They were positively supportive when my 13 year old treasured dog, Maggie, suddenly developed an aggressive cancer. They helped Maggie and I get through it and ever so gently assisted her to a peaceful end. I couldn't tell them that day after she was gone, my heart was hurting so badly, but they were her angels. some miscommunications on the billing practices, but within a week they were able to refund $180 of a $205 surprise bill. Very thankful for the resolution, and hopeful to see clear communication of billing in the future.

Kaukauna vet has been my family vet for over 30 years! I recently moved to Green Bay and WILLINGLY drive over 30 minutes to have KVC see my pets. I have never had a bad experience.

All of the Vets are great especially Dr Gagnon and Dr Biese (these are the ones I've had the most contact with). They explain the treatment very thoroughly and they love animals very much. The office staff is awesome too. I won't go anywhere else. Some say their prices are high but I believe you get what you pay for...my babies deserve nothing but the best!!

Very caring. Went with good friend who needed to make some important life decisions for his good boy. ☹️ Like a humans hospital with an exam room, they have that and there is no need to see anyone else during or afterwards, as they have a separate exit way. Ozzy got to gobble up some treats before crossing the rainbow bridge. 🐾🌈

Great price and super nice. Can typically get in pretty quickly if I need to reschedule.They got my new kitten in within a week and are great about reminders and pre scheduling appointments.They also don't try to make you get unnecessary shots/things for your pet. They are very honest and upfront about everything and allow you to make the choice without feeling pressured.

Best Vet Clinic in the Valley, staffed with the most compassionate and honest staff!I live over half an hour away, and it’s worth the drive! My dog needed urgent care, and they got him in within the hour I called (which timed out perfectly for me) I have been to other vets in the past, and no other clinic has ever been so flexible or kind!

Everyone from the administrative staff to the techs to the vets are so helpful, kind, and professional. They do an amazing job of explaining everything and will do everything they can to fit your pets in for urgent health matters. I trust them completely and am so grateful for their care. I have lived in three different states and visited four different vets in the last few years, but Kaukauna is by far the best.

about two years ago, i had brought one of my cats in for a neutering and was called that his lung collapsed during surgery. extra charges on the bill for their mistake, and now he wheezes when he breathes or lays in certain positions. In November of 2022, we brought my 6 month kitten in for a neutering. They had called saying he was experiencing asperated pneumonia symptoms. they still sent him home with us with a pamphlet for an emergency vet, that same night we had to rush him to the ER. turns out he was septic and he died that same night. no refund, no apology, just a card they send out like they do when they put animals down. don’t let your cats go under surgery here unless you’re ready to say goodbye.

2 reasons I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5: They should have a separate exit for when you need to put a pet down. It's hard enough on the owners who have had to put part of their family down, they don't need customers staring at them as they are leaving the main lobby and they should always offer to have you pay in the privacy of the room you are waiting in, for the same reasons above.

I am extreme disappointed with the new policy’s they keep putting in place to raise the cost for animal care. Most recently they jacked the prices up for same day appointments calling them “emergency care” The cost for all of their services has been continuously rising to become one of the most expensive vets in the area. These policies are driving away long term customers due to their greed. I thought they once cared about our pets welfare but it’s clear all they care about is profits. It’s too bad because it WAS a great place at one time

Awesome first experience. Amazing vet. Great nurses. Everyone here seems to love their jobs. My dog loved the place. He was so excited to be there and he really liked the vet himself. This place thought of everything. Even had kids toys there, frosted dog cookies, and a kerig. The vet actually assessed my dog, seemed to care a lot, and talked to me for a long time about ways to care for his needs. Prices were also very reasonable too. Highly recommend to anyone who wants high quality care for their pets at a good price.

Had my 2 kittens spayed/neutered yesterday. Michelle the CVT was amazing. I know this surgery is kind of routine but I was very nervous and worried about my babies. Michelle explained everything and assured me they were in good hands. Well she was right. They were spoiled. The next day, you wouldn't even know my kittens had surgery! I can't keep them from playing. (I promise I'm keeping them calm, Michelle.) They aren't having any pain whatsoever...no cone of shame, no licking of wounds. Michelle was terrific from check in to check out and explaining the bill. I felt like my fur babies were truly loved and not just a money maker. She filled me in on their behavior, their after care...everything. I hear horror stories about long recoveries, pain, etc. This was NEVER the case at Kaukauna Vet. I highly recommend them for all veterinary needs. Even the cost was less than I expected for 2 cats, microchip, etc. I have had nothing but good experiences with the care here. I have worked with Dr. Gagnon and Dr. Laritson...BOTH phenomenal vets. They both take the time to listen and truly care about you and your pets. I have had prior pets with other clinics and was not happy. I'm very happy now!If I ever move out of the area, my pets are staying with this crew!

The staff treated me and my dog with compassion and respect, and also provided me with reasonable and straightforward options to deal with his medical needs. Turned out the treatment cost came in slightly below their estimate. I have nothing but great things to say about this facility and the care received.

Today was my first visit and I was impressed before we even walked in. Not only had the office been talked up by lots of friends I also had a great experience setting up my first appointment with Diane on the phone. She really took time to listen to my concerns, the fact that she helped us when we walked in and was just as kind was awesome! Dr. Gagnon did a comprehensive exam on my pup and took time to go over his medical history with me. Thank you so much!

They went above and beyond taking good care of our dog, Teddy while he was getting neutered! They brushed out a couple of the mats I couldn’t get out, clipped his toenails and gave him all the love I would’ve hoped for. Every veterinarian at this clinic, in clouding the techs and front desk receptionists are so kind and caring.
