Just go somewhere else if you can. This place is the worst, and it's gross. I've gotten rotten cat food and beef jerky from here.Edit- now theyre removing the self checkouts, while already being under staffed. 🤧🤧🤧 whyyyy

I was racially profiled and this evening after confronting the same employee for his behavior a lady came around the corner asaying she was from "terror street" and that she would stab me.. this Kaukauna city is a joke and so is the store

So this place is great for a quick stop to grab something specific. It’s not a “browse” type situation for me since it’s usually very cluttered with boxes. The employees seem stressed, over worked and under appreciated. It often feels dark and dirty. Again, great for a grab and go since it’s close to the house, but I never spend more than 5 minutes in there.

I never really have had a bad experience at this store, except for today. Usually the employees are very polite and helpful. Today not so much. I came to pick up a few things for around the house. While being checked out the girl seemed annoyed, scoffing and aggressively bagging my items. One item didn't scan right away which seemed to annoy her even more. (You'd think she'd have been less upset seeing as how when I came in she was out front on her smoke break, watching the line build up inside). Then before I even grab my bags to leave she says to the person standing behind me "sorry for the wait" in a rude tone that seemed like I was such an inconvenience to her and everyone behind me. I bought 16 items total. I only spent $25. I didn't have a huge transaction that was holding up the line. I understand bad days happen. I understand that there can be errors with the system not ringing up items. However it's not the customers fault.

The dollar general is a good place to shop for me if I want to save some money. Lately I go in there the store looks horrible. The isles are full of carts waiting to be put away. Isles of carts in the way you cannot get a shopping cart thru them. Need better organization for putting the stuff on the shelves. Hire more people to do this. Maybe you would get more business if the store looked more presentable.

Well I was engaged with an employee named Tiffany from the kaukauna store. She was the rudest person I ever talked too. She hung up on me twice I kept calling back and only got her. All I wanted was to know if the Pepsi cube was on sale still. But she kept hanging up on me. I just don't get it. Usually I get a very tone and finally when I get an answer I get hung up on. Very disresptful so mad ty c for your time

Dollar general seems to be upping their game and carrying a lot more products! They’re home interior variety keeps growing! The manager seems helpful. They tend to make a familiar face feel welcome

Good .honest friendly people .gave me an umbrella for free so my kids wouldn't get wet in a thunderstorm. We walked there.above and beyond.

Pretty pathetic when you stand at the register for over 10 minutes while the cashier is helping the alcohol guy take inventory, not to mention there are 4 people in line behind you. So much for customer service.

It's a good place if you're looking for snacks or drinks. I mean it's place is pretty messy and is very short staffed.It's also pretty expensive i mean seriously almost $3 for a can of kick start? Smh

Only go there when i have to place is always a mess if they don't have room for it then don't have it in the store won't look so bad !!!! Been in dollar general in lakewood wi store is organized don't look like horders work there.

The store is always messy and I always have to wait for someone at the checkout. It takes longer for someone to come over to scan my items than it does to find them.

Almost every thing you can think of is on the shelves, in good weather, they have a display of merchandise on sale outside before you walk in the store, friendly staff

Hope this store sticks around it the only general store for miles. It's a bit cluttered because the building is a bit small but they do have a nice selection of merchandise

You have 15 to 20 people in line and have one person running the cash register! What a joke stand in line for 40 minutes. And have a couple of itmes what a joke won't be back.
