We are very happy with the butchering we've gotten from Roskom. We got a 1/2 cow last year that was done exactly to our specifications and this year we got a 1/4 and it was also to our specifications. The attached shop has some really awesome treats and additional meat you can buy. highly recommended!

I purchased a pig from a local pork producer who uses Roskom Meats for their meat processing. I'm disappointed in Roskom's "vacuum" packaging as it "failed." The ground pork packaging is fine, but chops, steaks, ham, etc. failed, resulting in the frozen meat becoming crystallized = freezer burn.

My husband and I purchased a half many years ago and were very happy with it then, so we thought we'd start at Roskom when we decided to buy again. I'm so glad we did! They're still the nicest people and I'm sure the quality of the beef will be as good, if not better, than it was all those years ago. Oh, and I love the addition of the little store in front! It wasn't there when we last ordered. I'm looking forward to picking up when they call which is a much shorter time than expected of only 2-3 weeks! I appreciated the time they gave us when ordering, as there were many things to consider. Thank you!

I love Roskum Meats!! They always have the best beef!!! I will probably drive there today to get some steaks for new years instead of going to my local butcher. It's well worth the drive!

I bought a few steaks from Roskom for my wife's birthday. Great people and I love supporting a small shop that that. However for the price, my hope was for a USDA choice or better... but what I got had no marbling, as such... it was tender but lacked flavor and was dry (cooked rare). On a side note, got a sirloin for my kids and it was inexpensive and very good!

Great family ran business where the owners are not only reached by phone but can be found working the floor right alongside their employees. If your looking for a butcher or meat processor for your wild game that's honest and fair, Roskom Meats is the place to go. I had some venison and elk processed there and they had the order completed faster than any other processor I have ever taken any of my wild game to. They took the time to go over all my options with me and genuinely earned my continued business. The facility is very clean and well kept. Their packaging is professional and your meat is packaged to your liking.

Very nice friendly people. They do an excellent job both cutting and freezing your beef. I had beef processed there for years. Except last fall my neighbor and I split a half of beef that we bought from someone we didn't know. Tim and Amy from Pulaski. Toughest steaks I ever had. I cannot blame Roskoms for this. That was our fault for not knowing the person we bought the beef from or seeing what we were buying.

I really liked the selection here. I arrived around 8:45am and not everything they offer was in the meat case. I bought some frozen hot dogs, fresh brats, and meat sticks. The meat sticks are great, the cheese is actually decent size so you can tell there's actually cheese in them. I would go back again but probably later in the day to see what else they actually have.

Relative had a friend who got his cow butchered here; split the cost with him for 1/2 the cow and gave 1/4 of the meat to my family as a Christmas gift. Worst meat I’ve ever had. Roast was like chewing cardboard. Haven’t cooked anything else yet since I don’t know what to think about the rest of it and don’t want to waste time or money on another bad meal. Then I was informed that they only hung the carcass for a few days and they were really busy processing venison that time of year, etc. What a huge waste of money for my relatives who got screwed over. The meat I did use was poorly cut as well. Chuck roast with a big shard of bone on the side.

Used to love there sausage but now it is bad. Found out they had another company make their sausage and now they do all there own. Hamburger and side pork and sliced ham are great. Just don’t like there sausage they do themselves now. Leaves strong metal/bloody flavor in your mouth.

Quick service, the cuts are good, the packaging is great. I will use them again. I have to remember to try the snack sticks when I am there next time. They looked really good and had good flavors as well.

It was a bit of a hassle in dealing with Roskoom Meats. What was offered and showing on their website was not what the lady who took the order said we would necessarily get. There were so many determining factors as to how many of what cut you would get it was confusing.Meat doesn't taste any better than what you get at Costco.

We had a pig butchered there this past fall.. our bacon is either cut into quarter inch thick slices or looks like shaved meat and our pig was not properly bled. Definitely not impressed!
