Great store with great prices for wonderfully beautiful purses/pocketbooks, wallets, etc!!The staff were wonderful, too, in showing me around and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. They even have mirrors on the showroom floor so you can see yourself wearing the purses.Love my new Coach purse, matching wallet, and fancy key holder! The Coach key holder was the perfect finishing touch and the lovely lady who found it for me was awesome cuz she took the time to find just the right one for me.I'd definitely shop here again cuz I left the store very happy and smiling huge!Go check out this Coach store. You'll love it!

Excellent prices! Extremely helpful staff, especially Emily & Montrelle. If you go, become a Coach Insider to get all the news & extra discounts. Definitely worth the visit! And if they don't have it, they will source it for you. I'm looking forward to some new chain straps delivered to my door.If my photo posted correctly, you can see my 10 year old purse & 5+ year old wallet on the left & my new purchases on the right. Once I use the Coach leather cleaner I also purchased at the store, I will pass the oldies on to my nieces. They wear like iron, and if something happens to an item, you can send it back to Coach for repairs... forever! I still pull out the first Coach bag I ever bought some 40 years ago, and it still receives compliments.

You close 2 days in a row just before Christmas! VERY sad customer service! Other stores and companies opened. I will NEVER shop at Coach again! People need to toughen up and be glad to have a job and have customers that pay your salaries! Very disappointed customer

Love it. Coach is always my family favorite ❤. This location prices are decent if you are going for sale you will find 20% to 60% off.most of the items.Energetic staff, not rude at all. We did encounter some rude female staff members in different locations but not this one.Anyway..If you like coach you are the right place. 👌

I found a purse there that was sold out on their website. They have such a wide selection of bags. Jessica is the best sales associate! She showed me great recommendations and was super friendly. Will come back for sure!

I used to Love them and buy quite often but the last few years their styles are just Not for me!! I’m wondering if they changed more for teenagers than adults!?? I’m a grown Woman I don’t want to walk around with cartoon characters on my purse! I do still watch cartoons don’t get me wrong! Love them. And also flowers! Not for me. Honestly I REALLY MISS the old styles! I Really wish they’d bring them back. I started going to Micheal Kors but I would prefer Coach. Hopefully you will start to bring some older stuff back! As I remember the older styles sold just as well..

Lazy azz couldn't provide any details on their inventory (customer service sucks for a Friday and the store wasn't even opened 15 minutes). Not happy! Drove all the way here to shop on Sunday and they are open 12-5 but closed between the hours of 2:00 - 3:00 for cleaning. Really! Got there at 2 and had no access. Will be going to Michael Kors from now on.
