Our little Teddy Bear picked us on 2/25/24. We weren't able to take her home that day but were able to pick her up on 3/2/24, we drove in from the Ohare/ Chicago area to bring her to her Furever home. Gena was amazing in answering all of our questions and concerns. Pebbles is a healthy, beautiful, and energized furry ball of love. We are so much in love with this little girl. Shes brought us much love and great joy after losing our 14 yr old male Shih tzu. Thank you Gena for your ourstanding breeding experience and qualifications.

I adopted a little teddy bear (shih tzu/bichon) girl from Canine Connections about 6 months ago. She is full of energy, very happy and healthy! I could not be more happy or more in love with my little girl. When the time is right, I will definitely be getting another one from Gena. I highly recommend Canine Connections. Easy to find and great to deal with.****UPDATE 2.23.22****I have since adopted teddy bear #2 from Canine Connections. The 2 get along very well. Teddy bear #1 had her 1st birthday today 2.23.22. Update photos below. Both my girls are very healthy, happy and energetic. You can't go wrong getting a pup from Canine Connections

This is a long overdue review, but I could not be more than pleased with the puppy that my family and I bought from Gena and her family almost 6 months ago. Her warm personality as well as her husband's is what convinced my mother and I that we will not buy from anyone else. They made us feel as though we had known them forever. We brought Lord Alador home in a blizzard and it was worth every second of it. Lord Alador is the perfect addition to our family and we can not go anywhere without someone commenting on how cute our teddy bear shihpoo is. He is healthy, has a great personality and is just the cutest. The fact that he was working on litter box training before we even brought him home was fantastic. If you are looking to purchase a little puppy that is going to be apart of a forever home this is the place to go. I promise you will not regret it. I hope to see Gena and her family soon when it is time for me to buy a puppy of my own. :)

If you are looking for a buddy to bring home, I would highly recommend this place. I got my chihuahua puppy from her and he is absolutely amazing. They are all well taken care of and I have not had any issues with my puppy.

We just got our Teddy Bear puppy about 3 weeks ago. She is wonderful and working with Gina was great. Our puppy is healthy and happy. Gina always responded and was available at convenient times. After choosing our puppy, we couldn't take her home right away and Gina kept her for a few more days for us. Get your puppy here - highly recommended.
