Very reasonable, friendly, & one of the only places that can handle fully grooming our senior dog. The only reason I didn't rank it 5 stars was due to the strong urine smell and how hot it was inside on this 90 degree day; however, they had fans going. The service will bring us back.

My puppy's first bath/nail clip visit to groomer. Entered the small waiting room and was met by 4 or 5 loudly barking dogs behind the counter. My dog wasn't comfortable at all. I wanted to take a photo of her getting her 1st bath because I was so excited for her. The groomer said ABSOLUTELY NOT. Wouldn't let me look around, I wanted to check out the shop; I've never been there before. Doesn't everyone want to check out a place where you are leaving your dear pet? Was leery about keeping the appointment but my dog's birthday was in couple days and wanted to treat her. Decided to give the shop a chance. When I picked her up, the groomer didn't explain much about how the session went when I asked. She told me she needed to groom another dog and rushed me out. Groomer lacked any customer service. When picking my dog up from the floor, I noticed how dirty the shop was. My dog seemed a little frightened when putting her in the car. My dog did smell good and was wearing a piece of cloth cut into a bandana, the only good thing from the session. Not a good first impression at all. NEVER GOING BACK!

For insurance purposes people are not allowed back in the bathing area...I explained it to you nicely and yes I get busy and had to finish a dog...our place is kept clean but hair sticks to the bottom of our shoes...lol...the smell was a poor dog with a severe bladder infection and she had just peed so yea it smelled to high heaven... unfortunately she had to be put down a few days later...miss that old dog!!!! All we can do is try very hard but we can't please everyone I guess but am sorry if anyone has a bad experience...

Excellent service Jessica is so awesome with my pets. They love going to her. They would hate going to my former groomers I would have to drag themIn the door not here they love going and are relaxed and happy when I pick them up!! Such a blessing!

I'm ALWAYS pleased with the job they do. They pay attention to what I am asking for. They even found a special shampoo for my dog's dry skin. I love the fact that he can frolic with other dogs while he's waiting for me. I would give 5 stars but the building has an aroma of cigarette smoke.

Took both of my dogs to be groomed. Asked for a teddy bear cut for my yorkie grommet advised me there was no such thing. Also when I picked them up my Schitzu yorkie was cut unevenly on the top of his head and had very uneveness all over. I had to give them one star because I couldn't leave 0.

The stench was so bad I had to bathe my dog immediately. Dogs were kept in a small area with no exercise. No a good place to board your dog.

Horrible stench when ya walk in. Injured my dog and failed to inform me when i picked him up. Had to leave work and lose money to tend to my furbaby...i do not recommend this place nor will i be returning. The least the groomer could have done was say something. No money back or nothing...disgusted

Went to bring my dog here and walking into the building it looked highly dirty and it reaked a terrible stench and they wanted 3 hours to bath and clip the nails. Walked in and walked right out.
