We just moved to Sullivan. I believe we went to Menards four times already in the past couple days. This has to be one of the best Menards I’ve ever been to in Southeastern Wisconsin. The workers here here are not only friendly, they do their job and they do it well. Anytime I ask where something is located. A worker is enthusiastic and excited to help. They guide me to the right place and answer questions. We will continue to shop here.

We go here often, and the employees are friendly, and overall it is a great home improvement store! They also follow Covid-19 guidelines which is excellent. I would highly recommend going here for any of your home improvement needs!

Kirk in the lumber service desk is the biggest piece of you no what. Every time I have delt with him he has the biggest Attitude. It's like he is pissed off because he has a job!! Will not ever deal with him anymore.

I visit many menards depending on where my job site is and I have to say hands down working with Jeff in building materials has been a god sent saint he is so polite and so helpful he goes above and beyond his job to make sure everything is going smoothly for my needs wish there was one of him in every store. If you ever need anything go to the back in building materials and ask for Jeff he is a great example of true hard working. As well as Mike who is in building materials when Jeff isn’t around Mike is always there to help out with the same great personality awesome people they are.

Just spent a small fortune on some rough lumber. Not Menards fault that the price is this high. Paul the young man in the yard will do great things. Big kid with an unruly head of ginger hair. Very disappointing. We went there for the 15%. As we’re checking out. Cashier “Esther”. Snapped at us. Said everything needs to fit in the bag. As were looking around. NO ONES fit in the bag. They were just holding the bag. AND!!! They still got the 15%. I noticed A LOT of customers whose items did not fit or go into the bag. She was just RUDE!!!!

Always have what I want, (and items I never new I needed). The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about there products. It amazes me how the staff know where everything is, and other departments too. If they are out of something I can prepay and they ship to the store for free. The Electrical Dept customer service is outstanding!!!!

The employees themselves are fine, but if you're wondering why it's so hard to find someone that's not busy, it's because corporate literally tells them to keep working on something or they will take pictures through the security cameras and punish you. They also keep their employees well after close, despite being scheduled until 9 (a high schooler told me it was "normal" to be kept up to 45 minutes after shift is over!?) Have you ever swept not-dirty concrete for 30 minutes because you'll get yelled at if you don't? I worked here 2 days, received next to zero training, and was lied to during my interview. They don't care about their employees, so don't be mean to them please.

Went to find carriage bolts, which found immediately and for a decent price. Then onto the siding department to find an 8ft piece of siding, which was NOT decent priced($80!) and then to the paint department, which had people standing everywhere and 2 clerk's taking care of them. We looked at paint color samples and stain for our deck and passed on that. We'll stop at Home Depot.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful staff. Most always has an open, no-waiting check-out line, so you can checkout quickly. Love that they have the 11% off your entire purchase deals alot of the time. Always plenty of staff on the floor to help you or answer your questions. Overall, I've had positive and pleasant experiences at this location. One of my 'go-to' places😄🙃😉

It’s an interesting mix of hardware store, construction, big box and more. I’ve spent way too much money here!It’s a good in between choice of Home Depot & Lowe’s and Ace & Tractor Supply.Seriously clean and stocked store. I haven’t spoken with too many staff but they seem friendly. Self service in the Yard is great. Drive in pickup & load and your on your way.

Bought carpet from them. It was delayed over a month. The plan was for it to be delivered in my garage. The delivery drivers didn't even bother knocking and just left it in the driveway. I really wish I would have went elsewhere and will in the future.

Sales associate I interacted with (did not get a name) was very friendly and helpful when I had questions looking for certain products. She was very knowledgeable about the product and where to find what I was looking for. Ended up asking her a couple times for different products. Store was clean and organized, easy to get around.

Ordered online and went to pick up. The gentleman who helped me load was awesome!!! Great guy. However, I had to go inside to get get help outside in the yard and the young lady was less than helpful. Wasn't very interested in helping me.

Got materials I was looking for, but not the quantity I was looking for. The Person that helped me told me what other stores i could obtain the balance of the quantity I wanted. But that the stores do not get materials from other stores that they need for customers. The customers needs to go to the other store that has the quantity the customers needs, but there is no guarantee that the parts will be the when the customer arrived. I could not even pay for the parts to have them Set side for me.

What a great experience. A very special lady, Mary Lou, helped me deciding what product I might like and suggested that I ask for someone to help me carry out my large box.The young lady that checked me out noticed one of the bottles that I purchased was leaking and she instructed me to take it to the Service department. There was another wonderful lady there that helped get someone to help load my box in the car and also get me a new bottle of cleaner. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Menards today

You don't save big money, you don't even save small money. The radio is constantly interrupted with that falsehood of a jingle. And they got rid of the place for children to play at, that was like the best thing about this place. Maze-like layout, you need a map to figure the place out. Good supplier of unique wares though. Nice to have a place that still sells things in store that everyone else only sells online.

Asked a simple question about decking material and two by sixes. Got yelled at that they are not the same. Wasn’t what I asked but glad the guy yelled at me for five minutes when a simple no they don’t make decking board in two by six would have been good enough. Asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one on duty. I’ll take my business else where.

Ordered something online and specified that I would pick it up. Online process worked perfectly. Also, I got my “ready for pickup” email in less than an hour which was impressive.When I arrived at the store I asked someone at the Customer Service desk where I’d pick up an online order. He was very helpful and gave precise directions to their “OPD” desk. Nice.The young gentleman that helped me at the OPD desk was equally as helpful... and quick to get my paperwork done and my item loaded on a lumber cart.The one star deduction comes as a result of poor instructions for leaving the store with my item. With paperwork in hand - receipt included - one would think you’d just.. well, leave. Nope. Had to go through the checkout line for further verification that I had the correct product. I had no problem with this step, but it would have been better if the OPD employee had explained the process. Other than that, it was perfect.

I was there at 6: a.m. so people are stocking shelves and getting ready for the day. I had to ask four different people questions. Everyone was very helpful. They took the time to find what I needed . All four employees were men. I was never made to feel like a was a silly female not knowing what I was doing cause unfortunately this still happens. Thank you!
