed out and she was still shedding like crazy! Let’s just say I ended up brushing them out myself.It was a huge waste of money! I would’ve said something to them, had I not been such a people pleaser (this part is my fault). That and I get we all have off days too. So maybe they just were not felling well. Regardless, it was a lot of money for no real results

My experience here is strictly shopping. On that, I LOVE their variety of dog toys and supplies. My pup loves every Kong toy I brought home to him so far. This is my place from here on for my pups supplies/toys. The staff has been very friendly too. I highly recommend this place for your pets needs!

Had just left without crickets from this store.Was told that, "Nobody put them out yet. Can you come back in 30 minutes?"Then, she proceeded to grab the 'cricket tower' and started to stock.Would it have been possible to have her bag me up some crickets and then proceed to restock?Possibly.We'll just never know...

I came in looking for supplies to build a terrarium for my new fire-belly toad. It was very busy, but the employee who helped me made time to answer all of my questions and walk me to the products I was looking for and helped several other customers as well while I was there. He was very knowledgeable and I was able to find everything I needed to make my new pet happy!

If you take a look at their bearded dragons you can see they're obviously sick, dehydrated, and dying. We've tried telling the staff and they just shrugged their shoulders. You can see the bones on those poor animals and it's sick that Petcos never seem to care. The marks under their bellies are signs of major stress too.
