So many designs and options, but the customer service was absent. I felt as though either the workers were hungover, or they just didn't care. Sorry, but not sorry.Not a comfortable shopping experience.

I spent an honest 20 minutes in the store browsing for shoes. Very nice selection, not really discounted outlet prices. I was video chatting my kids showing them all the neat show accessories but I had ZERO interaction with both employees. Not when I entered or when I walked past them both on my way out the door. There was 3 customers in the store total the entire time I was there. I left empty handed. I guess I'll stick to online shopping and Amazon accessories. I definitely will not recommend!!!!

I am going to give it 4 stars because of how many styles, designs and variety of selections they have... It's amazing and many look very cute! I understand a lot of people enjoy their Crocs. I feel they are just too expensive (being that they are foam) and the material makes my feet hot. :(

After years of buying crocs, the 3 pairs I bought in April the charms fell out incredibly easy. I'm not hard on my crocs, and it wasn't just mine, my kids had theirs falling out too. I'd find them in the house or yard, just fall out while walking. In a month, we combined lost 9 charms. So at 5.00 a piece I was not happy. I called the store, then I came in and talked to Kerissa, the assistant manager, who said "sorry, I can't replace or fix your problem"Her manager, Alex Lau said the same thing.So all the years past they stayed in, and now they fall out easily, and they say "sorry".The product has changed and the holes are less rigid or something.But this mom is not happy!!The store manager wouldnt even speak to me on the phone.Is this what the American business role model is now?Don't buy the charms, you WILL lose them, and Crocs doesn't care, probably counting on it.

I visited the store July 30th 2022 & the experience was overwhelming to say the least. I was asked if I needed assistance at least 4 times for only a ten minute visit & the store isn't that large. A store rep thought it was okay to have a conversation with another co-worker about receiving a 1 star over a customer's comment of the store being white culture. The conversation was inappropriate and the other representative looked uncomfortable. What needs to be understood is that she is not responsible for answering questions about "what is white culture" and her coworker was completely out of line. It is clear that this representative lacks understanding in cultural sensitivity and race relations. Respectfully please do better.

Nobody told me during checkout and there were no signs posted that clearance Crocs were not returnable. My son changed his mind maybe 10 minutes after we left the store. The "manager" stood there and refused to let us return them and just ignored us. She said our sales associate should have told us and I looked at said associate and he mouthed sorry. So we're stuck with in store credit due. Not cool.

the associate Isabelle was the best associate there , she was super helpful and very sweet!! she was able to help me find the perfect pair of crocs and charms to match with them . I couldn’t thank her enough for helping me pick out my first pair of crocs!! Absolutely amazing young lady !!

Large selection which is nice, but man have the price of these things gone up, I rather spend $60 on a better brand that will hold up longer. The store was busy for a weekend, which is good to see. The store was warm, I am not sure if the AC was working, it was stuffy in there, the floors were sticky and gross. The floors were covered in dirty you could visible see all the dirty areas, not sure when they mopped the floors. The doors/windows were all covered in fingers prints and hand prints, those hadn't been cleaned in a while. We were there right when they opened Sunday so it's not like this was from people coming in and out during they day. They had these round green "seats" at the end of the rows so you could try on the crocs, but you could visibly see the dirt on them, they haven't been wiped down in a while. Associates were quiet but friendly, the check out lady was short and seemed annoyed, not sure what her deal was. I was told crocs were buy one get 1 half off and at the register learned that was only on clearance items! I explained to the cashier checking me out that I was told they were on the deal and she said no, it's only clearance. Was rude about it. Masks are optional and they are still monitoring the number of people in the store at a time, which is nice, because it's a smaller store and with it being warm and stuffy, it was nice not having it too crowded. Definitely hand sanitized when we left, I just felt gross. I couldn't believe how dirty the store was.

We love this outlet! We go for the Nike store mostly. But they have Adidas, and GNC, and so much more! You must go to the gas station too it's friendly employees and a great place to grab a treat! I love the carmel apples. It has a restaurant on the side I heard good things about but never been. But if I do I'll let you know!

Outlet Schmoutlet. Amazon sells these exact shoes for $20 less. I walked to my car and ordered them right up. Bye stupid store.

Very nice, clean store. I was hoping they'd have the Lina wedges in the store though since it's now October, and I was looking for a closed toe Croc with a small heel. I'd prefer to try on before buying since the reviews are mixed about comfort and sizing.

Went in looking for mens shoes.There were about 12 cases of shoes on the floor. Asked two associates who were busy talking to each other if everything they has was on the floor. . One one the associates took an attitude like we were disturbing her at work to ask a question. Let us know it is what is of what we have.So we put back what we were going to buy and left. Won't be back!

Great. Bought 2 pair of clearanced sandals. Buy one get one free. $20 for both pair! Store was clean, everyone wore masks and they monitored the amount of customers in the store at one time.

Great selection. Not sure why they call it an outlet store. The prices are the same there as they are online. Not only that, the little accessories are $5 each. Ridiculous! $50 for an adult pair of crocs is too much. If you can find them for less, buy them.

Definitely had a great selection but nothing was cheaper than any store around town so I would shop local before coming there but you definitely will find a better selection here and all different types and styles

We love Skechers shoes. We had a good experience there. Not at Crocs, but at Skechers. I bought two pairs and my husband bought one. The young lady clerk was most helpful in finding what we wanted and needed.

Not a huge selection and kinda spendy.Was looking for Crocs with the cutout logo on the side. And frog pendants. We got them about 2 years ago at this store. Just disappointed they discontinued these.great store and really nice staff.

Terrible service. Called to find out about stock on a certain shoe, was told they have multiple in stock just to drive 45 minutes for a waste of my time. I bet they didn't even bother checking actual stock. What a joke

Store was clean and organized. Staff were not super friendly but they got the job done. I personally think Crocs are highly overpriced but I get my kids a pair every summer.

I’ve been purchasing crocs for about 8 years now, and I’d wear them until they’d get holes in the bottom then go back to buy a new pair. I went in there a few weeks ago on our way to baraboo hoping to purchase a new pair of crocs and tried purchasing a pair that was on clearance along with a second pair to get the sale price. I was informed that I couldn’t double up on the sales, even though one of the pairs was on clearance. I backed out of buying the second pair, and grabbed the wrong size of the clearance crocs by mistake. Now I’m out $35 and have a piece of rubber that’s completely useless to me. I probably won’t be back again, and crocs lost a life-long customer.

Usually I don’t find crocs comfortable. But I got the nursing crocs and love them. I’ve had them over two years and can’t seem to find anything more comfy. Especially for the deal I got.
