Took my husky here for the first time. They were so good with him and he was so happy when done. Plus he was SO clean and smells sooo good! I’m always nervous about bringing my boy to be groomed anywhere because he is a husky and they take more time and energy to do. I was not disappointed at all. We will definitely be back

Great place for my pups while we're away.They lovingly care and genuinely enjoy what they do. The facility is immaculately taken care of. My boys just jump out when we pull in with excitement. Highly recommend this pet lodge. I never worry when they stay here! Great place to have them groomed too! It's there home away from home.

Wonderful to say the least!! So thankful for my Bo have found this place. Teri did such a wonderful job on my babies, And treated them as such. Down to calling to reassure the perfect cut! We will never go anywhere else for our grooming needs ! My Jack is sooooo handsome 👏

Owner is amazing. True animal lover. Staff is super friendly. My dog loves his vacation while his family is on vacation. Groomers and vet on staff too!

I wouldn't send Otis anywhere else. This is a great facility and they love all the dogs and are knowledgable on how to keep things safe for all daycare dogs. Otis starts getting super excited as soon as we are about 2 miles from the daycare and by the time we pull in he is prancing and will bark as soon as Jody or Amber come into site. I have had the grooming staff give him baths and de-shed his undercoat as well as trim his nails. We have never been disappointed. I mean look at that face--that is definitely the face of a happy dog!

We have been taking our 2 1/2 yo Doodle to Rustic Acres since he was a puppy. He/We absolutely love it there! Bear gets super excited to see Jody & Amber every morning for Doggie Daycare. We also have used them to lodge him when we go on vacation. He is so well taken care of that we don't worry about him at all. Bear also gets groomed at Rustic Acres every 6-8 weeks. The groomers are wonderful. I like to change up his look a lot....super short in the summer, longer when it's cooler out; and I have never been disappointed in how his groomings have turned out. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Rustic Acres for your pup's daycare/lodging/grooming needs!!

They took good care of my cat and gave her a nice cut but $123 is outrageous! Last time she got a lion cut she also got her wellness visit and rabies shot with it for $30 cheaper from the vet.

I've been taking my 3 dogs to Rustic Acres for almost 2 years now, I have used their boarding and grooming. The groomers always leave my dogs looking and smelling amazing!! My dogs love coming there and seeing all the staff, when boarding my dogs run up to the boarding staff as if they can't wait to stay and play! Everyone there is very personable and really do love taking excellent care of my babies, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pups!!

I need to be able at 7:15 to pick up my girls and bring them home. I know I’ve been gone and I know they are stressed out I own boxes and they need mama and I think for an extra 20 $25. Somebody could be there just to let us bring them home that would be the best thing. I love what you do you’re the best person I’ve ever seen to have my babies day. Thank you so much.

I love rustic acres!! I bring my husky and my border collie/red heeler mix here and they always have a great time! The staff is lovely and always does an amazing job!! I wish I could work here too!!

If you love your pet don’t take them here. We took our dogs to get groomed yesterday, and they fully shaved our dogs when they only needed a trim. Our dogs came back home all sad and upset by the loss of their hair. They also told us to put our dogs on medication or else they wouldn’t accept our dogs there anymore

I’m so glad this place was recommended to me, I have a 4 Month old Black Lab and he absolutely loves it here! The staff is so nice and my pup never wants to leave :) I love that they post photos from the day on the Facebook group and how tuckered out my pup is when he gets home. It’s obvious they care about the animals and genuinely want them to have fun and return! I highly recommend!!

I've brought my dog and cat here for both boarding and grooming. The staff here are wonderful and my dog is always excited to go. They are great with boarding both and let them stay together. My dog also takes medications and they are great with her and her meds. Highly recommended.

Meghan did a wonderful job with my shorky, Healy. I was a little skeptical to leave him as 13 years ago my other four legged bestie had a horrible experience at a grooming elsewhere. Meghan assured me she would take great care of my buddy. She texted when he was done & I went to get him. He is adorable as ever & he smelled just phenomenal!! 💚 I definitely recommend!!

I take my dog Elwood here for all his grooming needs. He's a big dog, about 100 pounds with lots of long hair. They always make him look great, smell great, and he's never had an issue with anyone working there. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Honestly, I’m so picky about anything I do for my pets and usually I can find something to raise an eyebrow questioning or not like. I’m so pleased with everything from doggie daycare, to boarding, grooming facilities and therapeutic services they offer. It is extremely clean, closed video cameras for security, secure fencing and gates, kennels that are well sized for any animal. Their houses are more than reasonable and the prices really are too! The energy from the dogs down to all staff have been pleasant, cheerful and happy to be there. It puts my mind at ease knowing when I drive away, my fur baby is well taken care of. Thank you Rustic Acres for your continued thoughtfulness in maintaining an excellent home away from home for our furry family members. ❤️

I had been going to Rustic Acres for 3 years. I used all services and was very pleased. When I signed him up for his grooming online I gave specific instructions for a natural Aussie look, NO BUZZ CUT, NO SHAVING. When I dropped him off I told Leah the groomer the same thing. When she brought him out SHE BUZZED CUT HIM. I contacted Laurie, the owner, she blew it off, took the side of groomer Leah, and told me some people like a teddy bear look. I didn't ask or pay for that. In subsequent conversations she never offered to make ammends or refund my money or even the tip. Aussies are double coated not to be shaved. Now he has a patch of hair that is a different color and texture and it does not grow, a form of alopecia.Stay away from Rustic Acres in Juneau, WI especially if you have a double coated dog. High prices.

Friendly staff and spotlessly clean throughout. My pup loves it there and I know she is safe and well cared for when she is there. She comes home from there totally exhausted lol, so I know she's been running around all day playing with the other dogs and staff. Grooming available also, which you can have done while your dog is boarding or there for the daycare, so that saves a trip to get that done. Who would have ever dreamed such a gem of a place would be tucked away in Clyman?
