Quality of clothing is better than department stores. Outlet prices are a better than full retail price without a sale... but, not always the best selection. It can be a hit or miss here. I had high hopes but wasn't able to find a jacket for this winter in the right size.

Husband tried on a pair of shorts and they fit perfectly so he bought two pairs. Took them on a trip and found out that even though they were the same size one was much bigger than the other. Tried to exchange them but they were washed and we didn’t have the receipt. Manager explained how it is normal for their sizes to vary (poor product design) and they couldn’t do anything since the tags were off. Ridiculous considering how expensive their products are. No more Eddie Bauer for us.

In my opinion its the exact same product as tue Columbia store but a higher price tag and different name. Bought same pair of pants from each store exact same build and style one was about $20 cheaper. Guess you pay for the name.

A good selection of stuff, from hats and clothing to camping gear. Pricing is typically on the high side, not what you want to pay when you are visiting an outlet mall. However, on one recent visit, everything in the store was half off. Crazy. If you love the brand, you'll like the variety.

Fantastic customer service from Erin! Helped us with a zipper issue - looked up order, went through options (fix, replace, etc.), shows alternative jackets, called other stores to locate other lines. Awesome help and solutions.

The staff here is so helpful and friendly! They take covid-19 seriously and I felt very safe with the protocols in place. It was my first time shopping in this location and I will definitely be back. Thank you! :)
