Management is rude. Prices on the shelves or in the sales ads do not match at the registers some times. The management says the register is correct even though the prices posted are different. Check your receipts to make sure you are getting charged the correct prices. This store lost a multiple times a week customer due to the manager.

Over-priced, and horrible employees. Today on my trip, I watched a meat department employee bring his apron with him into a bathroom stall, and return to work with it. That's DISGUSTING. I only ever come here if I need one or two items between larger grocery trips, and it's never from their service/raw areas. By far the worst grocery store in the Fox Valley.

This store has no regard for it’s customers. I can’t even count how many times I had bought expired/soiled products. Want milk/ heavy cream? Curdled and smells. Want potatoes? They reek and are soggy. Want a Slim Jim? Expired by two years. Meat? Rotten. How about some juice? Oh that’s right! It’s expired and sometimes even has weird floaty bits? I don’t even dare look at the produce. How hard is it to rotate products?! I understand the every so often missed item that has passed it’s date but nearly every time I go here I find expired items. The dairy has obviously been exposed to dangerous temperature control. You WILL make people sick. This is unacceptable. All of the ladies I’ve encountered at the checkout area are very kind and personable. But you need to check your other employees work. The management here clearly doesn’t care enough to ensure that they’re using the proper protocols to prevent people from eating bad food. I understand you have young employees who might not do the greatest work but it’s management’s job to check that. It’s frustrating that I can’t go to the store only a few blocks away and have to go all the way to festival for groceries.

There is not a single trip to this store where I do not encounter the snarkiest, rude employees I have ever encountered at a grocery store. I’d rather drive another 10+ minutes for better customer service just about anywhere else.

Don't remember the last time we experienced a beautiful lakeside sunset, enjoyed a local band, and had an amazing meal all in the same night at a Wisconsin Supper Club. Was worth the drive!

This is my local grocery store. Ever since they got new owners they are constantly out of stock of items that they used to stock plenty of in years past. Some items they don't even carry anymore which is a shame. These new policies have caused me to do my big shopping at festival foods and only go here when I'm in a hurry and don't have time to go into Appleton.

First the good.Floors and glass always look nice. Store front itself is always clean. Majority of the employees are very nice people and are willing to lend a hand of you need it. Always have a very nice selection of flowers.Now the bad:The quality of this store has gone to pot. Since Stoneridge has taken over it slowly declined. They don't seem to care if the quality is garbage.Prices are higher than most places. Most would agree with that.I've found products in their store that is past the expiration dates. There has been mold found on fruit, most notable raspberries, strawberries blue berries.MOST IMPORTANT. BUYER BEWARE.WATCH YOUR MEAT PRODUCTSIVE GOTTEN RANCID CHICKEN THAT HAD BEEN PUT OUT. TWICE. JUST RECENTLY, I BOUGHT AN ASSORTED PORK PACK. IT WAS RANCID. Yes I took it back and the store. The store manager seemed to be offended. It seemed to annoy him that I brought back meat that could potentially poison or kill someone despite the fact I had a receipt.Either they can't distinguish meat is going bad, or they just don't care. For what you pay for groceries at this store, you'd think quality would be a top priority.Don't get me wrong. They do have some great choices and it is a clean store with very nice people working. I think they just need to watch the shelves more closely especially meat and be more vigilant with quality. I hate having to write reviews like this but it's got to get out there.

This store consistently has poor quality produce. Additionally, the store often has items that are not in stock (1/3 times I go there is at least one thing missing) and the layout of the store makes it so similar products are in different places across the store which makes it hard to find things. For example, the sun dried tomatoes were near the sandwich bags instead of near the Italian food at one point.Lastly, the self checkout system is a complete joke and I feel bad for any of the employees that have to manage it. It's very sensitive to weight and will throw a fit with pretty much half of the items you are scanning when you put it on the bag. Items that are 1oz are checked but the scale isn't always sensitive enough to register the item in the bag. The employee usually has to perform 10+ overrides for every customer (like when it doesn't think you put something in the bag).Experience: 3.5/5Product Availability: 2/5Price: 3/5Quality: 2/5Store: 4/5

Prices have went from being reasonable to being out of control. Just got wings today from the angry deli worker. They were the worst things I have ever tried to eat. Nothing but fat and breading. I have decided my money is more valuable then convince of shopping here. I won't be going back festival is right down the road or pick n save.i have been a loyal shopper for over 18 years. Not anymore.

I was told by 1000 islands that if I asked they would chop onions for our event. I bought 9 pounds of onions and they refused to chop them for me stating they did not have the staff to do it. Funny because it was 9:30am on Friday morning, it was not busy and there was three people standing around. So not very impressed at all with the way this establishment has been going and I will be recommending to the thousand islands board that we support a different store for our future brat frys and fundraisers.

I used to work there. Everything used to be so calm and friendly. Ever since Stoneridge bought us, we were treated like literal garbage. Tis why departments were understaffed because the new manager there did not want to listen to us for advice and etc and many workers left for a better job opportunity. That's the reason why I left there as well. When I visit there time to time, prices there are horrendous and the service there is still like how I was treated, absolute garbage! I recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere if you're grocery shopping.

I'm new to the area and I have to say that I like the selection at the "Pig". I actually had to fly back to another state 4 weeks later and I took their stuffed chicken covered in bacon with me in a duffle bag. They have a great selection and the staff were very courteous.

Great hometown grocery store with excellent selections, prices and mobile/online shopping with coupons. Top customer service every time. Also you don't have to choose to bag your own groceries it is always done for you. Every time they offer to bring out your groceries for you. Love this place.

Beautiful store, usually great produce with excellent selections, if you imbibe, great wines and liquors. Pet foods and supplies are good. Meats are good. Bakery and deli/cheese selection awesome.So why the low score? I've never been in such an overpriced store in Wisconsin to date. 8.99 for organic celery? Really? 1.99 at Aldi's. So I'll just get regular celery this once. 3.49?? For celery? 99 cents everywhere else. I started recording and comparing prices. I don't understand who shops there regularly? Poor folks couldn't afford it and people who've acquired wealth through hard work should be smarter than that.And this is the harshest review I've ever given because its food people. It's a necessity!

Nice bigger local grocery store. A nice produce department, and fresh meats. We like shopping here over the one closer to us in Little Chute. The drive across town is worth it.

This grocer is nothing short of excellent. I'm always floored by the great service at the checkout lanes; I'm even granted a bag rebate each time, as I always bring in reusable bags for both my groceries and produce. I appreciate that many of the products I buy frequently go on sale, and the gas points accumulated on my Pig card are a HUGE plus!

Great local grocery store that we can walk the 2 or 3 miles to when it's above 15 to 20 degrees or so. They have a terrific weekly sales flyer. We always get all of our meat and veg here.

Ever since Stoneridge took over, place has gone downhill. Most of the good employees left. Store manager and the supervisor came from festival and are running the store into the ground and have no customer service skills whatsoever . I worked in the meat department and the quality of meats they acquired us were definitely questionable to say the least. I wouldn’t be surprised if they sell within a few years.

Nice to have a local store to go to in a pinch. I do like some of the Stoneridge products. Most prices though at a lot higher than a few others which I wont mention. I go there if I need something quick but its too expensive to do all of my shopping there.

Great local grocery store. You may find that prices are a little higher that the big chain stores, but they have great sales. Staff is friendly and willing to help you find anything you need. It's a perfect place to go if you need a hand basket or a cart full.
