I am absolutely thrilled with the job Christine(a) did on Vinnie! We have had him to another groomer where he has come home and shut down for about two days each time. Today, while tired (he gets anxious and that wears him out) he is his normal self, playful and energetic..so happy! I feel confident in dropping him off. I also appreciate that they were able to squeeze him in before Christmas. Thanks for doing such an amazing job on Vinnie! See you in February!

My dog was a matted mess and seriously overdue for a groom. I told the groomer to do the best she could and we would understand if she couldn’t get all his knots out and to even shave some areas if needed (on top of being a dramatic husky). Olivia brought me a brand new dog this afternoon completely detangled and looking his best. So happy with the service today! Thank you again 💜

My pup looked and smelled great!! She came in with some knots and I told them to just shave her if they needed to, when I came to pick her up she looked so fluffy and listened to what I wanted her hair cut (legs, stomach, and butt areas) They did a great job

So I had a "situation" with Whitney the owner, 2 months ago. Today I called to apologize, putting my pride aside. She accepted my apology but wouldn't let my dog come back to her shop. She says I left a bad review at 3 of her sites which is completely untrue. Even if the other ones were "verbatim", as she claims, it doesn't mean someone couldn't have copied and pasted my original, and only one, review. All I can hope for is that enough time can pass and she will change her mind and let Talie come back. This is not for me. This is for Talie. She's just not comfortable at other groomers like she was at From Head to Tail. I've been going to Whitney for 6 years now on a regular basis. And my review wasn't so bad. I simply said they wouldn't accommodate me after a mistake was made. I'll even take the blame for the mistake! I just want my Talie to be safe and happy. I offered to leave Talie at the shop for the entire day so they could "work her in" or maybe have a cancellation. But they said no. And Whitney said I was upset because I was inconvenienced. That's as far from the truth as it can get. Saturdays are my day off. I give my entire day to my dog since I work all week. Please forgive me Whitney. I'll call in every once and awhile to see if you change your mind. Thank you, Michele

It is rare to find a groomer so experienced with large dogs. My Saint Bernard was well-overdue for grooming. She needed everything done! I had no trouble getting an appointment. Crystal was my pup's groomer and I am SO pleased with the results. Their pricing is competitive, especially for such a large dog and all that they did! I live 30-35 mins from here but will absolutely be returning! Thank you for taking such great care of our baby girl!

I will not take my dog anywhere else. Whitney and her team take such good care of my puppy during every visit. The options they have for grooming are over and beyond, but all your choice if you want to add them. I’ve been seeing Whitney and her team for about 10 years, she took care of my precious dog and current dog. I never worry when taking her there and always come out with the best result. My dog even gets a toy at every visit, her selection is amazing. Thank you Whitney and her team for always making an amazing experience.

Best pet groomer in Kenosha County! Have been taking my dog here for 8 years. Prices are very reasonable, but more importantly, staff will treat your fur baby like their own! You can always count on a warm greeting walking in and your pet being smothered with love and head rubs. Staff also is very knowledgeable, will work to try and assist with accommodating your schedule as best they can, and calls the day before to remind you of appointments. My dog actually knows what "spa day" means, and gets excited for her visits! Wouldn't dream of taking her anywhere else!

This place is great!! I've been bringing my older Maltese here for three years and have had zero complaints. The staff is very friendly, and you can tell the owners cares about the shop. Grateful to live near a groomer where I know my pup is in good hands when I leave. Keep up the good work!!

We LOVE head to tail. We’ve taken our pup (Tucker) there since he was 3 months old (he’s now almost 3 years). They take their time with him, treat him amazingly and he always looks fabulous. Would recommend them to anyone!They have great prices, and even with the small change that was made recently they gave us an abundant amount of notice. They’ve always given an abundant amount of notice about it each time we schedule anything. They are so professional, kind and just a great place to bring your dog. Very thankful we found them!

I haven’t been to this place in a few years. But I called to make an appointment for my yorkie to get groomed and the guy named Ryan told me there were booked out for six weeks . I said ok I’ll make an appointment for 6 weeks he then asked me for my dogs name phone number etc. said I don’t see you in out system ok so I can’t book an appointment cause you don’t see me in your system another time I had called he told me they weren’t taking new clients ! that’s very unprofessional. I’ll take my business else where but best believe word of mouth is your best advertisement I’ll make sure to let my clients not to take their business there.

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨i am absolutely horrified by the customer service & treatment of my elderly lab here. no greeting upon arrival, no questions asked about my dog or the services. this was his first time getting his nails trimmed professionally & he has severe mobility issues. they just took his leash & pulled him on the slippery floor. he slipped and fell TWICE, was exposed to another off leash dog with no warning or permission from me, & was given no comforts or ease by the staff for his fall or anxiety. the staff was cold & rude, & did not even pretend to care about my dog or my customer experience. for a well behaved old sweet dog, my dog or ANY for that matter did not deserve that treatment. i am so filled with anger & hurt by this & i warn anyone who wants their dog in good hands to not give this place any business. 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
