My baby Conan had his first visit yesterday with Ashley! We just adopted this little guy a week and a half ago and his nails had never been clipped so they were super sharp, I was able to get on Ashley’s schedule within a day of speaking with her. She did amazing with him, when I picked him up he smelt and looked amazing! I highly recommend Ashley for all your pets grooming needs!! ✨

Manager, Samantha, was extremely helpful & kind. She literally helped me to start my accountShe's now keeping the specialized soft dog food our dog needs to eat and we have been able to get it delivered every 8 days. Fast delivery! We've now set up a grooming appointment for dog. Good prices. Excited to see the results. Highly recommend this business! The staff are trained in good customer service & are knowledgeable & helpfuĺ as well.

My groomer recently moved out of state so I was faced with the task of finding someone new for my finicky Shih Tzu (he's not great with having his feet worked on). After reading other reviews about Ashley, I made an appointment and yesterday we saw her for the first time. Couldn't have had a better experience! Ashley was super nice and she worked with my little man as best she could but he just wasn't in the mood to have his feet touched. And I anticipated that so it didn't bother me. I was very appreciative of the time Ashley took to try and work with him but I know in time he'll definitely warm up to her! I will for sure be taking him back to see Ashley! The short interaction I had with the rest of the team members was very pleasant. Everyone was very nice and willing to help if I needed any! Very happy to have them in the neighborhood!

I love having a pet supplies plus in town! They have all the products I need in one spot! Also love that they have the grooming salon. Ashley in grooming did amazing with my senior dog and all of his needs! Will be back… and often at that.

Went for a nail clipping this morning.. they weren't even open at 10am when there sign and website says 9. A girl opened the door and was screaming at a co worker about a walkie talkie. Then had an attitude when asked to show us where the grooming area was as we've never been there before. Then once back there the girl behind the grooming counter had an attitude. Absolutely in shock with the environment they have there. They will not see my business ever again.

I went to take my dog to get groomed and they cut his fur way to short for his breed. They also missed spots and he looks patchy all over the neck and stomach. I Highly recommend you not to take your dog there unless you want them to ignore your request. Im very disappointed and the employees need better training or a new crew. what a shame...... :[

I was looking forward to this one opening but they never have crickets. 5 months later still always out of crickets. Asked an employee why they don’t order more if they always run out, I was told because crickets are on a first come first served basis which didn’t answer my question. I then placed an order for the few they had left. I get to the store and was told they don’t do phone orders and my order was not ready. The Racine location has friendlier more knowledgeable staff with better coroner service. I am going to continue to go there.

They actually take care of their reptiles, unlike Petco and PetSmart, went to PetSmart and saw a dying crested gecko and was sick to my stomach! Went to pet supplies and looked at their geckos and it was like night and day, they look beautiful and well taken care of at this location, needless to say they have my business when I take care of my reptiles

The self-washing station is really inconvenient, but if you want to take your dog here so the water can literally be freezing cold go for it! The water will be warm then cold warm then freezing cold My poor dog was shivering ….The owners should fix this!!! after my card is out of washes I’ll go somewhere else my dog shouldn’t be freezing that’s neglect from this store. Fix your problems with the self washing station or you will lose business. I buy my dogs food from here as well so I’ll be taking my business else where if they do not fix this problem. It’s ridiculous.

I’m so happy to have Pet Supplies Plus in Kenosha now. The staff are always super helpful, including letting my dog Coco try on a harness in the store to be sure it fit. The prices are competitive and they have everything we need!

I love the self service dog wash. It is so easy to take my dog in and give her a bath and affordable too. Wish the price was put somewhere on the website.

Everyone at this store was nice, friendly, and offered help. They also seemed knowledgeable about the many exotic pets they have there which is a plus. The store was clean and organized with plenty of room to walk and look around without getting into other's personal space. My only request is to possibly get a bit wider of a selection on the nature's logic distinction brand of dog food but the fact that they offer it at all is still helpful for me and my allergy ridden dogs with strict diets. I'm so happy to have this store near my home for my pups!

Pet supplies plus has always been my favorite pet place and I was so excited when I heard they were opening one in Kenosha.I was blown away by this store. The dog grooming area is in open view for everyone to watch, and my daughter kept asking me to go back and watch a big dog be groomed, the care is amazing, the stylist talked to the dog as if she was grooming a human to help keep the dog calm.Walking through each of the aisles the cleanliness was amazing, staff extremely friendly.I went for crickets and spent awhile near the fish area in awe of the teamwork. They found baby fish in one of the tanks and 4 employees worked together on what would be the safest place to place the babies to allow them to grow healthy and strong. The way these employees talked about the animals in the store you can tell they live and breathe for them. Pet supplies plus you blow away all the other pet stores. We will only be going here from now on.

So excited that a pet store was finally opened close to me. They have everything I need,I always have to make 2 trips to other pet stores because they don't carry the same brands of food for my cat and bunny, but here they do. My new one stop shop and closer to where I live.They just opened and I've already gone a few times. The staff has been very kind and helpful each time I've gone in, even though they were super busy, they were patient with me and answered my questions. Keep up the good work and thank you, my kitty loved the new water fountain and catnip!

Visited the store to shop for my fussy cat. The employees showed the wide variety of cat foods and discussed different foods that could meet my needs. Bought several cans to try. So far my cat devours their mittens brand seafood. Followed up with a dog grooming and it was perfect. Much needed services in the local area that doesn't break the bank.

Pet self-wash is very nice, with tubs at a good working level, warm water sprayer, shampoo, conditioner, towels, air dryer and aprons. All for a reasonable price ($14.99).
