Stopped by for some dog treats and came home with a hot dog from the stand in the parking lot. Hands down one of the best hot dogs I've had, a little pricey but 100% worth it! The variety of toppings and dressings blew me away. 10/10 would recommend

They used to be a 5 star place. Since the renovation and merge with Meat Block the quality has gone way down. They had the best brats around, now it's hit or miss. Usually too salty. Breakfast sausage is too greasy and No maple flavor. Neighbor brought us a stick of venison sausage he had processed there, it's just ok, not like it used to be. All new staff, we were ignored at the counter while a group of five employees stood in a circle talking. Too bad you outgrew yourselves. Bye

The brats are the best that I have had. We also purchased the shredded beef and that was also very well made. The breakfast sausage however were way too salty to eat. So we were 2 for 3 on this trip.

Overpriced, rude customer service, charge you $5 to keep your antlers and all they do is cut the whole head off and give you the head. Charged me two storage fees when I told them I was out of town for the entire week of firearm season. Not the same since the Meat Block took over.

What happened to there hamburger ,used to be excellent, the last three times I bought hamburger there was no taste . Questioning what is being done now , some kind of cost savings method being used. Haen meat HAD always been top quality, the Haen family would NEVER sacrifice Quality !

I have been taking venison to Haen for 30 years and I have to say the product quality has dropped significantly of recent. The Meat Block is much more friendlier than the Kaukuana site. My friend had venison sausage made from there and almost cracked a tooth on lead shot in the meat? How is that possible, mixing venison with someone’s Goose or duck breasts? Where is the quality control?

I’ve also found their meats selections top be top quality & the staff is always friendly. However, since they sold to the Butcher Block & renovated the building. I’m always waiting to checkout. There are plenty of people working, but the checkout process doesn’t have a good flow. Bring back the take a number at the door & make improvements on the checkout process.

Outstanding experience. This was my first visit. Their add-on newer facility is well organized, clean and has a very friendly staff that is willing to assist you in finding what you need. Loads of options from fresh take-n-bake pizza, take-home meals, meats, cheeses, ham, even gourmet items, like Door County coffee, chocolate, various sauces/spices, etc. Even if you’re not from the area, this is worth the drive, as the variety has something for everyone.

We discovered this meat market last Saturday. So many variations of fresh meats, both ready to cook or not unprecedented customer service. Deli meats such as ham for $6.99 per pound. We returned again yesterday and ordered lunch from the hot dog stand in the parking lot. His product is of course Haen Meats! Delicious!

Terrible customer service!!!! I had my deer processed by them. There was a communication issue and when I went to pick up my meat it was not processed. After two employees at the counter were argumentitive the manager was agressive and refusrd to admit they made a mistake and did not try to resolve the situation even when I pointed out their terrible customer service!!!!!!!!

I don't know why you changed liver (beef) it is big slabs of livernow not nicely cut like it use to be and was real cordy multiple friends of mine all complained about it not good ideal to change things a good way to lose customers

I am only giving 3 stars, but before this purchase always 5 stars. We have purchased brats from Haen for many years, the only ones we'll eat.we tell everyone that they are the best. This past month I purchased a lb. Of brats and we could not even eat them, they were so salty, we had never experienced that before at Haens, someone dropped the salt shacker that day. It's really too bad, we'll try them again, because like I said, they are the best.

I had my Canada Goose meat processed here in early November for the first time and received it back in 4 weeks which I was really impressed with. But the thing I was really impressed with was the quality of it. It was the best goose meat I have had processed by any place hands down. I had mild sausage, mild sticks, bologna, hot dogs, and bacon made and it was excellent. Thank you so much Haen Meat Market and I will definitely be returning. THANK YOUALSO like to thank Brian for helping us from the moment we walked into the market to the time we picked up the goose meat. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!

As always the selection and quality of products is top-tier. With the newly expanded store there's something for everyone. Its pretty impressive to say the least.My only knock against them, and its a minor one, is that they need some signage on the store front to direct people. It was my first time back since the 2021 deer season and it took me a few minutes to figure out where the store entrance was. A "store" sign would fix all of that.

I dropped off some venison for snack sticks, jerky and salami. It took two months to process and I learned that I need to drop off what I want processed during bow season when they are less busy. However, it was 100% worth the wait! The snack sticks are really good as is the salami. The star of the batch is the jerky. I have had jerky made elsewhere and it simply not the same as Haen. The jerky is as good or better than any beef jerky that I have had. Great work.

We got our meat processed. They got it to us in a timely fashion and I really appreciate the packaging. We ordered patties and let me tell you, we will be doing that again. Friendly service, lots of their own variety to choose from, and great, clean facilities. They also have a selection for the pellet grillers out there. Good luck your expansion!

I started going here after being unable to stomach the cheap chicken breasts at the supermarket. The chicken breast from here may be about twice per pound, but there's no watery filling or layers of fat to artificially increase the weight. The meat is tender and juicy with even basic cooking and seasoning. I now buy all my meat here which has been easier to cost justify because the upswing in meat prices hasn't been as severe at Haen.Beyond their fresh meats, I've been enjoying their snack sticks and the summer sausage I got for Thanksgiving quickly disappeared. Their processed meats are well seasoned and worthy of the multiple awards they've earned this year. You're going to pay more but for quality per dollar they're undoubtedly beating any supermarket meat department.

Staff is so friendly and very helpful. Great customer service! The meat is awesome. Everything I've bought there is great quality and taste. I moved to upper MI and I really miss this place. And they are the best ever for deer processing. Everyone who's tried the venison summer sausage we had made loves it and asks where we got it. We still bring our deer there, it's a 3 hour drive but seriously worth it.

I love this meat market. Such excellent options of all kinds of meats and pre made items. No matter if the line is 50 people long, they move through in such speed its like you were never in a line. I love their garlic summer sausage with cheese, they will slice it up for you if you ask. My favorite tho is the BBQ chicken stickers, sooooooooooo full of flavor and when done on the grill even better. Quality cuts of steaks and reasonably priced. I live 20 miles away and the drive is worth it compared to my local meat market.

Always love and appreciate Haven't but today, wow!! I wanted something special for supper as family came to town, and again, wow! Boneless stuffed pork chops seasoned to perfection. Their venison sausage is hands down, without a doubt the best you'll EVER eat. I am very picky about beef summer sausage, and theirs is easily the best I've ever eaten, and I've tried alot. All around great family owned, community minded business. If you go on a Saturday, give yourself time, because there are lots of others who feel the same as I do 😉

We do not come here often. We need to replace our butcher that closed, Cedar Creek. We will be back. Haens has lots of friendly help. Service was great, the ladies all were helpful and friendly. I think we have found our new butcher shop!

I did NOT ask for my deer to be caped. They charged me an extra $50 dollars anyway. When I said something I was told that I needed to "ask more questions"? $190 to cut up my deer and I only received one roast back? Somehow had 69 pounds of trim. Really disappointed. After an additional $390 in processing I spent $580 on ONE deer. WAY over priced for what they do. An all around let down. Better off driving a little further for much lower prices. Not going to Haen's meats again.
