I've read reviews here on Google review saying that the employees are rude. We live very close to this location and stop in to pick up our dog food among other things pretty often. I love going into the store in the spring and seeing the baby chick's. In the three years that we've been going here we have never once had a bad encounter, in fact every time we leave the store we always comment on how nice everyone is. I wish all stores were this friendly and helpful.

This has by far been the worst customer service experience that I’ve ever received. Given the nonchalant, shrewd, and poor attitudes of their employees, I truly don’t understand how this company could stay in business. The only reason why I gave this location 1 Star is simply because the nice elderly lady, who at least greeted me at the door, and pointed me in the right direction.I purchased two kayaks for my kids Christmas gifts, a few weeks back, but was unable to take them home with me at that time. I was told that I can keep them at the store and pick them up at a later date… I came back today with my friends truck, expecting to transport my newly purchased kayaks home to gift wrap, only to find out that they gave my box away! I mean, who does that?!Not only did they give my box away but they had us to drive around back, all to witness them drop my exposed kayak in the snow, on their loading dock. Not only is my kayak now wet with melting snow, but also has some scratches on decide and bottom of it, from rough handling by their employees. There was no apology for the inconvenience, lack of decent service, and poor regard for one’s personal property. This is the holiday season, a time where everyone should be at their best, instead I’m left feeling disrespected, disappointed, and highly disturbed.I will never step foot in this godforsaken place, to spend any money, for this type of service again! This was absolutely ridiculous… and to have been witnessed, in front of my good friends 8year old son, it’s beyond embarrassing. For him to even state “the employees don’t seem to like their jobs” says quite a bit. I’m so over this.org #MerryChristmas

We mostly went to wander around. Place was clean and bright and seemed to have a decent variety of a number of product types. I had no idea they carried clothes and shoes. I didn't need another chicken coop but I really like the different styles of the ones they carried. The chicks for sale looked bright and healthy, and their cages (stock tanks) were clean. The staff at the checkout was friendly and easygoing.

Staff is always friendly. Prices are good. Not the biggest store around but has a good selection. I buy my organic dog food here, it's cheaper than the local pet food store

I've only bought dog food and treats there as I live in town. Their brand, 4Health, is very good and my dog likes it they have lots of dry food. If you want a quantity of wet food, you have to order ahead. Helpful staff.

We always get our grain free dog food from Tractor Supply. I also like spending time browsing for other stuff too. Today was extra nice, I had an issue with my gift card and Luke went out of his way to help me figure out the issue. Great costumer service.

I have gotten a few things here. The prices can be pretty good when they have a sale going. You just have to be careful and watch what you buy. Good selection of items though. Stuff I never would have thought about them having I have found there.

Their staff is top notch and helpful. Especially Staff= Tyler who is always paying attention to his customers. He saw the lines getting more than a few people and came to open another register 🤗 He also is the one who will carry out & put the BIG dog food bags into my vehicle in rain, sleet, snow or sub-freezing temps. He deserves a raise 😊

Drove all the way up to Appleton from Oshkosh because I was told they have tow behind dethatchers.Was met with poor, careless customer service who told me they were outside. I looked everywhere and could not find any.I asked for help and I expressed some frustration and I told them I'm leaving.He could have cared less. Which is fair, but if you have a question or need any assistance, they'll be too bust talking amongst themselves.As far as I'm concerned, Tractor Supply owes me $60 for my time and gas.

Tractor Supply is one of my favorite stores. They have a little bit of everything. Clothes, tools, pet supplies, farm supplies, tools, decor and more. The associates are always friendly and very helpful. They also have shot clinics for your pets on the weekends. I love the chicks and ducklings in the spring.

I was looking for a tire replacement for my trailer, I had called the Appleton store and they had it in stock. The person asked if they wanted me to put the tire up by the front desk, which I had them do. When I arrived at the store about 2 hours later they had brought 2 options up to the counter for me, and was very KIND, and HELPFUL. It has been a very long time since I have seen "CUSTOMER SERVICE" like this!!! GREAT JOB!! And thank you for your help.

I drove 50 minutes one way to buy one specific bag of grass seed. I looked online to see which tsc stores had it available because I already bought all the seed available at Appleton, Kohler and Berlin locations. It said online that Waupun had one bag. When I arrived I was helped by a very friendly and outgoing lady who told me it was packed away for the year or the "gun was off". Either way, it cost me almost 2 hours of my time and a bunch of gas. Maybe you should think about updating your system or figure out a different way to keep track of items that are actually available for purchase. I normally order my grass seed ahead of time from tsc but ended up with a late season job and wanted the same seed I use for all my jobs. Looks like it might be time to find a different supplier.

I will not shop at this store until they lift mandatory face masks. They do not work against the virus. If you don't believe me, look up the study on masks that the college of Illinois in Chicago did. The virus is .125 micrometers big, and an n95 mask will only block .3 micrometers. They other masks block less.

Order something that there website let me put in the cart and order it a few days later get a email saying they canceled it call store a few different times and noone knows what's going on call today and get a maybe a vendor issue and I said so what order somewhere else and he said ya if you can get them from somewhere else then do it shows how much support that employee has with a team he woorks with and I wont be buying anymore threw them false advertisement
